We had contacted the hotel before arrival to confirm our airbag wouldn't be until able to check in until after midnight. Checked in and luggage brought to the room. Room had loads of storage space, large comfortable King Sized bed, large interactive TV(we could connect to Netflix etc using our mobile phone devices), sitting area, bathroom with toilet (&bidet) and shower over bath (our only gripe during our stay that it wasn't a separate bath / shower) and fridge. Hotel staff were all excellent, friendly and professional. We used the restaurant on three occasions for breakfast which had great Western and Eastern choices. There's also a coffee shop caffe which served excellent coffees, pastries and sandwiches. We also used room service several times which was also very good and inexpensive by Dubai eating out prices !! There is a couple of supermarkets nearby where you can stock up the fridge and you can walk to the Historic Neighbourhood and also The Frame. You can walk to the train / metro station (ADCB ?) in c.15 minutes and in 5 stops you're at the Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa. Better alternative during peak time traffic. Everything else you'll need a taxi. They are extremely cheap by comparison to UK, although there is always an "executive" taxi outside the hotel, ask the staff to book a local / government one which are substantially cheaper. There is a pool area on the rooftop, floor 7, which has a bar. The pool was never busy and we always got a bed no matter what time of day we pitched up. You can get hotel towels there. There is also a small gym and spa on floor 7. The hotel staff even remembered our 15th Wedding Anniversary. Great hotel, great staff, great services and close to airport.…

Everything was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The staff was very professional and provided excellent customer service. The restaurants provided a variety of food items. There was a rooftop pool and large fitness room. There was a coffee bar and spa for massages hair and nail services.

I had a super stay at the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Free shuttle services to malls & beaches. Helped by Hamzaa for an early check in. The staff at the restaurant and at the concierge namely Mohit George Tauhid and Bishaal were on their toes with a smiling face to help and guide me. Felt more than at home. Go for it without a second thought.

Charlie’s The bar - the experience was amazing , we really enjoyed the service by Neha and vibe is so good at this place . Food at Purani Delhi restaurant in the same hotel is must try. Authentic Indian food. Location is good on Shekh zayad road , in front of Metro station 🚉 Financial center Red line.

I did not have a very desirable experience at the time of my check-in with one of the staff till Mr Ahmed ( Front office Manager) came into the picture and from thereon bad experience turned into a very good experience of our short stay. Lakshmi did a fantastic job in terms of the upkeep of our room and provided all amenities as and when required. Aastha was very courteous & polite in serving our table. Chef Aditya made sure that our specific food was served ( no onion, no garlic food) in a very short time. Short stay, great stay. Keep it up Ahmed, Lakshmi, Aastha, Aditya. 🙏👍Thank you. ❤️

The service was good, there was always someone to assist. The food [dinner]was excellent. The breakfast was clearly outstanding with an amazing variety to choose from. And what was stunning all taste d good. That by itself to me is amazing. Ash... who was responsible for cleaning my room he did a fantastic job. He was kind and very helpful. I will return to this hotel anytime.And will recommend others.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights this week and were extremely satisfied with the level of service provided to us. The entire process from checkin to check-out was very smooth. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Special mention to Catherine in housekeeping who did an incredible job in making sure our rooms were clean by the time we returned in the evening. Will definitely recommend the hotel to others.
