Nicole and Manuel have done an amazing job transforming their B&B into a work of art! In short: go! We decided a last minute trip to Santa Cruz from Sucre, and as such hadn't heard back from Nicole when we arrived - so we took our chances and there was indeed a room available. Lucky us! Yes, the B&B is...

This small boutique hotel is an absolute must if you are staying in Santa Cruz. The owners, Nicole and Manuel are delightful and dinner was the best by far that we ate in Bolivia. The hotel is full of querky antiques and random decorations but all with great taste which makes the hotel totally unique. Do not hesitate to stay...

Casa Patio Hotel Boutique was the best hotel, by a country mile, that we stayed in during our eight days in Bolivia. We were privileged to sample it twice – on both our first and last nights in the country. What really makes this place is the welcome, the charm and sheer warmth of the hosts, Nicole and Manuel. Nothing...

We stayed for 2 days and it was wonderful. Nicole and Manuel are so welcoming and genuinely concerned for your well-being that you are relaxed straight away. The rooms were clean and full of artifacts that would have taken a full trip to go through. We stayed for evening meals as well and these were delicious. If we ever go...

Casa Patio is a unique and comfortable hotel, in a quiet residential area in Santa Cruz. Owners Nicole and Manuel are hospitable and gracious hosts, who make the most to welcome guests. Rooms are spacious and snug, and the surroundings are beautifully maintained. The food and presentation are equally high rated. When in Santa Cruz, make it a point to...

Getting from the airport was relatively easy: taxi's have a 70 bolivianos fixed price and it takes around 40 minutes to get to Casa Patio. We got a warm welcome from Nicole and Manuel which set the tone for the rest of our stay. The casa itself is done in nice and creative manner. We stayed in a suite that...

We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Patio. The house was beautiful and the hosts couldn't have done more. We were upgraded to the suite at the top of the house with a beautiful terrace and slept so well. The bed was so comfortable and the hot shower was the best we've had in Bolivia. I would say that...

Spent two nights at the amazing Casa Patio. As you walk up to the ivy/vine covered main gate you get the sense this is an interesting place. Manuel and Nicole have carved out one of the most memorable boutique hotels I have ever stayed in before. The decor is so creative if my wife saw it first hand her head...

I stayed here with a group of nine for work. It was lovely. Each room has a lot of charm and seems to tell a story. Nicole and Manuel were so kind and hospitable. They make much of bread that is served in the morning and the dinner we had there one evening was delicious! There are many little nooks...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
CASA PATIO Boutique Hotel is an amazing experience. We are a "petit" hotel, with an environment full of elegance and simplicity. The hotel provides a great collection of antiques, colonial doors and furniture, vintages pieces, hand skilled bricks, a funky touch, crockery and silverware from the beginnings of the 20th Century, pictures of some of the signatures of great artists, and finally, more than anything the patio and its magic. In this atmosphere, Nicole and Manuel open their doors with the philosophy of the host who opens his house and set up his table for the visitors. There is an open kitchen for everyone who wants to cook, also a wine cellar and cups, a hammock under the wonderful shadows of the avocodo tree, and well, may the guest always be the best that happens to the house.CASA PATIO is located in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, at some steps near the golf fields of the "Las Palmas" Country Club, the FEXPOCRUZ International Entertainment and Business Fair, the Tennis Club, the Equestrian Club and finally at twelve minutes from downtown. ... more   less
