It’s a Value for money hotel situated in centre of Diera with a big mall opp the hotel with metro at walking distance. Check in was easy. Room was comfortable with a good bed to sleep. Breakfast was excellent but restaurant was always full but the staff was very efficient in clearing the tables fast. Niffer the hostess was efficient alloting the tables. Rajendra at Egg Station was excellent. He made my fully fried eggs to perfection. Stewardess Hina & Sangeeta were very helpful in meeting guests requirements very fast. My compliments to the entire restaurant team for being super fast in service. Only Mishap I had on the 2nd day of my stay when I went for a shower & got wet & tried to get shampoo from the dispenser, it was empty I had to come out in a towel & called the housekeeping. A lady came with the Shampoo & it was an embarrassing situation for both of us. I complained to the reception but they were dilly dallying but I persisted to meet the GM. On the next day GM Mr. Joseph came with a fruit platter & informed me that the room was cleaned by a new recruit & apologised to me that they will counsel & re-train him so that such mishaps don’t happen with other guests Other than above I had no other issues with the hotel & I would recommend this hotel for its value for proposition & it’s central location

I stayed at Ramada Deira hotel for a week. The best part that I loved about the hotel was the smooth check-in and check-out experience and also it's very near to the Metro train station which made my commute to/from office and other destinations a breeze. The metro situation is literally about 2 mins walk away from the hotel entrance. The hotel was clean, room was nice and the staff was professional.

Lovely facility, very clean. Front desk staff were friendly and very willing to assist us in all matters. No request was too difficult. Additionally, staff member Ahmat Ali assisted us greatly. Me and my wife checked in and we choose smoking room to get relax, but our experienced in this hotel was so bad and uncomfortable. First, they give a room that the AC was tripping and we request to transfer to another room and it takes time before they did, and when they transferred we face again another problem the TV is not working (no channels) and it takes time again before they fixed it. Imagine we are checked in there to get relax and feel comfortable but our expectation was so bad. We went for dinner in the restaurant and the service was so poor, my wife ordered medium steak but they delivered well done and we need to wait again and also the waiter is lack of knowledge about their items. Overall our experienced is very terrible.

We booked this hotel from 19th to 23rd January (room 514) for our vacation in Dubai however the first impression was truly unpleasant.
I got humiliated by the bell host in front of everyone in the lobby. While my partner was in the front desk for check in, the bell host asked me to keep my legs down in very rude manner again and again saying it was not allowed in the hotel. I was extremely exhausted from the flight and resting my legs on my own trolly bag, also I wasn’t in a place where it’s visible to others. I have attached the picture of the staff who shouted at me also how I was resting my legs. And yet he didn’t assist us with the bags to our room (which was his job). Also the front desk agent asked him to offer welcome drinks to the guests in the lobby but he completely ignored it and we didn’t get any welcome drinks. I’m truly surprised how this staff shouted at me, when I supposed to be relaxing in the hotel I paid my money for. I didn’t expect this service from Ramada hotel. This staff is tarnishing the brand Ramada.
Other than that housekeeping staff did a great job, our room was always clean and all the amenities were excellent.
The front desk agent was professional and very helpful, he offered us early check in to the room and it was truly amazing as we were jet lagged after a long flight.

Booked 2 rooms for a 5 day stay for my first trip to Dubai for me and my parents. When I came to the hotel I was so very disappointed with the hotel that I did not stay at the hotel and booked elsewhere. My old parents didn’t want to move around and as we couldn’t get a refund they didn’t want to waste any more money and decided to stay in one of the rooms.
Classed as a 4 star hotel but it definitely is not. More like 2 stars. Rooms are very outdated and the whole building in general needs renovating. In the lobby there was a broken screen cordoning off one part.
Arrived at the hotel at 7am after an early flight and asked if I could checkin early if possible. I had notified them of this previously and was told this would be fine but subject to availability. Which I understand. But reception asked me to pay extra which I refused. So they did have rooms available but wanted payment.
It may have been a 4 star hotel when it first was built but it’s very misleading to still say it’s 4 stars and that in, Dubai.
I booked through booking.com so asked if I could get a refund as a goodwill gesture but the reservation department of the hotel refused.
My parents spoke to the manager Rohan at the hotel about refunding the room and he said they would refund if it was ok with Booking.com. But the reservation department if the hotel said it was non refundable.
Reservation department has zero customer service skills.
Don’t waste your money, please please pay extra and go elsewhere as you will be very very disappointed like I was.

