Jumeirah Beach Hotel's vibrant atmosphere, marked by lively events yet occasionally disrupted by noise, is balanced by moments of luxury, as attentive staff cater to guests' needs. The hotel's cleanliness receives high marks for its spotless environment and meticulous maintenance. Its amenities, including family-friendly features and superb dining, are popular among guests, although some have noted staffing issues.
While the prime location is ideal for exploring Dubai, opinions on the rooms are mixed, with some guests appreciating the cleanliness and views but others pointing out booking challenges and outdated decor. Service is generally celebrated for its quality, though peak times can see some dips in performance. The noise from construction and parties has been a concern for comfort, and the value proposition is frequently questioned due to steep prices and extra charges.

Hotel's Favourite
Terrific location, amenities and food with some of the best service we have seen in a family hotel. Everything about this hotel is impressive from the setting to the choice of restaurants and quality of them as well as the many different activities particularly for the children and the kids club. The New Years Eve gala dinner, show and fireworks display was out of this world and an experience that will last a lifetime.
What really differentiates is the quality of the staff. Huge thanks to
Faysal at the Executive Pool for his exemplary service and creating nice memories for our children Jacob and Max. Nathalia at the kids club was highly professional, Ahmad, Dovud & Raushan in the Executive Lounge were extraordinary in their service. Final thanks to the wonderful Hasan helping us with buggies around the resort.
A fabulous resort with exceptional people who go the extra mile.

This hotel is beautiful, very clean, and has many conveniences such as restaurants, pool, spa, beach, golf cart service, and even a water park free to guests. We booked 2 rooms — one family room with a king & Murphy beds via Booking.com, and one regular king room via hotel website. We requested our rooms to be connecting, but they were not available. They did offer to let me upgrade after complaining, but most the rooms available were on the side of the construction so we did not move. Even with the 24-hr construction, we were not inconvenienced or disturbed. Views of Burj Al Arab were amazing! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping does great job, and we were given something new each day (lip balm, pillow spray, etc.). We had turndown service as well. The pool food service was a nice touch with on-demand service & bill, with good food. Lobby is beautiful and apparently newly renovated. Note that the Booking.com reservation was not as flexible (I could not upgrade before we arrived), but we did get a credit for applying to food because of having a 5+ night stay. We enjoyed the location very much as there are tons of restaurants within a short walk or golf cart ride, including a souk (small shopping mall). Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again (which is rare — we are world travelers and enjoy going to new places instead of repeating a stay). We would get a suite next time though, even though our rooms were nice (love the tub & separate shower plus 2 sinks). My only small complaint is that breakfast is not included unless you pay extra for a package.

Stayed for one night using the UAE residents package. First time staying at this hotel and won't be the last! Fantastic value for money.
The room (Ocean Deluxe) was outstanding with beautiful views of the ocean and Burj Al Arab. Everything we needed was in the room.
We had dinner at Beachcombers (one of our favorites) we also tried the Uptown bar before dinner on the 24th floor, perfect place to watch the sun go down and get full views of Dubai. Absolutely beautiful.
When we returned from dinner to our room, the curtains had been drawn and they had left slippers on each side of our bed as well as a Elemis pillow spray. I thought this was such a lovely personal touch.
The breakfast buffet the next morning was also outstanding with a variety of options from many types of pastries, cereals as well as hot items.
Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable, the perfect staycation!!

Our driver was very polite and took very good care of us.
The check in process wasn’t as efficient as we’d hoped, however we were provided with refreshments during the time and we were offered breakfast while they fixed things on their side.
As our room was ready not long having finished breakfast they allowed us to get in earlier which was much appreciated.
The room was lovely, clean and well kept. We really liked the decor and bathroom not forgetting the lovely Elemis toiletries.
The serving staff both at breakfast and at the beach were kind and polite. Some honestly went the extra mile, for instance noticing your drink may need filling up and coming to the table ready to fill it up for you.
There was a great variety at breakfast each day and we also had the afternoon tea facilities offered to us which were always so delightful as a small nibble throughout the day if you fancied.
The facilities seemed well above average and the enterance to wild wadi was very smooth and efficient.
Our room was sometimes checked twice a day for us and each day there was a little additional gift, be it a face wash tester, an eye mask and so on which was a fabulous little treat.
Looking forward to going back, I definitely love the interior as it’s a bit more modern in comparison to Al Qasr and Al Naseem, but that depends on preference.

