Ann Arbor, the University town, is always an amazing place to visit. Holiday Inn in the University area is quite conveniently located with lots of eating joints one can just walk to, good walk-ways are available. Coney Island and Busch's are just next door. The hotel pools and gym are fine too for a short stay.

We were staying overnight following a medical procedure that required a followup visit the following day. John at the front desk was extremely helpful to us, at check in and when we arrived for the evening. Our room was clean and easily accommodated a roll-away. Housekeeping was responsive to our needs and we were well satisfied with our experience. Although...

Convenient for families-swim in/swim out pool. Poor restaurant-S-L-O-W service, had to pay a cover charge for the band even though we were guests of the hotel & only wanted to have dinner. Walked out after a long wait for our cocktail. Ended up sitting in the lobby with friends, munching on appetizers & having cocktails. Asked to switch the lobby...

Dear jeanne1011, Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that there were some inconveniences during your stay. Our hotel does hold live entertainment on Saturday evenings and there is a $5 cover charge, we do offer package rates, with the cover charge included. If a guest is not interested in the event but would still like to dine, we continue...

First off, it took for ever to check-inn. The lady behind the counter made sure she told me how much of an inconvience it was that I purchased my room through Hotwire. When we finally got to the room, we where ready to go to sleep. When I put my head on the pillow I was overwellmed with a horrible...

Accommodations are spacious and clean. I enjoyed the pool which is heated and spans both indoors and out. Shuttle bus to the center of town is available upon request. The restaurant is very low key, so I recommend speaking to someone at the bar before seating yourselves.

The front desk staff are great … they are friendly … whether in person or on the phone. The facility is decently designed … it's a bit spread out, but once you are familiar with the elevators, nothing is inconvenient. The elevators are a mite slow, so be patient. There is a restaurant and bar attached … but, the buffet...

The breakfast is the worst I have ever found in a hotel. Had a bug in the towels in my room. Words slowest wifi. The bed was decent but im had to overcome an odor in the air. I would say I will not be back to this facility

We stayed at the hotel on 3155 Boardwalk for four nights. The rooms were great and the staff and facilities really nice. What makes a good hotel for me are the little things too.. in this case the wi-fi was dreadfully slow, it was like having dial up again. The other issue was the food in the restaurant. My advice...

Very convenient and has a nice restaurant. The staff was great when I had a slight issues, really appreciated their attentiveness. The atmosphere is a little better than the average Holiday Inn and the pool was just right. I don't like pools where you can be viewed by everyone in the lobby.

Beds were uncomfortable, dipped to the center which causes you to roll into the middle-and the person you're sharing the bed with. We paid far more than this room was worth, but didn't have a choice because the Hampton Inn was booked up & we needed to stop for the night. Also, no continental breakfast was offered. Washcloths in the...
