Stay was really awesome. First impression from desk staff they allocate me at 7th floor room was clean and big. Bit noisy but I can understand that was Saturday night. Staff attentive and facilities are good overall stay was really good thank you.

Housekeeping was too lousy,,,we ask for extra sugar and tea but it takes 30 minutes to come and he bring coffee instead of tea,,,,then we ask band aid as well but the thing is they dont have😔😔😔 its too impossible that first aid is not availble in the hotel😔,,,and special mention to aisha in the reception shes polite and shes the best👏👏👏

Hi Sorry To say Room is Very Dusty And Staff Was very rude and crazy also receiption one Sri Lanka and one lady Black Both Treating guests like we are Not paying used hard words we stay last month in Chelsea executive hotel Near by friendly staff But Your receiption staff must be changed if You want to get more clients they were came back to You thank You It's my advice

The room is very nice and we got a nice view.my kids were very happy and they enjoyed the pool.the staff was very helpful and especially the receptionist ms madumi was very helpful and she is always treating the guest very politely and friendly.

The location is very good.but I had some issues with the ac.the reception staff changed me for a better room.i should thank to Ms madumi and Mr jibin from reception.They are very helpful and always serve the guests with a smile.the stay was good.

Extremely disappointed. This was my 3rd time at the hotel. Usually to service from staff makes up for the rundown rooms. This time was too much to handle. The room was a disaster. Shower, toilet and AC didn't work. There were no towels. It was a sauna in there. When I asked for a different room, I was either forgot or ignored. Such a shame. It just isn't worth staying here anymore.

This is a NIGHT CLUB!!! Not a hotel!!!!! Would not recommend for families or business trips. Nice hotel but unfortunate for the many clubs they have. Music will keep you up until 3am. If I'm correct there are 3 clubs within the hotel. Also you need to pay for everything extra that you need. Ice is AED10, if you ask for a fork and knife it is another AED 20. This is just crazy. On the other hand, the staff are very friendly and helpfull. But unfortunetly I wont be sleeping there again.

In Chelsea plaza hotel first floor pier Juan Filipino club mohammed Ali is best service in Dubai according to my experience I suggest all people one time visit that place it's was great experience there all staff so polite and friendly. 😉
