Great stay at hotel. Rohan and Basv Dev were excellent from housekeeping and went above and beyond by supplying water coffee and tea at my request and cleaned the room at my specified time. There was one other housekeeper also from Nepal who was great but I cant remember his name. Rav or Ram or something like that I think was his name. Please make sure to tip house keepers at least 5 Dirham per day as they are totally deserving of this gesture. Breakfast staff was great and the breakfast buffet was top notch. I gained 5 pounds on this trip from all the good food. The only thing I would say is that the night club at the hotel should be free for hotel guests. The club charges like 50 USD to enter for the evening.

All of the staff here were amazing and they made my stay extra special!
If you have access to breakfast or the club, you’ll find the most patient and attentive staff.
We were here for 9 nights and every breakfast and club was bursting at the seams and there were a lot of rude guests, but the staff here handled everything with grace and a smile.
While the entire staff here was amazing, there were a few standouts.
When there wasn’t plant-based milk for coffee, Heba helped order soy milk for my partner because she is plant-based/vegan. We were pleasantly surprised she would go through the hassle for us and even let us know when it arrived.
When my partner couldn’t find plant-based food, Queenie came out with samosas and daal that were vegan and weren’t available in the main self-serve area.
Carol told her what she could eat and was super helpful when navigating the buffet. Carol was the warmest, most nurturing chef we’ve ever come across. She was very patient and was happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions in a way that felt like she truly cared about our well-being.
The service here was phenomenal.
It’s usually difficult for my partner to find plant-based milk for her coffee and good plant-based food when we stay in Hyatts or other hotels.
In some cases, they make it feel like a burden or we would simply get a “no” when we asked for these things.
However, the staff at Hyatt Regency Dubai went out of their way to get soy milk, prepare plant-based/vegan food, and also ask the chefs what was vegan to make sure she didn’t accidentally consume butter, ghee, or milk.
The service here was as good as any Park Hyatt, Alila, or Andaz I’ve ever stayed at.

We had planned our trip with our 1 year kid and team at Hyatt made it sure that we it felt like home during our entire stay with them. From customizing food for baby everytime we needed, serving at room in quick time , keeping room spic n span everytime we messed it (with baby being around). It was last week of Dec'23 where all rooms were sold out which means everyone was slogging away to meet demands of visitors whether it was staff at front office, housekeeping , kitchen . On our last day our flight was at 8.40PM and the moment Ms Natasha from Front Office came to know, she without asking extended our stay till 5PM so that kid was comfortable. Thanks to Mr Raiz, Mr Shubham and their team- Samiksha, Mrunal and Ram (Housekeeping) who had made our stay memorable by serving in the best posible way. Entire team hospitality was just superb

I have stayed at this hotel for years, several times a year. This time, however, I noticed a severe decline in service and attitude, which makes me sad and forces me to choose another hotel for my next visit.
For my first stay in November, I arrived at midnight and it took a whopping 35 minutes to have me checked in properly. The receptionist did acknowledge my wish for a room with no connecting door and even confirmed she saw it on her computer, nevertheless sent me up to a room with a connecting door without saying a word. What's up with that? When I came down to change rooms, this took a very long time and when I was sent up again, the key cards did not work. So I had to come down a third time, and finally after 35 minutes of back and forth, after a long flight, I was in my room. Just wow.
On departure, I wanted to leave one of my bags at the hotel for a few days as I would be returning again after my brief visit to Africa. This has never been a problem, however, this time it was quite impossible for whatever reason. As the receptionist could not handle it, I asked to speak to a manager, who was unavailable, of course. I went for lunch in the hotel restaurant and asked that they send the manager there whenever they are available. They promised, but guess if anyone ever came. In the end, I met with the most uninterested "manager" ever who did not even try to be of any help.
Perhaps the hotel changed management or ownership and that's what causes all the problems?
The hotel pales in comparison with the modern luxury hotels in Downtown, however, this is also reflected in the price, and overall, I have found the hotel to be of good value.
The rooms I had have started to show some wear and tear but were fairly large, had a comfortable bed, good-sized desk, huge tv (55”) and free&unlimited wi-fi with good speeds for watching videos etc. Two 0.5 L water bottles were provided free of charge daily, and you get more if you ask. There’s a safe, of course, and what I appreciate is the multi-plug socket so you can charge your devices without an adapter. The bathroom came with a separate bath and shower with good water pressure. I was underwhelmed by the Chinese-made non-branded toiletries.
The pool area (7 am–10 pm) comes with a pool bar that also serves snacks. The pool is not the largest in town. They provide pool towels, and there are slippers and bathrobes in the room.
The restaurant in the lobby serves great à la carte all day. Portions are large and the prices reasonable. There’s pasta and pizza, European dishes, Indian food, Arabian mezze, anything you like, basically. The butter chicken is my favourite!
There is a small shopping mall at the hotel, with a pizzeria and a supermarket open until late.
The hotel is located in Deira, a bit further away from the bustling quarters, behind a major road. You can walk to Deira souqs. The metro is less than 10 minutes away on foot. The hotel is only 20 minutes from DXB airport by car.

