Jumeirah Burj Al Arab is celebrated for its opulent amenities, including plush pillows, luxury toiletries, and expansive suites, which guests have called out for their spaciousness and impressive views. While the hotel's atmosphere is often lauded for its elegance and comfort, some travelers find the service to be a mix of extraordinary hospitality and occasional disorganization. The location earns praise for convenience, yet it may not suit outdoor meetings. Despite the hotel's cleanliness being consistently commended, its value is questioned due to outdated aspects and steep pricing.

The hotel is very good a true 5 star.
The room itself is about 2400 sq ft Duplex.
2 floors and everything worked like it should, the showers, the amenities the bed the furniture.
The butler service was very good and helpful.
Tari who is from indonesia was very helpful at the items we needed including getting me hooked with a special chanel to watch the Superbowl in my room for a fee of $0.20 cents, her idea not mine.
Will go back in a minute.
Staff was attentive and very helpful.
food was very good at every restaurant we went to.
I would suggest to go to all of them if there is time.
every one was very very helpful especially Diyor at the breakfast area.
He was knowledgeble, courtous and helpful at basically everything including gving us tips as to where to go to during the day, what kind of transport to take and where to look for the items we were looking for.

Returned to BAA after a break of several years - we had children and it’s not really a young children kind of place in my opinion. The place is almost as it was pre kids, a fantastic experience.
So what’s changed ? There is no longer a personal connection with the staff who don’t remember your name and treat you as if they have just met you. There have been reductions in the number and size of toiletries etc and finally the technology in the room is very dated and badly needs upgrading - I could watch a rugby match on my phone but not in the room!
Still love the place and plan to return again this year.

I have now had 50+ visits to BAA since 1999, but did not come in the last three years. A lot has changed, and only the better. Wearing nearly 25 years of age, each spot in this hotel looks like it was just finished. Perfect condition. They changed a lot of details over the years, some touches were removed, some added. In addition, it has really optimized and is even more beautiful. evolding the stunning terrade from SPACE to SALT, definetly makes sense. No buffet anymore for lunch or dinner at BAB AL YAM is actually also a good idea. "E-Butler" is the best service edition ever made, also the app room service ordering. Cabana service is actually superb. Since 1999, BAA has seen a transformation from a business and diplomatic hotel into a top hotspot for holiday makers. Allso noticeably less "photo tourists" in the lobby.

I booked a room at Burj al Arab with a friend of mine but I was disappointed with the ending. It should be the top in Dubai but frankly I didn’t find it such as the reviews and posts I had read are different from my experience. In the bedroom there was even a musty smell. The worst moment was the approaching check out that between phone calls and continuous knocks on the door created only delay in ordering our luggage. The butler on his second appearance at the door wanted, before we finished packing, to check the room, which such a hotel should not commit also because they had a credit card as collateral in case of any damage or consumption! So I frankly don't understand all the rush.
To put us in further haste the gentleman to pick up the suitcases had practically stood at the door waiting.
Perhaps too much haste to kick out the customer takes away the amount a hotel should have.
Ps check out is at 12 but on arrival we had already asked if it was a problem to leave the room at 12:30 and we were told that there are absolutely no problems instead it turned out the opposite

For veiled women, don't go there. You won't be able to swim!!! I took 1 room and I regretted it. One of the lifeguards asked me to get out of the water in front of everyone because my dress was floating too much!!! There were 2 lifeguards per pool and the lifeguard who was on the other side let an Asian woman swim in a tunic with wide pants! I am extremely shocked that this lifeguard took the liberty of asking me to get out of the water knowing that the dress code is not displayed either on the hotel's website or at the entrance to the swimming pools. The master najeur does not have to decide what the clients should wear, especially when they have reserved a room for 1000 euros!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was forced to get out of the water to avoid any scandal. I plan to come back to Dubai and I can tell you ladies, my muslima sisters, go directly to one only or the address to swim as you wish!! You will be very well received.

