We love Cold Springs Resort. Very reasonable rates, Indoor and Outdoor Pools, tennis courts, Children's Playground, and large field for sports or play. Walk to 18 hole golf course. This is a central location go North to White Mountains or South to Lakes attractions. We eat dinner out most nights, but full kitchens equal snack, cold water, breakfast and lunch...

Cold Spring really is a deal compared to other NH lodging options. The fact that each unit has its own full kitchen helps families stick to a budget. It's good to hear you were able to treat yourselves to some restaurants also. Hope you found the nearby Hannaford grocery store to stock up on those snacks!

I love this place and try to come once a year. Some of the finest restaurants are in this area. The staff here is warm and welcoming. I usually start the day with the mile hike through the woods. Pools are clean. Cold spring is one of my favorites.

It's nice to hear you were able to explore the many fine restaurants in the area. I would be interested to find out which were your favorites: The Common Man in Ashland or Plymouth? Or perhaps the Italian Restaurant in Plymouth? I have heard the new Last Chair Restaurant makes great gourmet pizza. FYI - we have a new seafood...

My husband and I came up for a week in early September. The outside pool was still open and we made great use of it. My husband loved the golf course nestled in the mountains. The unit was excellent with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, w/d and fireplace. We couldn't ask for more. We loved taking the day...

Glad to hear you felt welcomed by our entire staff. Many have worked here for years, which leads to the sense of family you get when you visit. It really is like home to us! We are pleased that you enjoyed the van trips. Linda's father was a member of the 10th Mountain Division, which trained in nearby Franconia Notch...

This was our annual multi-generational week away together. Our unit was a 2 BR, 1 Bath 2nd floor place. We had a full kitchen, dining area, very small screened in "porch", and decent sized LR area with a fireplace. Oh, and an apt. sized wash/dryer. Before I forget the water pressure in the shower was EXCELLENT! We had a double...

Had an upstairs spacious unit with two bedrooms, full kitchen, dining room, living room & one bathroom. The unit was well insulated and very quiet. Free wi-fi was a welcomed feature. The resort is close to Plymouth, NH, so convenient for walmart and other stores for necessary supplies.

We were in Ashland, attending Laconia Bike Week. The staff at the Cold Spring Resort were very accommodating to the motorcycles and, especially, the trailers. The apartment was comfortable and 2 requests to the front desk were filled immediately. Check in and check out were easy and quick. The air conditioning units were quick to cool off the rooms and...

We're happy you chose Cold Spring as your home for the Motorcycle week. Being only 20 minutes away from Laconia is a plus, yet we're far enough away to escape all the traffic that accompanies this popular week. Glad to hear the staff was accommodating! Thanks for your review.

This is a very nice resort, quiet and very nice and helpful personnel. Very relax with a tennis court and inside pool. You can walk in nature and do a perfect 6 mile run in the morning. Glad to hear you found our resort relaxing. Skiers and riders do love our close proximity to several top-notch ski resorts (yet appreciate our quiet setting, too). We hope to have more snow for you next time you visit because we have groomed nordic and snowshoe trails here also! Come again soon.