Jumeriah Beach Hotel has been a favourite of ours for over ten years. We booked in for an Eid Al Adha staycation, a few weeks after the hotel reopening following lockdown. And from this stay, it completely remains to firmly be our favourite. For such a large hotel you are made to feel like it's a local boutique with the personalised and great service, the staff remember you and could not do more to help you. The pools feel better than ever and the crystal clear sea surrounding the beach is beautiful.
We had breakfast each day at the recently refurbished beach combers - as a family we all enjoyed it very much! Even with no buffet, we got absolutley everything we would ever have been able to get from the buffet and it's actually so nice dining with children to have it served to your table. All of the staff were brilliant but I must give a special shout out to Santhosh for his amazing above and beyond service and kindness.
Our room was fabulous, the recent refurb of the hotel means the rooms are first class for couples or families alike.
Dhow and Achor (you will see from my previous reviews we have been big fans), continues to only get better. The staff were so friendly and happy and the food there is the amazing English home comforts we all love.
Given the current restrictions with COVID19, you feel very safe here, the management have set it up so well that it's not at the forefront of your experience, but you know everything is safe and highly sanitised. My seven year old son actually said "I have forgotten all about Corona being here".
The kids club has been set up very well to deal with COVID with set sessions and checks, but making the kids feel good - at all ages.
And last but not least - wild wadi, what more can we say.
We can not wait to come back again in October for our next staycay.
This iconic hotel, and its management, are, and continue to be, a real credit to the Jumeriah group.

Such an amazing hotel. Yes, there is construction work going on next door, but you hardly notice it. You can't see it from the ground because of the boarding surrounding it, yes, you can see it from your room, but how much time do you spend in it any way. I am a light sleeper and the noise did not keep me awake. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful, Amar, Keetheesh and Ryan treated us so well at breakfast each day and the food is good and plentiful that we didn't need lunch!! The swimming pool is good, the attendants come round with buckets of ice and bottles of cold water, look out for the ice lolly each day at about 3pm !! Take note - Friday's are busy as it is Dubai's weekend and locals have membership to use the pool so you will struggle to get a sunbed later in the day. We were on a half board basis the reception give you a list of the restaurants you can eat in, but I would suggest emailing them before like I did and getting the list and then pre-booking on-line as they get busy. Also, reception did not mention The Dhow and Anchor has a Happy Hour as does the Pool Bar and some of the restaurants so check out their own websites for times. We were lucky enough to eat at the Burj Al Arab which is part of the half board, but you have to pay a supplement of about £40 each, but it is well worth it. You can also use their pool for a supplement you can book this via Restaurants@jumeirah.com. There are buggy's that take you everywhere. The Wild Wadi water park next door is worth a visit as it is free to Jumeirah Beach guests. You won't need much currency as everything is put on your hotel bill or credit card. Ask to keep one of the slips that you sign so that you can keep a check on how much you are spending, you can also check them off on your TV screen which provides hotel info. Taxi from the airport is so easy there are loads outside and was about £20. You can also have your COVID 19 Fit to Fly test done at the hotel, they have a private clinic and it is so much cheaper than the UK at about £50 each !! I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did.

A great hotel with great service. The room overlooking the Burj Al Arab was large and could accommodate a family of three including a teenager with ease. The gym was amazing and the best I have ever encountered during a holiday trip. A great location with easy access to all facilities.
Several downsides ... we had the half board option with ability to dine elsewhere. Went to some fab restaurants which included supplementary prices but when we dined at the Jumeirah buffet restaurant, not even water was included.
Also, don’t take the hotel taxis .. they charge double.

