Great long term stay, with a wonderful view and patio. The staff was the best as they couldn't do enough to make our stay more pleasent. A big shout out for Yinka working downstairs and at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again as the location is perfect. The hotel is right on the MRT line so it's really convenient. We could also walk around the mall in the evenings as there is a 3rd floor connection.We will be staying here again. Thanks to all the staff for making it a wonderful stay.

Great location. Exclusive Burjuman mall excess. Mesmerizing views and hospitality. Well connected in the prime location of but Dubai. Mr Vernon is a great guy. He always surprises us with something exciting and new view to explore. I don’t remember I have ever faced any problems in this hotel. Excellent support by him always. Also, Miss Sarah & Asura have always extended there support. Be it a small thing or any change required. And never the less, Mr Bilal, noor, ameer & yinka are equally supportive in every way the can. I visited Burjuman Cafe 302, with my family. It’s an amazing place for a refreshing break with some tasty food and lovely staff! The ambiance is very pleasant and a go to place with family and friends for a much needed break for chats and hangouts! Pastas a must thing to order. Babu, Mel and Khamraj were really professional and kind! Amazing rooms n look forward for an upcoming staycatios. Ameer at reception was very helpful and Bilal was kind to show us across the rooms.

Strongly recommend this property. Had my guests whom I booked for 4 nights . It was indeed a super experience all the way ! The courteous staff , right from the reception , both Mr Asura & Ms. Sarah were very professional & helpful , left no stone unturned. Everything right from day one till departure , everything was right in place ..... no complaints whatsoever !! .... worth every penny . No wonder in a destination like Dubai , the occupancy overhere is always higher !! The guests departed on a happy note ... Only hope complacency doesn’t takeover in the days to come .....
