One of the best experiences we've had in staying in this hotel. Right from the concierge, front desk, usherers, waiters- each could teach a lesson in hospitality. We had taken our 86 yr old wheel chair bound mother along- the staff appeared magically to take care of her transportation. Before we opened our mouth, the waiters would keep asking us what they could serve us during breakfasts and dinners( which was inclusive) Service with a smile was their motto. They are fully equipped ta take care of special assisted guests- wuth compassion! Rooms are very comfortable, so were the beds. Housekeeping was satisfactory- could have been a little better. Food served at the buffets was par excellence- great variety, taste and great display. Chefs would willingly make fresh stuff at our request, waiters were so smilingly serving- no words to describe! Especial mention of waiters Haroon, Issa, Lisa, Karan- they were fabulous! Spa staff was impeccable. Great gym and sprawling pools! Would recommend this hotel to all fir their Dubai trip- just to experience their flawkess hospitality. One doesnt need to speak- things would appear before that- wheel chair, taxi, drinks..... We are currently here and the hotel, rooms and grounds are beautiful, clean and immaculate. Rooms are lovely, modern and large and Iris on reception is lovely and gave us a bigger room upon check in. The food in the restaurant has very good choices to cater for all. I personally feel it could cater better for vegans, especially when they have been notified of arrival many weeks prior. They didn't have vegan cheese, egg free pasta or even a bigger selection of desserts like they did for everyone else but every evening they do make sure I get something even if it's one vegan dessert item. It would just be nice to have a selection if I'm paying the same money as others to visit here. Other than this there are no issues. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Rajeev and Vinoth at the market cafe for always making sure we are well looked after. Also Issa, Bikal, Abhi, Robin, Karan, Sridhar and Jai and Hisham the chefs for being so attentive and always with a smile. You have made our stay very memorable and are doing a great job. We can't wait to visit again so thank you. All in all, everyone at this hotel is so hardworking from cleaners to waiters to conceirge. Have a staycation for 4 days with my friend. We really enjoyed the stay. The indoor pool with whirlpool, the spa and the breakfast was amazing. Only the outdoor pool was dirty, it was crowded. Overall it’s worth the money, but I am a fan of swimming and sunbathing, so the experience in the dirty pool was not really impressive.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a standard room which was a great size and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was luxury. Our children loved the pool and slides. However the pool area was often extremely busy. We stayed on a club basis so had dinner included in our stay which was wonderful. I don’t often enjoy buffet eating but there really was something different every night! The wine and drink quality offered between 6-8 was also excellent.

This hotel exudes the magic of customer care and development, the staff are highly trained and pay close attention to your every need. From check in to check out the staff are fantastic, the food is second to none and the facilities are excellent, even though one part of the pool area is going through a major refurbishment. This small inconvenience is compensated by the pool staff who look after your every need with little things like classes cleaning and refreshing lemon grass spray.

Construction of new water park. this is part of the hotel and there should be a warning on the website and other booking website so guests are aware, if they want to use the outdoor pool areas there will be noise. This work has only just started! Best way to describe the main market restaurant - Holiday resort running buffet with basic every day dishes. It is of a low standard and offers no vegan options. ok, boiled vegetable. We were on Hyatt stay and dine package - one of the family is a vegan due to health problems, we asked the restaurant staff for vegan options and told none available. We then asked the duty front office manager if we could receive an allowance to use another restaurant with vegan options and we were told no. Overall a very nice place to stay. Large, beautifully presented and clean rooms. Staff are friendly and courteous, but in some cases not prepared to take responsibility or initiative on problem solving, everything has to be escalated up to someone more senior. This refers specifically to checking-in and reception staff with regards to our ‘Half Board Plus’ tarrif. Many inconsistencies with this and therefore frustrations on our part, and resulted in a limited experience of which of the many hotel restaurants we could eat at. The Atrium forest is a stunning feature of the hotel, and creates a wonderfully soothing ambience and very fresh oxygenated air, making us want to breathe in deeply whilst just walking around the walkway and over the little bridges that lead to the restraints. The koi in the stream are delightful to watch also. Outside in addition to the pools, there is a Peacock sanctuary. They are simply stunning creatures.…

We stayed here for 9 nights and everything about the hotel was fantastic. Great choice of breakfast and dinner buffet was superb. Big shout out to Francia, Sridhar, Eman and Usman who served us at breakfast and dinner. These guys made our stay very memorable, Grand Hyatt is lucky to have them as employees. The hotel waterslides are under construction which was a bit of letdown but overall a very positive experience. Will definitely be staying here again.

Grand Hyatt was amazing. The staff at the desk, the restaurant staff, the pool staff and the staff at the front opening the car doors, were all friendly and welcoming. Throughout our stay there wasn't an issue and if we needed anything or queried anything the staff would do what they could to ensure they would do their best to meet our needs. This primarily in the restaurant was evident where the staff waiting around were polite, friendly and would ensure that everything was perfect. The family enjoyed the stay and are already thinking about returning back at some point. The location was perfect where most places we visited were not that far by taxi and especially being not far from the airport there was no disturbances from inbound and outbound flights.
