Rove Downtown is celebrated for its modern and lively atmosphere, with guests enjoying the stylish decor and inviting communal spaces. The rooms are consistently lauded for their cleanliness and views of the Burj Khalifa, despite some finding them on the smaller side. The staff's friendly demeanor and helpfulness, along with amenities such as a 24/7 gym and pool with iconic views, receive high marks. While the hotel's cleanliness is a standout feature, opinions on value are mixed, with certain guests considering some services pricey. Its proximity to major attractions like the Dubai Mall enhances its appeal for many visitors.

The hotel room spacious and cleaned once a day around 12pm with complimentary fresh water rotated every day, a mini fridge, a television, a kettle for tea and coffee. The pool and nearby services were excellent. The gym facilities are excellent with equipment for cardio and strength. The store is 24/7 and there is a fantastic selection of products for all your needs.

The hotel has a company stationed within the building called Travel Saga which offers experiences for tourists. Riany Dian was incredibly helpful at all times ensuring we safety got to our destination safely and on time. She continuously offer support to all of my extensive queries and was incredibly knowledgable on Dubai as a whole. She has a warming and welcoming personality which made me feel at ease. I plan on returning next year and I hope to see her again as she is a delight and main compontent of me having had an incredible first time holiday in Dubai.

TGI Fridays is located within the hotel premises offer deals each day for individuals and families wishing to dine there. There are a few options if you have dietary restrictions and they are more than welcome to prepare the meals in a way that you prefer. The bar does stock alcoholic beverages and offers happy hour options.

Overall Rove Downtown is an excellent choice to stay for many reasons. The location is a 10 minute walk from the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, the hotel store and food atations are excellent, the gym and pool are brilliant and worth spending time within, Travel Saga is an excellent tourism experience company with a very helpful workforce.

I hope to stay here again very soon.

Hotel without luxuries but with everything you need for a good stay in Dubai. Very good located very close to Dubai Mall and Buj Kalifa. Small gym, swimming pool with views of the tallest skyscraper in the world. Very competent and polite staff. It has lockers to leave your suitcases and they don't give you any problems leaving later or coming in earlier even if you pay a small amount. It has a supermarket inside with everything you need and free transportation to some places

Recent two night stay on a 36 hour Dubai stopover for my family of five.

We asked for connecting rooms prior to arrival and got them (connecting door was opened with a quick call to reception). Our rooms had spectacular views of the Burj Kalifa and Dubai Mall. This is a well located place to stay in downtown Dubai. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the small side but the beds are comfortable. There is an overwhelming odor of cleaning products more appropriate to a hospital rather than a hotel but you get used to it.

The hotel provides a complementary shuttle service, and apparently you can walk to the Dubai Mall. But, it’s a walk crossing major roads, and we felt safer taking a taxi at night.

The lobby (with PS5) was active at all times and the 24 hour mini-mart and gym were well appreciated. The attached Fridays restaurant was convenient for a late evening arrival and the included breakfast was decent. We did not make it the pool, but it looked lovely.

Still, it was a fairly expensive hotel with no luxury flourishes, so keep that in mind.

Terrible! The holiday started with us being robbed. All the outerwear, and there was a $4,000 coat, a kid's jacket and an adult cape. Came to the straight without booking. By booking the price is $2,700 - in fact $4,000 and without breakfast , although in fact on the straight is always cheaper . Weary and there was no way out. There's no honesty in this hotel, there's no justice to prove to anyone. If they're honest and it's not their fault they have to show the cameras, but they didn't. The location will suit those who want to shop at Dubai Mall , but for its sake alone do not recommend renting this hotel , the Marina area is more interesting . Restaurant Fridays just sucks, dirty glasses bring and yet do not apologize, the food is terrible. Apart from Dubai Mall there is nowhere to go , noise , the nearest restaurants only in that direction. The toilet doesn't have a basic toilet brush, and if you're followed by a cleaner? And there's your poo that you can't wash off. Funny. No toothbrushes. This hotel doesn't cost that much money, so what do you think Dubai Mall is around? Only the yard is nice. And it ends up there that often things go missing. After the Instagram review, even another girl confirmed . Shame on you. I know who stole!!! Wear, sell and choke, I won't be impoverished by it! But fooling guests 😂 for supposedly forgetting in a cab is ridiculous! I had no patience to deal with you. God judge you...

Took 1 night in October 2024. The hotel was chosen only because of its location, Dubai Mall is a 5-minute walk away. The location of the hotel is its most important advantage. 1. Accommodation. Arrived after 14:00, checked in immediately, very surprised that the girl at the reception asked for a tip of 10 dirhams, the money is not great, but strange. Room on the 14th floor. There are no balconies, no smoking in the room. You can hear the ventilation system. The TV wasn't working, the craftsman came in - couldn't fix it quickly, we said we didn't need to. The room itself is clean, refrigerator, water 1 bottle, tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap - eat. The toilet drain worked very badly, you had to apply savvy )))) pillows- sleeping on a log or sneaker would be more convenient, urgently change, and this linen is cool! 2. Breakfast. Normal. They custom-made omelets, eat yogurt, bake, pleasantly surprised the presence of red fish. Dining at a hotel cafe-- expensive and not delicious. 3. The hotel has a shop - the range is good, and snack and souvenirs etc. Very comfortable. 4. Thank the staff, help, polite, super. Bottom line: the hotel is suitable for short stays and if you need to be in the city center.