shaista nawaz / shams anwar had stayed at hyatt regency from date 20/10/2023 to 28/10/2023 at room no 1001 at 10th floor and I am very sorry to say that I had full disappointment and regret with stay as a choice from me at your hotel, the breakfast was not up to standard at all 7 days we had to face the same breakfast there was no option for Indian breakfast at all , I have stayed in hayat in India and abroad like Singapore, Thailand there they had a huge buffet to Choose for breakfast but at your hotel there was no choice at all and the rooms were so small, the bathroom for bathing was so compact that one would collide Inside and if some parents would like to give shower to kids they would never fit inside , my bath tub leaked whole night and bathroom use to flood with water and daily I had to call housekeeping to mop and dry, even one day the sliding door of wardrobe fell on my kid for which I had to call carpenter to fix it if u want u can enquire with the technical staff. I regret I would have chosen atana rather than ur hotel. And lastly I have not been refunded with the security money of 300 Diham till now. I don't know why its taking too much time.in refunding my money which I deposited as a security money Kindly look into this.

My stay at Hyatt regency was OK but not somewhere I want to be back again unless some of the point I mentioned below has been paid attention to.
1) I don't understand why there needs to alcohol in the same room where there is Holy Quran in the shelf. I find that very disrespectful. I hope this will be actioned immediately as majority of the muslim/non muslim customer may find this very disrespectful like myself or even in some case upsetting.
2) water bottles in the room should be free of charge considering its only water. For a 5 star hotel to charge for bottle of water to customers is very petty in my opinion. I stayed at 2 different 5 star hotel in different location in my 11 days trip before arriving Hyatt regency where bottles of water was absolutely free.
3) My check in to the hotel I wasn't made aware of the full benefits of staying at Hyatt regency. For example there is shuttle service to Dubai mall and another place that you offer which I found out via your website at the end of my stay unfortunately. If I and my family knew about this before it would have been highly beneficial for us.
Overall my stay was OK like I said but few improvements are much needed to ensure repeat customers.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank all the staff and hotel management for the service I was provided on my stay at Hyatt regency.

Dear Mr. Mahm, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We shall be sharing with the team members these ratings indicated by you in the review. Regarding your remark about alcohol being present in the room with the Quran. I apologize for not meeting your expectations, and I'd like to inform you that Dubai Tourism recommends including an English translation of the Quran in hotel rooms so that both Muslims and non-Muslims are aware of it. But rest assured that management has been made aware of this issue. We value your opinions greatly, and we'll use them to monitor the quality of our services and products as part of a long-term program. I've also taken note of your suggestion that the water bottles in the room be provided free of charge. I apologize for any inconvenience, and please be aware that all water bottles in the room, except the minibar, are complementary. Aside from your observation that the benefits of your stay were not adequately explained. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or annoyance this may have caused you. I personally investigated the matter, and rest assured that corrective measures and training initiatives will be put in place to prevent a similar incident from happening again. Mr. Mahm, thank you once again for your time. I sincerely hope that this has not tarnished your overall impression of the hotel since we hope for another opportunity to exceed your expectations during your next visit to Dubai. If I can offer any further assistance for future reservations or inquiries, kindly contact me on my email address at Mohamed.hamada@hyatt.com or you can also call me directly at 009714 209 6844. We look forward to welcoming you back to the hotel very soon. Kind Regards, Hyatt Regency Dubai.

I stayed there on holiday. We had a plan that allowed us to use the Regency Lounge, and we ate in the lounge in the morning, noon and evening, but the hot meals changed every day, there was alcohol in the evening, and when the staff was about to run out of alcohol, how about a refill? I was able to use the lounge comfortably as they listened to me and served me. We also used the pool every day, and again the staff were friendly and liked it. The housekeeping was meticulous, and the bathrobe I wore in my closet, which I only wore twice, was replaced properly. To all the staff, you're welcome to put your hand on your heart. I was very impressed by the way they responded. I had a lovely vacation. Thank you.

