Good location, in a quiet area of Copabana but close to the main street and the lake. Very very very helpful staff. We had hot water without problems and a clean big room. Not very good WIFI and basic but abundant breakfast. Not the cheapest in town, but you get what you are offered, fair enough.

We stayed here as we found some hostels fully booked. Our stay was pleasant as the room was nice with seaview and good beds. The shower was cold sometimes but we made no effort to have it checked, could be the gas as I think the heater was hooked up to an empty bottle. Breakfest was very nice with pancakes,...

I loved the vast lobby over 2 stories. The room was clean and well appointed. Little attentions like a bottle of water in the room and free water, tea and fruits all day in the lobby were highly appreciated by guests. The only problem - as in many other hotels in South America - was the hot water, which was...

Nice choice in Copacabana. Located in the high part of the city, it's a 5-minute-walk from the center and the river. Clean, silent, refurnished, very good breakfast, nice staff, fair price, wi-fi ok. Ask for a room with a view of the river.

Breakfast was wonderful in this hotel, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We even got picked up at the bus although we didn't expect this. On the negative side, there was no hot water during our stay. Electricity didn't always work either, but I think that's the town and not the hostel. Wifi gets shut off at 10pm...

We stayed here for 2 nights when visiting Lake Titicaca. Good location, comfy beds, good shower & massive breakfast (eggs, cereal, yogurt, bread, juice, fruit salad)! It was quiet at the time we stayed but that was probably because it's low season!

We were recommended this hostel by fellow travellers who had raved about the breakfast; this didn't disappoint. Breakfast consists of cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pancakes, bread & jam and eggs cooked to your order. We didn't realise you got all of this, which turned out to be very filling, but great as we spent the day visiting Isla del Sol...

Hotel Utama had a lot in its favour -clean, private room with TV, ensuite with hot water, great breakfast (best I had during 6 weeks of travel) and in the lower quadrangle, water and free snacks, as well as some fruit. The only place that had these things. The hotel staff was also very helpful and kind. I feel that...

Let´s face it, Copacabana is no paradise. This is the better of a bad lot. The rooms are good, the beds are big and comfy and there is hot water (which is a rarity in Bolivia). The breakfast is fantastic! I loved the pancakes, and the wifi is pretty good. My room had a nice view over Lake Titicaca. A...

If you want something between cheap and nasty & expensive and luxurious, Hotel Utama fits perfectly. It is not as cheap as people backpacking in the area might want at $20USD but for that i got (a private room with Ensuite) it was good value. It was cleaned every day, had a comfortable bed and hot water shower. If you...