Rove downtown Hotel:

We stayed here for NYE, and it was the best choice to see the fireworks hassle-free. This little hotel is close to Burj Khalifa, and we upgraded our stay to a Burj Khalifa view for a fair price. It was fantastic for NYE. The hotel is very clean, with 24/7 cleaning services, and the staff is friendly and attentive to small details. For a 3-star hotel, it is excellent.

The amenities are top-notch, including the pool, a small supermarket in the lobby, a tech corner for kids, a spacious lobby with couches to relax, and a laundry corner.

Dubai Mall is just a 10-minute walk away.

The room wasn’t big, but it was sufficient for a 3-night stay. All the essentials were provided. The bed and blanket were very comfortable, which my wife greatly appreciated.

Improvements:

The only suggestion would be to add more closet space for clothes.

Also, getting NYE information from the hotel was a bit confusing. They seemed more focused on promoting dinner at TGI Fridays than simply answering our questions. To be honest, the dinner price for NYE was exaggerated—at least 1,400 AED (380 EUR / 370 USD) per person. While they said this was a normal price, we noticed that there were fewer people in the restaurant than in the lobby. We hope they offer fairer pricing in the future.

Lastly, during checkout, they asked us to write a review immediately and even wanted to show us on our phone where to find it. This felt intrusive, especially when we were trying to get to our flight on time.

#HappyRoving

Located very close to the Burj Khalifa, it has a very good location to be in the epicenter of the city at an average distance from the points of interest of this immense city (it must be taken into account that between the souks and the Palm Jumeirah there are 35 km. )

I arrive at a very early hour at 8 in the morning when check-in is from 4 p.m. but the friendly girl at the receptionist (I think her name is Rica) manages to have a room ready for me at 10 without a price increase and is ready to look for me and notify me in the hotel lounges.

Since my level of English is very poor, he tries his best to try to explain things to me so that I can understand them, going so far as to go to the trouble of writing it down for me in the translator to transcribe it for me.

The hotel has very generous and truly formidable common spaces. It even has a supermarket open 24 hours a day so you can stock up on what you need for the day or even for the room with a refrigerator so you can fill it with whatever you need.

The concept is like that of a backpacker hostel but for adults and with great quality.

It has fabulous views over the extensive city with its hundreds of skyscrapers and all the amenities that are logical in a modern hotel. It has a swimming pool and a laundry space where you can wash your clothes yourself if you don't want to use the laundry service.

Fabulous is that it has free minibuses with an established schedule to take you to the points of interest in the city.

We arrived in Dubai fairly late and stayed here for our first two nights. We had two rooms which were interconnected, we paid slightly more the Burj view and it did not disappoint. Water was provided in the room as were tea/coffees. Hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner and shower gel all provided. The staff were always very polite a d friendly always looking to help. There was a large communal area which also had a 24 hr shop and prices very reasonable. We sat here when we arrived back in the evenings. The children made good use of the PlayStation 5 and computers. One floor up and there was a football table, putting golf game and ping pong. The gym and pool were also there. The pool was great and big enough, lifeguard at all times and towels given.
First night we ate at TGI Fridays onsite, both mornings for breakfast we had a bakery and Costa coffee. There was a free shuttle a couple of times a day to the Mall, Marina and beach.
Overall a great stay and in a great location

We recently stayed at Rove Downtown for three nights. The living area is large and comfortable and the bathroom has a large shower with either a wand or rain type shower head. Filtered water is supplied daily and is replenished free on request, even late of an evening. There is a free shuttle available as per schedule to places like Dubai Mall and always taxis in the parking lot. A taxi to or from the hotel to the mall is around $5 Australian. Early morning transit to the airport is 15 to 20 minutes and was $23 Australian. We didn’t dine at the hotel but did buy some alcoholic drinks which as elsewhere in Dubai are very expensive, a solution to this is to locate the discrete Africa and Eastern store in Dubai mall which has a good selection of well priced beverages. All in all a highly recommended place to stay

Excellent hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. The checkin process was very smooth and the communal areas of the hotel are very modern and well decorated. The hotel has a great 24/7 shop on the ground floor and a good restaurant too. We also really liked our room, it was well decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is also in a great location and within a 15 minute walk of Dubai mall.

Si, la strada è quella. È molto vicino, meno di 1km. Noi l'abbiamo fatto in 10 minuti.
