Detailed Reviews
Stayed here with my son for a short break in today and we had a decent stay. Hotel was clean and staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast was good and the hotel is very close to metro station so travelling around Dubai is not that difficult. Would recommend. Good value for money.

First of all I was in impression of this is a part of Choice franchise property, but it is NOT. They are using the same LOGO as the properties in USA. I believe Choice franchise should look in to this.
There are no internet servicies in the room.
Hot water in the bathroom was not hot enough and barely there was enough pressure to get good shower
No other amenities in the bathroom other than piece of soap
There was a coffee pot in the room but no creamer, when I ask for it, they said not providing the creamer.
No other amenities in the bed room either.
On the last day when I ask for storage room for my baggage storage, they said they have it. What I found out was - they keep baggage in the public staircase hallway, where everyone goes up and down through this staircase and I was not comfortable with it so, I traveled with my baggage all day until 7:00 pm
Certainly this not the place I recommend to stay at.

I had the most shocking experience to learn that 2 people can not stay in one room and also i can not have visitors into my room. Absolutely disgusting and to make things worse the Receptionist and the security were so rude. I will definitely not advise anyone to go to this motel its not even worth calling a hotel

Horrible experience.
The food they serve for breakfast and lunch is garbage. Attached are the pictures of the breakfast. We were told that the hotel got worse with a new owner.
I hope this person goes bankrupt.
The only positive moment is that the hotel staff is nice and friendly.

Very bad quality services and housekeeping. Quality of the hotel is not good. Bad sleep quality. Staff very average. Not value for money. Only location is good as it close to restaurants, malls etc. Cleanness is very bad. Internet is very slow.

First Im going to say what's good about the hotel....it's cheap and that's about it.
Due to change in plans I stayed in this hotel for a total of 5 days because it was cheap and the reviews seemed to not be so bad...this is another case of you get what you pay for!!! I think the other people that write reviews about this hotel are truly full of it and just writing to be writing or they literally have on blinders...THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! Yes it's close to City Center, which is a middle class to poorer mall compared to the others in this town.
Due to the behavior of the staff on my 5th day there, I checked out and went to real hotel. I had another American stop by my hotel for a visit and the desk clerk flipped out and ordered him out of my room, stating that it was the rules that you cannot have visitors...ARE YOU KIDDING ME! They demanded he leave the room and repeatedly called and screamed at me for him to get out of the room. After the behavior of the front desk staff, I truely felt threatened by the staff and wouldn't even stay in the room that night. He kept saying how the rules stated there were no visitors allowed but these rules are NOT posted anywhere and they don't tell you that when you check in and they happily take your money. I checked out of the hotel the next day and went to stay in a real hotel where they have a clue about how to treat guests.
They give you slippers for a reason...WEAR THEM!!! They havent' shampooed the floors in so long it's quite disgusting!!! My slippers were filthy after my first day of wear and I kept my own shoes on. When I came around the corner to my room (201) there was a mattress leaned up against the wall in the hallway and it stayed there the entire time I was inn the hotel. There was a leak in the cealing on the floor I stayed on and all they did was stick a bucket under and let it collect water.
The bathrooms are DISGUSTING!!! The grout on the floors are brown and stained where the grout that doesn't get walked on is still white. I do not believe that they have properly cleaned the floors in the bathrooms....EVER! I know they never bothered to clean the floors the entire 5 days I was there. A clean bathroom is a must have for me and this place fails misreably at that.
The bed...OMGosh is literally like sleeping on a rock platform and the pillows are the same, not comfortable at all.
When they did come to clean the room they never provided me with clean glasses, they literally changed the sheets, left towels, and vaccumed the floor once, in 5 days.
Breakfast, if included with your room, moderate at best, but good if it's included in price...otherwise avoid it. When I asked for a bucket of ice...they brought me a bowl.
Bottom line, you definitely get what you pay for...it's cheap but not worth it! I will NEVER stay in this hotel again and will warn any of my friends traveling through Dubai to NOT STAYN HERE!!!

This was not our first stay in this hotel, but definitely the last.
Despite average staff service, poor breakfast and uncomfortable beds, our money we left in a hotel's safe was stolen!!!
The unprofessionalism of the hotel staff was shocking. We put a big amount of money in a safe, which was located behind reception desk. The next day we took our bag back, went to the currency exchange office and found out, that the major amount of money (4000 euro to be precise) was replaced with 1 dollar banknotes!!! When we came back to hotel, staff refused to call the police. Monitoring didn't show anything, staff was helpless and they made us believe that they don't have anything related with this case. In the end we were told that this is our problem.
It looks like hotel staff is linked with criminal activity and we have a clear reason to believe it... It is also shocking that incidents like this started to appear in Dubai!
DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!

I don't think so. You get from airport to this hotel either by taxi or metro. It is very close .
Hello. Yes. There is no any rules with such issue. I visited Dubai in March 2017 with my boyfriend and we stayed in this hotel. Very nice place and quiet.
This hotel allows all the couples. Very nice place to stay. So don't worry and book it. Advice you to book directly via telephone call to this hotel.
Breakfast was charged per head, & the children were not charged while we were there.
It was actually quite nice. A buffet with fresh fruits, assorted breads, cheese, cereals, porridge, tea, coffee, juices, eggs... (basically something for everyone)
You can also opt to have coffee & cakes at the coffee shop near the reception.
Or you can stroll to Al-ghurair mall front that has many restaurants or coffee shops including star bucks & dunkin doughnuts.
As for the tours, they have a travel desk right at the entrance. Charges are slightly higher compared to the tour agents opposite the union metro station, but people prefer it for convenience. And slightly negotiable.
"Do not opt for breakfast. You would like to buy your own choice with much better prices."Read full review
