Fantastic hotel for my stay in Dubai. I was made to feel very welcome on my arrival and the staff were extremely helpful. My room was excellent and I had no issues with my stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Dubai I would also like to thank Lekshmi, Umeshika, Arlene and Prashandh on reception at the Royal Club for resolving an issue with a missing passport, they were extremely helpful and saved the day. Excellent hotel, will recommend
I visited to warehouse bar to enjoy some couple of beers and met Dilaksha from Sri Lanka. He is amazing person and happy about the service. Will definitely visit again to the same place because of his service… 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👍👍
2nd time at this hotel, currently staying and have another 10 nights here. In general I like the hotel. Clean, spacious rooms (the ones I’ve stayed in). I’ve marked this down because the lounge access is not like anywhere else. Unless the Marriott has changed it’s business model. If they have done this then they should be informing guests before they take the booking, as this could effect your decision to stay there. It would change mine as these are the benefits that often come with loyalty to a brand. I’m a Titanium member with Marriott (lifetime platinum), but also platinum with Accor and IHG. The lounge says it’s open from breakfast until 9pm. However unlike all other lounges where you have access to soft drinks tea / coffee, soda’s and water (soft drinks) throughout that time. This one you have to purchase anything outside the breakfast/afternoon tea/happy hour. They also say they are open between these hours but really it’s mostly closed off, with the signs across the major access points. This leaves just a few comfy chairs open outside these times serving food. Don’t get me wrong the staff are generally great, the breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour are well catered for. Bring back the proper lounge access and this would be 5+ stars.…
Having lived in the Middle East since 2006 I have either lived in Dubai or travelled there a lot for business. As a huge fan of SPG/Marriott bonvoy I put 99% of my room nights into Bonvoy, every year globally. Between 2011 - 2017 most of those nights (50-100 a year) in one particular hotel that looked after me on a different level. I moved to Spain for a couple of years in 2017 and lost my status with MB (kept gold elite but lost lounge access, etc). When I returned and went back to my trusted hotel I didn’t receive the same welcome & was reminded of my diminished status, even thou they had 6 amazing years of loyalty from me, I guess memories are short when it comes to cold hard dollars. Of course this put my nose out of place as no one needs to be reminded of their lack of status when they had kudos for so long. The key thing to bare in mind was that the 6 years is status was applied by skilled hospitality staff who know how to take care of their clients and their egos! At the turn of the year I saw that the Royal Club at Le Meridien Dubai hotel & conference centre was offering amazing rates and having stayed there on a few occasions in the past, I thought I would enjoy a weekend away there with my wife, rather than my previously trusted venue that no longer recognized me, Knowing they had awesome ground floor rooms with an outside space, along with one of the best Bonvoy lounges (globally). On my return (I think I last stayed there around 2015-2016) I had the most amazing welcoming experience which superseded my status and made LMDH&CC become my go to place. Firstly the rates are superb for the level of luxury, service and lounge experience, but more importantly the staff are out of this world. If you are a seasoned traveler like myself, you come to realise that the staff are what make your experience, regardless of how great your room is. Having the most amazing lounge breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapés & drinks included in the room is a real treat. Not just eating it because it’s included and free but because it is a really enjoyable offering. The latest visits (around 15-20 room nights in last couple of months) I stumbled accros an old friend from my previous favorite hotel. This is a lady who had always gone out of her way to be cordial, manage guests egos and needs and made all of her hotels clients want to come back, just based on how well she buys into rewarding loyalty to MB and more importantly her hotel. In all fairness I go out of my way to say hello to her as knowing she is there makes me return regardless of the room rate. It just so happens that she is a Filipina as is my wife and when I recently needed to fly back to KSA for a few days this lady along with every other member of front of house staff and the lounge crew made her feel like a rock star in my absence and an extended member of the MB family. The lady in question is Jocelyn Torno (FOH manager) and many within the team who’s names elude me (the wife did tell me so apologies for not remembering). All I can say is Jocelyn was part of the reason why I put so many room nights into my previous favourite place before and the reason why LMDH&CC will get my room nights to come above every other trendy, amazing hotel in Dubai as the relationship between the people who are actually taking care of you on a day to basis is more important than the look of your room. It just so happens that LMDH&CC Royal club wing is second to none and the staff who deliver every day are the kind of people I want to hangout with. Kudos to Jocelyn and all of the staff, you’re the reason why your hotel gets my room nights, and I’m sure many others! I believe LMDH&CC has the same F & B director who was also at my previous favourite. So whether is Saskia Everet delivering great training to passionate employees or just individuals like Jocelyn going the extra mile. I tip my hat to you all and say thank you for being amazing. I have my status back but feel like I don’t need it with you guys 😍 I can’t wait to see you all soon…
It was a great experience staying here at Le Meridien. Every staff we met along the way greeted us. The food is very nice also and even the deluxe room. Thanks to Ms. Joy from the check-in counter for the very warm welcome she gave us.

Everyone is fantastic! Very friendly and helpful especially Babu who was the perfect guide and Michelle at reception who could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Amenities are unbelievable- especially the massage chair and jacuzzi in the room.
We stayed at the Royal club part of the hotel....with access to the lounge which was excellent value for money with high tea, evening coctails and free drop off to the airport. what makes it extra special is the amazing staff... Hats off to all of them specially Lekshmi, Gayathri and Bhavika...
Having stayed at Le Meridien on numerous occasions, felt that it was time to write a review. From check in to check out you could not fault the hotel facilities, rooms or service we received. We stayed in a Pool View room which was literally steps to the pool. The hospitality around the pool was exceptional in particular Sameer the life guard and Thushan who looked after the pool bar. Both where friendly, courteous and went out of there way to ensure not just us but all guests relaxing by the pool received the highest of level of service. They are both a credit to the hotel. Additionally, within the hotel grounds there are numerous bars and restaurants all of high standard. Having stayed in numerous hotels throughout Dubai this is one which we will always return to. Having already stayed at the hotel in March and June this year we are already planning our third visit.…
