Booked this hotel for a few days
Location = Excellent! Khaleed Bin waleed Metro station is very close by and you can get around dubai using the metro, this hotel is on a main busy road full of hustle and bustle! Whilst the Outside of the hotel looks good something you would expect of a 4 star hotel inside was absolutely awful! staff english was broken, rooms was basic tired and looking old with a bit of stains here and there on the bed and walls and bathroom needs dire upgrading.

HOWEVER it gets even worse post 21:00pm its nothing but a pickup joint and a brothel there you will find phillipinos, russian, chinese and eastern europeans all looking for clients, with a lot of pervy men going Hooker shopping in the front as well as in the bar at that time and a typical scene you would see out of a brothel. Yes you will see the odd police car there but they turn a blind eye! Likewise an innocent drink in the bar will make you look as if you are soliciting with clients. I was with my wife and had to literally PROVE we were residents of teh hotel what really infuriated me was they thought my Wife was some sort of hooker which i picked up which really annoyed the hell outta me I was about to lose it with the reception staff, next day i packed up and went!

I would NOT recommend this hotel for Families and couples its a brother at night

OK, location is good, sort of in the middle. Stayed there quite a few times as close to the office. Location is about the only true positive thing with York.
Noicy at night. What ever you do never take a room below level 5. Lobby looks more then from Sodom and Gomorra then from a 3 star hotel after 21.00 hours.
Brekfast is a killer. At least lukewarm now a days compared with few years back. However it is painful to eat. Close your eyes and chew.
Business center and fitness center is a joke.
OK, some staff really tries, friendly, helpful, reception though haven't a clue on service and for most parts not in english. Smelly AC and ventilation. For most parts fresh bedlinen but check for bedbugs. One time room infested with the little buggers. Managment not to happy to give even a small refund- how can you beet that in a 3 star hotel?
3 star- not. 2 or even 1 star would be more correct.

Its not even 1 star when i entered in the lobbay i saw a big black RAT was on the wall of indian night club. This was my first and last stay in this ridiculous hotel. When i came for check in at 19:00 for executive suit and i requested that my flight is 6 o'clock in the evening. So please at least give 2 or 3 hours for late checkout. But front office person who checked in me he said no it will be chargeable 150 aed and there was no politeness in his conversation staff needs a very basic guest oriented training and basic manner of how to treat a paying guest.
When i entered in room :
1- tv was not working
2- i called to operater and ask for sewing kit, slippers, dental kit, but they didn't deliver. Again i called after 1 hour and requested the same. Then they delivered.
3- room were dusty alot. Even i couldn't sleep and coughing because of thus dust.

Never book this hotel. We booked through Booking.com 11 Am the price was show us reasonable, we reach the hotel 11.30 Am same day. After reviewing the room price hotel reception telling the big difference and very high. Still we talk at reception about the huge differences, but they ask to cancel the booking through Booking.com we did the cancellation on the same time. Receptionist informed us all ok and we left from the hotel even not entering the room. Next day we got a message from the bank that they charged full night from the credit card. I believe hotel is cheating us and I've sent several emails. No one has conducted till now I call too no respond yet. Be careful with this hotel never try to book here you will get charged without notifications. You may find the attached cancellation timings at reception via email. I am hotelier too working with Hilton as Front office department.

Room barely acceptable. Trash on floor housekeeping does not do a thorough job. The bathroom, the towels were so old, the floor mat looked better. The water pressure was so low, could barely shower properly. No shower curtain, so water spills all over the floor and wets the floor mat. TV selection, only 4 channels, not for international viewers from the West. The phone in the room did not work. Asked if they had room service at reception, they said yes. But I said there is no menu in room and phone does not work. I went to the restaurant for room service and the indian attendant did not understand English....!!!

Over all disappointing experience

Towel are to old, no complimentary slippers, the shower head keeps on turning, the tv is terrible as no international channel the smell of the hallway is terrible.

We booked online we paid online and yet when we arrived there was another charge 30aed the receptionist told me that is for tourist pay per stay. Like what the heck they don't even mention that when we book online. We are not tourists we have Emirates ID I don't have choice just to accept as I am so tired from my 12hours flight we needed full rest and yet the room is stressful the sound from their club is to noisy I even slept late and when in the early morning there is drillings are going on another floor. I can't imagine what a nightmare experience at this hotel I booked 3days try to imagine our experience. We even complain to the reception but they completely ignore it.

I don't recommend this hotel if you do then book at your own risk.

I attempted to book this hotel via Booking.com. The prices were advertised as 35 USD per night. I submitted to the payment form and it went through. On the final confirmation page - I was charged double the price and taxes.

When I called the hotel they said "we cannot do anything about it" and "the manager is not here." In the end I was not refunded and my bank stated they cannot do anything. This hotel changes the price at the last moment.

Very bad value for money. Staff at the reception are completely unfriendly, rooms are very small and not very well maintained, cleanliness level is quite questionable. Highly unrecommended.

Taking a shower in this hotel is quite a challenge even for someone as tall as me :) look at the attached picture.

It always depends on the availability of the room on the floor you want when booking a room you need to tell them your preference and hotel tries its best to give you your preference or a better choice,