Before I even entered the room. There was a terrible odour coming from the corridor and bathroom drain. It was worst in the evening when the cleaner stopped spraying air freshener. When I entered the room there were cracks in the bathroom tiles. Rust leaking from the metal bar above the bath. General excessive wear and tear everywhere. On my 3rd day I found a bed bug, I had a look all around the bed and mattress. When I took out the pillows from the pillow cases I discovered ALL the pillows were yellow, stained and filthy. I informed the cleaner to change the linen and for clean pillows. He just put an extra cover on the pillows and didn’t even get clean ones! This is meant to be a 4 star hotel. I don’t believe in exaggerated reviews so I have photos to substantiate all my claims. The photo with the pillows has the Ramada Logo

I stayed here for a week. The room was very large, much larger than I think you would need. You could play football in it, but I just wanted to sleep... You have a small fridge (empty), which is useful if you want to buy something to drink (even alcohol, from MMI or African+Eastern) or food for breakfast, which you can keep in the fridge. There is a smart-TV with a large diagonal (50 inches), but it is useless. The signal is weak and many channels are scrambled. In addition, there are only Arabic, Russian, and other channels without any use. Not a channel with European or American music, not a channel with documentaries, not a European sports channel. The air conditioning works OK, Wi-Fi works very well. The room was clean, it was cleaned daily. But there are clear signs of wear and tear on the furniture and in the bathroom. I didn't have an iron or an ironing board, as it was written in the rooms facilities. Also, I only had liquid soap and hair conditioner in dispensers. No other toiletries. I didn't have a view from the room, the window faced a side street. Among the pluses, we can add the good location, very close to the metro and bus stations. Several supermarkets in the area, as well as several restaurants. The swimming pool on the rooftop is under renovation, therefore closed. Difficult check-in, I stayed for about 15 minutes. But the staff is OK. All in all, an OK hotel, but no more.

It took some time for me to write this review as i have mixed feelings regarding this hotel.
We arrived at night, after midnight, and check-in took quite some time. We were tired after an 8 hours journey by plane and wanted to sleep. However, they were not sure where to put us. I was astounded as i thought surely they must have booked the bedrooms as soon as we paid. Looked like it was just now that they were looking where to put us.
Anyway, we specifically asked for connecting rooms as we are a family of 6. They offered us two rooms on the same floor, some meters apart. These were not connecting rooms. The rooms are a bit dark, due to the dark decorations. Bedding was correct and bathroom clean and spacious. Housekeeping was also good.
The place where the hotel is situated is great, near Salah Ud Din metro station, in the heart of Deira, just opposite Al Ansari shopping centre and Reef mall.
The food was delicious for breakfast and we were well catered for by the servers. The pool was cold and we did not go swimming there.
We were gone most of the day and returned by night.
Now up to the thing which disturbed my stay: On the second day, in the morning, a woman wearing only a towel knocked on my door, asking for a telephone charger. There were other clients in the hallway looking at her awkwardly.
I was also surprised but i agreed to lend her my charger. She NEVER returned it. Even when i went knocking, nobody opened the door. After enquiring at reception, I learnt that she booked the room only for one night. There is a so-called massage parlour on one of the floors in the building and because of that, I would say this hotel is not suitable for families.
Honestly, had I known that you can meet this type of people in the hallways, I would not have booked that hotel.
After complaining several times at the reception about the woman not returning my charger, they gave me a charger from a drawer. Am not even sure if it was mine. The cable broke some weeks later.
Because of that event, I do not think that I will book that hotel again.

Liked · (+) Good location on the main road of Deira / salah al din street (+) Plenty of eateries, shops, malls and discount stores nearby (+) I stayed on the Mezzanine floor which looked slightly old but clean (+) Don't think many customers were around in the hotel as it was quite silent (+) Plenty of parking in the basement (which you can approach from the back of the building
