One of the most beautiful landscapes I've seen of Titicaca lake has been in the balcony of this hotel, good service, nice rooms, and its restaurant serves amazingly great food, I'd rate my experience a five star.

The hotel has very nice view, nice room, but quite cold at night and in the morning (no heating system). Tried to get hot water at 3PM and the staff said "tomorrow" although the boiler is right there. A lady front desk was kind enough to overrule the service staff and gave us the water. This happened twice.

We had a marvelous view over the lake from our room with a balcony. A great location right on the lake front. A good sized room with a hot shower and reasonable breakfast. A great place to chill for a couple of days and do Isla del Sol. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed here for two nights an thoroughly enjoyed it. Beds were very comfy and our room had a balcony boasting a great view of the lake. Breakfast was good with a wide choice. Only complaint was that the rooms were quite cold throughout the day and night.

Lovely rooms with balcony and great views of the lake. Hot showers (a bonus here!) and nice buffet breakfast. Might be a bit more expensive than other places but well worth it. Cable TV and an interesting bar next door. Wifi in rooms as well.

Positives: Large rooms. Warm water. Lake views. Negatives: Wifi does not work. No cleaning of rooms/bin emptying or replenishment of toiletries during stay. Rooms very cold at night. Plugs spark (!) - we informed staff. Dangerous! Overall a pleasant stay but some negatives.

Didn't stay st the hotel but are in the restaurant cafe London. I got the American hamburger and it was amazing. Best hamburger I've had in South America since travelling for 2 months. 2 burgers on the bun with cheese and bacon. Was like s proper home made hamburger price. Will be back for another soon.

I read about the reviews on TripAdvisor and did not get my expectations too high when my tour guide booked this hotel. However, to my surprise, the hotel was great! My room has an awesome sea view, reliable shower and comfortable bed. Their room was huge. Breakfast nothing to shout about but edible. There is not much service available but...

We stayed here for 2 nights, the view was beautiful , rooms were big and clean, wifi worked fine as well. Didn't really interact with the lady who handed us our room keys, spoke mostly with our guide. Other hotel staff were rude and ruined the overall experience in Copacabana, asked for hot water to drink for my parents and...

Overall it's probably a good choice for a copacabana if you have the money. There are most definitely hostels around the place that offer up a much more friendly service in exchange for worse facilities. The view and location is great, you can't fault it. Bed and room were comfortable and clean for the most part. Wifi didn't work but...
