Beautiful older building in the heart of Siem Reap, the location couldn't have been any better. We really loved our brief stay here, the staff were sweet and friendly, totally dug the funky bathroom with the rainhead shower and the pool was awesome. We were in 401 with an awesome view of both the pool and city, corner room on...

I returned to Siem Reap this year and through an American/Canadian friends recommendation we stayed at this amazingly wonderful hotel. We had rooms #302 and #401 and both overlook the exotic tropical pool gardens and spotless pool. Ms. Chanrey Nun commandeered the front desk and this petite, elegant and most reserved young lady was the classiest front desk manager I...

Booking a room here seemed like a good idea at the time. Not a good decision. 1st of all. Performance of all the staff I dealt with was fabulous ! Awkoon ! The hotel pool on the top floor was gorgeous, but there were too many burly older Western men with slim younger Asian women. Not the hotel's fault. Just...

Fabulous location, in the middle of the market and pub street area. Rooms are interesting, dark and wonderful. A Bayon fountain awaits all in their room. The pool is lovely on the rooftop. Avoid the room 205 as it leaks and musty and dank a definite health hazard. Soft beds, good internet and housekeeping, no complaints at all once I...

Quaint and charming hotel. We had a clean and very spatious room, be aware the hotel has no elevators, so you need to be able to carry your bags up the stairs. Clean and nice pool at the roof. Close to the night market and restaurant areas. Approx 30 minutes from hotel to Angkor Wat with tuc-tuc.

I cannot say much about the hotel service above all, just took my family here for a dinner. Given the experience of various restaurants in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh, we did not have high expectation here. However, waiting 50 minutes for our first plate to arrive was rather annoying. Food was ok, nothing exceptional.

Rooms are big and traditionnaly decorated.. but everyting is a bit old and dusty, not very well maintained.. the roof swimming pool is beautiful and clean. There is a bar also on the...

Im glad I read the negative views after i had stay here. The hotel is different and maybe is not for everyone. If I had gone of these reviews i would have missed out on something special. From the fountain in the room to the impromptu bird watching around the pool. Defiantly worth a look if you are staying in...

My conclusion about this place... business is going down in whole town and this place decided to cut expenses on maintenance and staff... really pity but shower was broken, light broken, fan broken, ... after push several days only 50% of the problems was solved. Workers are nice but problem seems to came from the top.
