located in historical part of Dubai which is not like other non spirit high sky scrappers. Rooms are really bigger than Dubai average. Clean. You may find whatever you need around the hotel. Hotel staff were really kind and helpful

This was our first destination on a special holiday celebrating amongst other things our wedding anniversary. After a long flight we arrived late in the evening and to be honest, late or not I fancied a beer. I asked where the hotel bar was that was clearly advertised as open to be advised to use the mini bar instead, being...

We spent four nights here. The room was spacious and had shower/tub, mini refrigerator, iron, TV and air conditioning. There are several restaurants which were reasonable places to eat. Beds were ok, pillows were great. We were in room 613 with a nice view of the Dubai museum and Dubai creek.

Stayed at Arabian Courtyard 2 nights. Although the hotel is a bit outdated, you'll find everything you need. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, good Chinese restaurant and staff helpfull in any way. Perfect stay to explore the old city or any of the other 2 districts. Ideal for stopover, not if you're looking for a beach holiday. Just give...

We picked this hotel because of its location - right next to the Dubai Museum, a short walk to the "Creek", close to the Silk Souk, easy to access and with old world charm. It has seen better days but is well maintained, very comfortable and has lots of character. The staff were very helpful and any questions were quickly...

This hotel is perfect if your purpose is to shop in Meena Bazaar for a couple of days. Staying in The Creek

Neighbourhood Profile
The Creek
The smell of frankincense hangs thick and heavy in the air, waves lap gently at jetties, and market traders call to passing tourists. The creek, originally the place where pearl boats docked and left on missions to uncover jewels from the deep, is where the city really began. The Al Fahidi District on the Creekside is one of the oldest heritage sites in Dubai, easily recognizable with its iconic wind towers, the original air conditioning. Home to the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding and the Dubai Museum, the old buildings also house a range of cafes, shops and art galleries. Often called “the real Dubai,” this is a wonderful place to lose yourself before catching an abra across the creek to the spice souk, where your senses will be overwhelmed with tastes, smells, and sounds.
