As a guest, I expected a pleasant and relaxing dining experience, which unfortunately was far from the reality here. First and foremost, the behavior and attitude of the general manager named Aby was highly unprofessional. It’s unbelievable they left in his hands such a big hotel. He displayed a lack of courtesy and failed to address our concerns adequately. This type of behavior not only reflects poorly on the manager but also on the hotel as a whole. It is truly disheartening to witness such mismanagement and unprofessionalism within a renowned hotel like this. Never again!

I would recommend to come to Asado Argentine Grill restaurant in Downtown. In particular, Bhutan, Lin and Rowell .....they are very friendly and providing good customer service. The food itself very tasty.

The service at this Argentine restaurant was really excellent and the staff was very friendly and professional especially high light Lin and Rowell . Their dishes are absolutely memorable, especially those classic Argentine steaks, which are absolutely delicious. I had an unforgettable dining experience at this restaurant, with a wide selection of menu items and an amazing selection of dishes. I was impressed by the level of service and the quality of the food and it's definitely worth coming back. If you want to taste authentic Argentine food, this restaurant is definitely a must."

What can I say? I can't rate the Palace Downtown and all of its' staff highly enough. Every single thing was spot on. Every single interaction with a staff member was amazing and they were so helpful from check in to check out. Do yourself a favour and stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Great place to stay extremely close to the fountains, Burj Kalif and the Dubai Mall. The service was A grade and the staff were always eager to help in any way. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
