This Guest House belongs together with the Palm Garden Lodge we usually planned to stay. Because of no availability we got a free transfer to this lodge. The stuff was very helpful and friendly. Especially we liked Panah, she answered all our questions and was so hospitable :) thank you very much! In the price of 7$ per night (double...

We booked a double room with ac online. Pros: We arrived quite late and the check in was smooth and simple. Good English from all staff. Complimentary water was provided which is always a nice touch. Staff called a guide that a friend had recommended for us (normally they would just recommend their own drivers) staff organized and collected our...

It has changed hands. I was lied to never again would I go there. The on-line reservations is a scam they pull. They say you don't have reservation That is so they can charge you more than the ad says. This was the worst trip. The Tuk Tuk driver and crooked cops made it the worst trip. I will not...

I stayed three nights at Advisor Angkor Villa. It is a quiet and nice place with clean rooms. Nothing fancy of course but worth the price. I felt very safe. What really impressed me was the friendly and caring staff. The pick-up was great as I had no orientation in Siem Reap first. The prices for tours to Angkor are...

We stayed at Advisor Angkor Villa for 4 nights. After being promised hot water, wifi and a television, the four days we were there we had no hot water (and kept being told they will get someone to fix it, never happened), the Internet didn't work in our room the majority of the time and our television stopped working after...

Staff doesn't know anything about online reservations. We had to pay 40$ extra. They gave us ac room and we boo Also the rooms or hotel itself does not have any of the "goods" they are promising like garden, room cleaning, water, wi-fi, etc...

Original plan was to stay for a night here but because of how good the staffs are, we extended our stay to 4 night. Rooms are okay and you get what you pay for. For $9/night for a twin/double fan room, you can't get any good bargain than that. It was somewhat near to Pub Street and Siem Reap International...

The place is filthy, we decided to move the bed away from the wall because there was who knows what all over it. The whole time I was there I felt like o was going to get robbed, as in the room being broken into. The room had no towels and when I asked for one the staff said the...

We had a double room on the second floor. Communication before our arrival was very difficult as limited English spoken which meant we never got the free pick up. The room wasn't nice and somewhere we did not want to stay so ended up leaving after the first night (which was hard enough to get through). The overpowering smell of...

Lies somewhat out of the city and in a small alley. This makes the hotel feel really cozy. Room could have been cleaner. The 30 min free massage was amazing. When we arrived it turned out the hotel was overbooked and we and another couple had to go to another hotel, adan b&b. For us it was not a problem...
