Stayed here 4 nights during 3/12-3/16 trip. First night was a little noisy, then MGR upgraded us to a great suite room, great service at executive lounge/spa/front desk check out. Overall great hotel and great stay.

We stayed in Raffles at the end of a holiday to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary and were delighted to choose one of their Diplomatic Suites. From our arrival to departure the staff at Raffles could not have provided a more perfect stay. Although we arrived very early we were welcomed and made very comfortable whilst we awaited our room to be ready. The room itself was fabulous, it was located on the 9th floor and offered access to the club lounge. All our main meals were eaten at the hotel in their restaurants where the service and food was excellent. During our stay the hotel recognised our anniversary with two separate cakes and good wishes. The suite was very comfortable with large bathroom, shower, spa bath and separate dressing room area. WE asked for sun loungers to be placed on our large balcony and these arrived within minutes allowing us to enjoy many hours of relaxing in the Dubai sunshine. Overall a fabulous stay. …

We’d stayed at The Raffles Istanbul over the summer which was outstanding so when we decided to go to Dubai booked here amidst the many many choices of luxury hotels. The carry over from our experience in Istanbul is that the service at Raffles hotels is truly exceptional. Shout out to Adeel who serviced our room and was engaging, friendly and helpful. Upon check in we inquired about an upgrade (Gold Accor member). Initially we were told there was no availability however the manager came over and we were led to a beautiful suite. We’d booked the “club” and this is a strong recommendation to do so. It is lovely, classy and intimate. Breakfast served on the 3rd floor is excellent. Service throughout the hotel is really 6 star. The slight drawback is the location which is a taxi or metro ride from the Dubai Mall which seems to be the center of things. However it is a nice calm oasis and we did take both a taxi and a metro to get around and both easily accessible. The concierge was excellent- gave us spot on suggestions for how to spend our short 2 night stay. Overall- service impeccable.…

We visited as a couple for 3 nights after having been up at Marjan Island for a week. Early check in at 11am was absolutely no problem. Our ‘skyline’ room was very well appointed, and the view of the city was exceptional. Standout performers at the hotel were James the doorman, always a smile, and a warm welcome. Ashpak the Concierge; highly knowledgable and booked the aquarium, Burj Kalifa and a boat trip with efficiency. The team at the club lounge and reception were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful and highly varied. Not overcrowded and again great staff on hand. The location may be a little out of town but local taxi’s are plentiful and inexpensive.

The rooms are outdated. Very overpriced. Service was horrible. Staff not very helpful, they said they can provide a blackout and never did. The fridge was locked in the room. The valet scratched my car! Horrible experience, would never visit again

Excellent stay. The hotel was amazing, everything was clean and sparkling, staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms were spacious with a nice balcony and view. Wonderful swimming pool, and service The breakfast buffet was nicely presented, very extensive with all kinds of dishes from around the world. Even though busy, it didn’t feel crowded. Highly recommend.

The room was spectacular, even though we got a standard room, it was mind blowing. The room is huge, the bed if comfortable, we had absolutely everything we needed in our room, the staff was super helpful and nice. Breakfast had an incredible selection from different cultures, room service was immaculate. We felt catered to all throughout our stay. Thank you!

Walking into my room after a long flight was like entering an oasis. The appointment of the room was elegant and the lovely gifts of chocolate and fruit accompanying the welcome message from the manager was a lovely touch. I had a very busy schedule, but the staff made me feel like I was their most important guest and like I was on holiday. I also hosted an event in the meeting rooms and our guests were well looked after and served a lovely buffet of refreshments before and after our meeting. I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay.