Had an enjoyable stay at the Hyatt Regency for 4 nights. The highlights were the incredible staff at lobby Kitchen breakfast and impeccable housekeeping service provided by Shovan (11th floor housekeeping) throughout our stay. He was extremely hardworking and very professional and pleasant every time we encountered him, even when I accidentally spilled a whole bottle of water over my freshly changed duvet! The lobby kitchen staff were also extremely hardworking amongst the chaos of the breakfast service, I wish they’d have introduced themselves by name so that I could name a few standouts (perhaps this could be instilled in their training) but nonetheless every staff member there were exceptional, even when some other guests were not so polite! I wish that there were more vegan friendly breakfast items - they had eggless waffles which was great, but wish they’d have made them with soya milk to make them vegan friendly. Even most of the breads and pastries contained eggs, which is surely not necessary, so unfortunately I wasn’t able to enjoy any of the sweet/pastry treats at all which is a shame as they looked really good. We had Club access which was a nice space however as we are vegetarian/vegan there were barely any breakfast food options for us so thankfully we were allowed to eat in the main lobby kitchen each breakfast- the lobby kitchen staff accommodated us smoothly due to this which was great. I was only mostly able to have the Indian breakfast items which were decent, they also had soya milk by the cereals. The Club also provides some nibbles and bites in the afternoon and evening, again there wasn’t much for me to eat being a vegan as most things (especially all the desserts) contained eggs and/or dairy. Really wish more vegan friendly options were already provided as they can be enjoyed by everyone. The staff there were also very pleasant and hardworking. The rooms were large with nice sunset views. The pool area was pleasant but only gets sun until early afternoon- after which you are in the shade. I really liked the detox water tanks placed around the lobby and gym area, that is a nice touch. Having a small shopping centre with a supermarket was also handy as I was able to buy some dairy-free milk to keep in my room fridge for my morning tea (they had a large selection of Alpro milks). Considering this hotel was build in the 80s it has aged pretty well. The facade could do with a make over but overall a pleasant hotel if you’re not expecting the flashiness of Dubai. We also paid a visit to the roof terrace pool area, Helios. This was very small but as it was quiet in the evening it was fine. The concept of it being Greek themed seemed dated and out of place and unnecessary in the middle of Dubai… a more Arab theme would suit better, especially as they have great views of the city and the sunset. The location is close to many shops so it’s nice to walk around and explore. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back, I just hope they have more vegan friendly food options next time.

During my recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Dubai for the Gulf Food Expo, I encountered a small hiccup when my room was not cleaned on two occasions. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service and professionalism demonstrated by Heba Saker, the Regency Club team leader.
Upon bringing the matter to Heba's attention, she not only listened attentively to my concerns but also took immediate action by involving higher management to rectify the situation promptly. Her dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction I had with her.
Not only did Heba apologize sincerely for the inconvenience, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. Her proactive approach and genuine care for the guests truly made a positive difference in my stay.
I cannot thank Heba enough for her outstanding service and commitment to excellence. Her professionalism and exemplary attitude are a testament to the high standards of hospitality at Hyatt Regency Dubai. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, knowing that guests will be well taken care of, thanks to exceptional individuals like Heba Saker.

Firstly, upon arrival, I encountered significant delays at check-in. Despite having a reservation, I waited over 2 hours to be attended to, which was quite frustrating after a long journey. The hotel staff advised that they had not received payment for the room which was booked via loveholidays. With a party which included children, who were extremely tired from the journey, the hotel made no effort to ease our situation, yet demanded payment for a full night for three separate rooms totalling payments over £200 per room.
Additionally, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive to guests’ needs, which only added to the chaos. They were unsympathetic to our situation and had the no money no help response. When I asked how do I contact the provider we I've just got off the flight with a UK sim and no data? I was shoved a sim and said here you go use this? But would not let me use the hotel telephone to contact love holidays. The worst stay and service
Furthermore, I also requested on numerous occasions for a small plate of fruit to be left in the room for the children as through all.the chaos at chedk in my children didnt get to sleep until 5.30am in the morning. I was advised that this is against policy. I have stayed in various establishments across the world and have never seen such a request declined. I reported these issues to the front desk, but unfortunately, no action was taken without persistent requests.
I believe that these issues reflect a lack of attention to customer satisfaction that is not typical of the Hyatt brand.

Dear Farah K, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We deeply regret the challenges you faced during your check-in and the delays you encountered, especially after a long journey with children. This experience does not reflect the high standards of service we strive to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration it caused. We understand that the situation was compounded by the lack of responsiveness and the difficulty in contacting your booking provider. The lack of assistance, particularly when it came to accommodating your request for a small plate of fruit for your children, is certainly concerning and not in line with the level of care we aim to offer our guests. Please be assured that your comments will be shared with our concerned team to review and address the issues raised. The breakfast in the morning was not particularly exciting. I needed to get out early and was content with eggs done as you like it and fresh fruit. Indian and Middle Eastern fare was also available.
Drinks in the evening - guess you could have anything. I used it only on a single evening. I had a glass of red wine and roasted nuts as aperitif before going out for evening meal.
Hope you enjoy!
