Absolutely amazing experience. All the staff were exceptionally good. Feroz (breakfast staff), Rifshaz the duty manager, Christine (breakfast staff), Afshaz duty manager and Lilly (breakfast staff) were very accommodating and saw to our every small need and did everything possible to accommodate us. Will definitely stay here again. Great location, luxury rooms and good food.

Amazing service, very good location and a really friendly staff that I have never experienced anywhere before. One of the doormen (Yasser) did an amazing job at a time where I forgot my phone in a taxi. Just 60 minutes later I have received my phone back thanks to the help of him. Apart from that, whenever you need anything the staff is always very helpful! Service is on another level - Highly recommended

Had lunch today at the Shang Palace my favorite go to place in Shangrilla Dubai. The food was delicious as was the service. Simon the restaurant manager was fabulous and Victor from his team was professional and polite. A wonderful afternoon. I would recommend Shang Palace for authentic Chinese food and great service.

Had an excellent stay at Shangri La hotel - beautiful rooms, great location,spectacular views.My husband arranged a birthday surprise with them and we were very impresssed with all the arrangements done.The staff were amazing and so attentive. Specially want to mention about Khodarahm, Archel,Ayush and Binoy Ramachandran- thank you so much for making us feel at home. Ayush took such good care of our 9 year old when he slipped and fell at the Dunes cafe, he made sure that my son was fully ok before he left his side. We would definitely recommend Shangri-La for families with kids.

What an amazing hotel. We arrived earlier and were immediately swept upstairs to the private check-in area in the Horizon Club. Moustafa checked us in seamlessly and explained that our room would be ready in 30 minutes but in the mean time we should have breakfast in the lounge. Our room was upgraded and we’re absolutely spoiled for space. The bed was so comfortable and our room attendant was amazing always supplying us with extra water. Feroz and Chris were both so lovely in the lounge. Incredible attentive with top-ups during cocktail hour and ensuring we had everything we needed. The pool deck is stunning. A real oasis where you can while away the whole day and take a dip in the pool to cool off. I would definitely visit again
