Location wasn't bad (first when you find the place) it's actually right on the corner of Al Sabkha road and a short walking distance from Palm Deira metro station. However, pay attention for the street number; it's NOT the one mentioned here in TripAdvisor! The city has apparently changed street numbers in the area, Google Maps tells it's 28th street,...

The worst place ever. First of all dirty. Most of the appliances are very old or doesn't work. Fridge was warmer than my charger. Because of broken air condition we had an extra shower in the room hall for all night. Service is rude and lazy. Staying here is very stressful and not worth any penny.

The one thing that stands out about this hotel is the warm and friendly staff. Everyone from the manager and concierge to the cleaning staff were great and made me feel at home. The chef is also a great guy - warm and friendly people all in all. The room I stayed in was OK for my needs. Nothing more...
