0 Star worst hotel in Dubai. Unprofessional staff even they don’t know how talk. No water in the room. Room phone was not working very smelly rooms When I ask for water to receptionist. Like sir pay first. Then I will send to your room. Sir we are like that. You want to stay you can if you don’t want you can go. Its my big mistake to stay this worst hotel. Worst staff on in Dubai. I will never ever come again here.

I had the most shocking experience to learn that 2 people can not stay in one room and also i can not have visitors into my room. Absolutely disgusting and to make things worse the Receptionist and the security were so rude. I will definitely not advise anyone to go to this motel its not even worth calling a hotel

First of all I was in impression of this is a part of Choice franchise property, but it is NOT. They are using the same LOGO as the properties in USA. I believe Choice franchise should look in to this. There are no internet servicies in the room. Hot water in the bathroom was not hot enough and barely there was enough pressure to get good shower No other amenities in the bathroom other than piece of soap There was a coffee pot in the room but no creamer, when I ask for it, they said not providing the creamer. No other amenities in the bed room either. On the last day when I ask for storage room for my baggage storage, they said they have it. What I found out was - they keep baggage in the public staircase hallway, where everyone goes up and down through this staircase and I was not comfortable with it so, I traveled with my baggage all day until 7:00 pm Certainly this not the place I recommend to stay at.…

Stayed here with my son for a short break in today and we had a decent stay. Hotel was clean and staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast was good and the hotel is very close to metro station so travelling around Dubai is not that difficult. Would recommend. Good value for money.

First I have to say that I enjoyed so much the receptionist was very helpful his name is Faisal ,He was very welcoming and always assist whenever I ask for any thing ,I was in room 613 ,Cleansers were amazing,I will come back again.

From outside this hotel seem to be an old building. But inside, it is very clean and very well maintained. Floors, walls and furniture are wiped and dusted regularly and the room and bathroom was clean with nice linens and plenty of towels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice but small pool in the roof and free parking underground. So, good value for money... The carpets in my room was a little too dusty and there is no steam or sauna associated with the pool. The pool assistant was a little rude about the closing time... Overall, a family friendly place and it is a recommended place...

A good 3-star hotel located near Union train station and Al Ghurair Mall in Rigga, Dubai The hotel was clean and had a little nice pool on the roof. The breakfast was not so good that is why we had our breakfast at some restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful and nice.

Front Desk receptionists have no skills. Hospitality is very bad. To Management are Rude with Zero skills in solving problems even after calling the General Manager with the hope of having the issue solved, unfortunately he acts with no ethics, with Rude behavior and bad attitude. Comfort Inn doesn't deserve to be even 1 star.

Actually everything i don't like .. the staff was so un accommodated .. we called to ask for the location he give us wrong information ..we make the check in the guy in reception he was like he want throw us to the room .. we arrived the room was not clean at all the spoon like it was not washed for 1 week .. the bed sheet with stain .. from early morning at 8 am the housekeeping keep talking in the corridor with very haigh voice and keep banging with so very loudly like no body sleeping... finally i asked like only one hour for late check out the lady in reception was so rude she said no .. not allowed otherwise we will charge u .. Finally it was horrible 2 night .. first and last time ill stay in this hotel ...
