The Kool hotel was OK. In my opinion, the hotel still remains a good value and I don't disagree completely with the other reviews however a few things to point out. The air conditioner system is not particularly up to the task. If you like the room cool, keep looking. The hotel has a bar however it is not particularly... More

This Cambodian-owned hotel is located in a quiet part of town. Downtown is easily accessible for a $2 remork ride, and there is a free evening shuttle bus. The lower floor of the hotel, with its lounge area, bar, reception and dining room, is quite elegant. There is no elevator. The room was adequate, though the bathroom could have done... More

The hotel staff was very nice. The room was big and clean (apart from the towels) and the hotel has a nice swimming pool. We had there a very good breakfast and also the lunch that we took there was excellent. The hotel is not in the lively area of Siem Reap, so they offer a free service for drop... More

The Kool Hotel lived up to its name. It was better than anticipated, especially for such an inexpensive price. The room was big and clean, bathroom was nice, and the balcony allowed for some nice sunset/sunrise photo ops. The pool was great to relax at after touring temples all day. We ate dinner there and the food was delicious. $2... More

The Kool Hotel was very nice for a budget hotel. I was very happy with this booking. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The room had a small balcony, full bathroom, seating area and nice size bed. The air conditioner kept the room comfortable with lovely decor. Only complaint was the shower temperature was really hard to control (swung... More

This place was nice enough for our short stay. The staff were quite friendly and tried their best to be helpful. For what we paid it was not too bad. The menu selection there is not big and to be honest not that good. We had a few things that were microwaved which was not meant to be microwaved -... More

Rooms were bright and clean and staff were ever helpful and happy. Away from the main drag, so quiet. Nice to jump in the pool after a day of templing. Food was not great, but they lay on a tuk tuk to take you to pub street.