7 fully deserved stars for this iconic hotel which certainly needs no introduction. We treated ourselves to 2 days in this fantastic structure where every detail is taken care of down to the smallest detail and customer care is at the highest level, we were super pampered, I could spend the rest of my life here, there are no words to describe the extreme professionalism and treatment of guests, the Burj Al Arab is not a hotel, but a fantastic experience. All the rooms are suites and are spread over 2 floors, we had a basic suite of 170 square meters, entirely glazed and with a sea view, with all the comforts possible and imaginable, Hermes bathroom products, including much appreciated men's/women's perfume . There is a butler on each floor. We spent 2 unforgettable days at the Sal Beach Club, spectacular location, impeccable service, super comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas, beach service, 2 swimming pools, including a spectacular infinity pool with sea water overlooking the Persian Gulf. A daydream. Thanks for everything.

The view from the window to the pleasant place is beautiful, on some days you can see the Burj Caliph. But next time I won't overpay for a high floor).
Breakfast was two hours each, on the menu very delicious avocado brusquets, caviar fresh grained, cappuccino on different types of milk. Today, on the day of departure, I had a special pleasure interacting with the waiter Sardabek - such people always decorate the time spent alone, sort of and breakfast doesn't seem so boring.

Everything in the room is shiny, perfectly clean space, softest cushions. The elevator is fast, you didn't have to wait long. The staff is perfect, polite and courteous.

It was three nights, before they got to the beach, by the pool comfortable, relax straight. At the water park, the queues aren't as big as at antlantis, there are a couple of coasters worth standing. Not all the restaurants have hit yet, there's a reason to come back.

Thank you to the entire hotel team, this is a really beautiful place!

Impressive…that's what I thought when I had dinner in the Al Iwan restaurant during my short visit to Dubai in December. Exclusive and unrivaled location, you understand it as soon as you arrive and the security at the entrance asks you for a reservation (I recommend printing the reservation otherwise you won't be able to enter). Everything is very well looked after, the staff, both at the entrance and in the restaurant, are very kind and always available for any need. I had dinner at the Al Iwan restaurant, located on the first floor, I wanted to try different food than I am used to and I was not disappointed. Excellent Arabic buffet cuisine, the menu is all you can eat and therefore you will certainly leave full. The kind and attentive staff make you feel at home. Excellent value for money. In short, staying overnight is not for everyone but I really recommend a dinner or an aperitif at this masterpiece of a structure. Rating 10/10

This was our second stay at the Burj.

I would just like to say a special thank you to all of the breakfast staff for amazing and wonderful service . This was the best part of our stay. The service was impeccable. Also a huge thank you to Chef who created some wonderful vegan breakfast options for us. Amazing! The breakfast team were outstanding!

Also I would like to thank our Butler Gucci was was very kind and arranged a birthday in room surprise for our daughter.
Also thank you to Angelica.

We had a couples massage which was one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. However the spa itself was dated and unimpressive.

The vegan options by the pool side were basically non existent.
I don’t mind but as a hotel of this standing I would expect at least one option that wasn’t a fruit platter or a salad.

The quality of room service food especially for the children was very basic . The pasta was awful no flavour at all.

Also when we had booked for afternoon tea they told us it wasn’t possible to offer vegan! I find this unacceptable as a paying guest and who have paid a lot of money for a weeks stay. It was confusing because they would leave Vegan canapés and sandwiches in our room daily.
The tea manager did agree to make us vegan sandwiches but no pastries and cakes. The tea overall was underwhelming.

I do not feel that the staff are trained to go over and above for the guests needs. I would prefer less fancy gifts offered and more towards keeping the guests happy.

Lastly we had a 2:45 am flight so were due to depart very late so requested if we may use some facilities to take a shower but were refused. We were just told the spa was closed. This is an example of not going over and above for guests.

I do not think I would return again. I do love the room ( mainly the size) and the hotel location however there are better hotels. We usually stay at the Mandarin Oriental Emirates Palace which I find far superior .

3 beers cost - US$60. - basic appetizers were US$90 main course pricing was offensive, even at the pool bar area. Make no mistake though, that the service and quality was top notch however the pricing is so far above anything respectable, and it's not twice the fair value but more like 4 to 10 times what it should be, It just wears on you as you are powerless to do anything. My advice is to stay home, and plan a shopping spree in the tens of thousands and really buy something nice and lasting because you won't really look at your travel pictures with fondness. You will more likely look at them with regret ad disappointment as to what wonderful items you could have purchased instead.

If you can afford to stay at this hotel - you do not need a measly $100 USD for food. That may buy an appetizer and a few drinks for one day. But whose counting? The point is: When you book at this hotel you are not usually in need of money for food.. or anything else for that matter. Just my thoughts.
