Unfortunlly someone suggested to our company this hotel, claiming as we were going to be a long time in Santacruz, it is an aparthotel and we were going to be more comfortable, and it is very well located. sadlly we left our hotel and we moved to, our first impression was good the building from the outside looks nice, the...

I stayed here for 10 days in May 2015. I wanted a quiet place to relax and this hotel did the trick. The room was very large and clean. The bed was comfortable and the A/C functional. There is a pleasant pool and outdoor area to relax in. Slightly dilapidated perhaps, but that added to its charm. It was perfect...

Although it is very well located, this hotel is very run down and is in need of a major renovation. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurants are not very good. If you want breakfast or coffee, there is a great place across the street called "Vainilla". Definitely not 5 star (nor 4 for that matter!).

It's out of date. Needs a major overhaul to bring up to standards. The showers have very low pressure, lots of things are just falling apart. The washer didn't work. The service is good from the staff. The breakfast isn't wow, just breakfast. And bad coffee. If it's not included the price of the room, walk across the street for...

This is an older building (30-40) years old and it shows in some areas. They do have large size suites which are very comfortable and complete, they even have a service and laundry room. Depending on the purpose of your trip the location may or may not work for you. We have family near the hotel area so it worked...

I think is an expensive rate compared with the service you get. Facilities need to be better maintained, it could be outdated but everything should work properly. Service is good, people always willing to help, food could be better

Do yourself a favor and never book a new years dinner. No lively music and a very cold place to spend the night while in Santa Cruz. A missfortunate night. Needs a good event advisor and probably a good designer as well.

just finished a stay at this hotel. This is very disappointing. It seems that in Bolivia anyone can claim to be a "5 star" hotel as if it is actually a Luxury hotel in the likes of Shangri-La and this is clearly not the case. This hotel looks very pretty on the outside, but go on the inside and you...

An outdated hotel, poorly maintained, expensive for its benefits. Good service, people is friendly and always want to help. Elevator doesn't work with stress. It is funny to see how the hotel was divided and the swimming pool reduced to half.

This is supposedly 5 Star. Nice big room but the hotel is a tad shoddy and old fashioned. More 4 star than 5. The food in the restaurant was absolutely horrific. It was a disgrace to serve up such muck. Very disappointing. The staff in general were quite helpful but again the gentleman who served me in the restaurant was...