From the moment we came to the moment we left Jumeirah Beach Hotel is something else.
A hotel that truly goes above and beyond. I stayed here with my family for 10 days and loved every minute everybody is so frendly.
The full team at Kitchen Connection are a credit to Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
The team at Kitchen Connection made my daughter feel at home from Amar to Teja and Kristopher we loved the Mango Sango.
A special thank you from my daughter to her aunty Imu and her aunty Siqin her aunty sequin also known as aunty Mulan.
They truly made the the breakfast, lunch or dinner something that we all looked forward too if your in Dubai you have to go to Kitchen Connection at JBH.
Also everything else from the the checking in room service to the easy access to the waterpark, swimming pools or the beach made everything feel like how a holiday is supposed to feel like relaxed.
The Buggy transport team great group of lads very friendly Tipu and Karim i can't remember all the names but a great bunch of guys.
JBH handled the whole Covid situation fantastic everything was spotless and sanitised. On a few occasions i forgot my mask the members of staff cleaning the lobby would realise I would have to go back to the hotel room would go out their way and arrange one. Its these and so many more little things that make JBH what it is.
I have also read a few reviews complain about the work outside yes they work 24/7 its a fast moving part of the world down there. However the noise reviews I didn't hear anything sometimes very faint noises it was only twice out of my 10 day trip nothing that stopped me loosing sleep.
Overall I enjoyed it my family enjoyed it I look forward to going back their again.

Stayed at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel for 9 nights.
Absolutely terrible from the minute we arrived. Service is terrible.
No welcome drinks upon arrival.
Paid for balcony room and WiFi did not reach balcony. Called 4 times and they did not sort even though we were here for a full week.
Every time I called reception no answer they just don’t want to help.
Every time room was cleaned they did not fill up the basics like shower gel/ shampoo etc.
Breakfast was a nightmare waiting forever for food to be served and when you did it get it the wrong food was served. I asked for vegetarian option but they somehow always managed to get meat in my food. They forget to bring you basics of tea and coffee.
Lovely beach, room and facilities but be prepared for terrible service!!!

Was lucky enough to stay at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel over the new year and had an excellent stay. Having visited Dubai before I’m beginning to think you would have to be a very difficult customer or really unlucky to have a bad experience.
Customer service here is second to none, from our brilliant New Year’s Eve party on the beach with excellent food and the grandest of firework displays to the guys who cleaned our rooms everyday sometimes twice they would visit, leaving little gifts like chocolate for the kids and beauty products for the grown ups and always making sure we had enough water. We stayed on the 10th floor, the rooms were faultless, very clean and all the things you would expect. A sea view is guaranteed here, although they are building yet another hotel next door, and this is within the view but there was little disturbance and i had no complaints, and this is one thing that particularly struck me, the hotel seemed busy and buzzing downstairs in the daytime, but the rooms were super quiet ensuring a good nights sleep.
My only criticism really was the lack of information from the front desk on all the amenities, it felt a bit like they assumed you were revisiting and that you knew the lie of the land, the issued printout was brief and basic and the in-room (tv) information thing was not very good. They need to take a leaf out of the ‘Atlantis Hotels’ book and get a good App, even a map showing where things are, restaurants etc, we booked a meal in the nearby souk but if we asked one person how to get there we must have asked five or six because of the very vague directions.
Too many plus points to list them all and that’s the main thing. Really comfy beds, Excellent kids club, decent pools, clean and spacious beach, outdoor kids cinema, great water park, calm and cool pearl lounge with a special mention to Anna who served us our afternoon tea who was very attentive and friendly and looked after us very well. I would imagine Covid has changed some of the dining experiences including breakfast limiting the choices and after 10 days it seemed a bit like Groundhog Day, no way was this a major annoyance but i would advise that you don’t leave it till the last minute to take breakfast because it was very busy, the service was much quicker and better around 9-9.30
All in all this is a great hotel and if you are travelling with a young family like us I’m sure you would have brilliant stay.
Hi, there was no entertainment for kids but the kids club was great during the day and we would go for dinner at one the hotel restaurants and then head out to either downtown or JBR walk (short taxi ride away) which had plenty to do with kids
yes absolutely and the restaurants
