Our stay at the Rixos has been fabulous, made even better by the care, consideration and friendliness of all the staff. The food and drink at this hotel has been phenomenal, and there has not been a night where we have not received impeccable service. The rooms/suites are beautifully decorated and the hygiene across the resort is amazing, the toilet block by the pool is cleaned constantly which just adds to the overall ethos of the hotel. A special shout out to Prem from housekeeping for the upkeep of our suite along with some special surprises which made our family smile. When staying at the Rixos you gain complimentary access to the Atlantis water park with a free shuttle bus service, this has provided fun and memories for the whole family especially the children. All the staff around the pool are friendly, attentive and strive to ensure all needs are met. Lastly a thanks to Goksel for making the best Mosko Mules that we have ever tasted !!! Hello and don't be tired, I say to all the hardworking staff of Rixos Hotel, we traveled to this hotel for the first time from Iran. At first, we were met with a very friendly attitude of the reception department, and even though we had reserved a deluxe room, they gave us a very good premium room on the top floor of the hotel, number 1521, and they were very kind and kind to us during our stay. Sorry if I miss a group. All the staff of the kids club, restaurants, bars, coast guard and swimming pool are very hardworking and in this heat, not even a moment of smile was removed from their lips. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I travel to Dubai. Thank you for all your hard work

We have stayed at a few all-inclusive hotels in Dubai & this has been the best so far. The standard of food and variety of drinks included were outstanding. My husband certainly enjoyed his several Grand Marniers of an evening after a meal!! There was also ice cream and a fresh fruit available during the day around the main pool. Around the quieter pool you can get fresh & detox juices which were all delicious. We ate mainly at the steak restaurant and fish restaurant. We ate at the Italian once which was also very good. We had no problem booking a reservation for any of the restaurants and were even given more than our allocation. All staff were friendly and very helpful, going out of their way to accommodate any request. Tip - you can enjoy a snack lunch at iChill (which is the fish restaurant) in the day if you don’t fancy the buffet.…

We came to Rixos to celebrate my Husband 40th Birthday. From the arrival till our departure this gentleman named Usman was outstanding, great personalize service and he really made us feel at home. Let me begin by saying thank you, thank you, and thank you to the outstanding management and superlative staff (all of them) of Rixos hotel. My family and I (2 adults and 2 children) stayed there for 12 nights in July 2022 (9th July - 21st July) on an ultra all-inclusive basis. For those who have never tried Rixos The palm Hotel & Suites or its unique ultra all-inclusive concept, I'll strongly recommend that you do. It is truly service without compare. It makes Rixos unique and the 'cock of the walk' (the top banana) in the pantheon of Dubai's fabulous hotels. Rixos is an exceptional hotel evidenced by outstanding customer service and professionalism of the entire staff. It is truly a wonderful experience. And I am going back with my family for more Rixos moments and memories I commend all the Rixos team for a wonderful stay and give special mention to : Eliot (at the door); Mayur and Lachan; the chefs and service staff across all the restaurants, the pools and the bars; staff at Rixy Kids Club, and the housekeeping team. This hotel is everything one could want for an easy, comfortable stay in Dubai. The room was beautifully clean and spacious (junior suite), the restaurants were wonderful and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was perfect for us. The complimentary tickets to Aquadventure was a very welcome and unexpected bonus. Most importantly the staff clearly had enormous pride in their work and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended and we will be back.

My wife and myself have just returned from another wonderful 10 nights at the Rixos. Everything about our stay was absolutely superb the cleanliness, the facilities but most of all the staff. The service at this hotel are unbeatable, every member of staff is so friendly, polite and professional, they all made our trip truly memorable. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff. In our review we’d like to mention individual staff: Naresh: for looking after us at the beach every day, supplying us with drinks and fresh fruit etc, Faruk: for putting our towels on our sunbeds as soon as we get to the beach/adult pool area and putting the umbrella up for us. Yuvraj: for cleaning our room everyday and keeping it clean and spotless.

The experience at Rixos the Palm Dubai was so good. The facilities particularly the bedroom (the suite we stayed in was unreal). The food was great with it all cooked to a high standard. The Staff. The staff were the best part of the hotel. They made the hotel great. Two staff members were particularly great, VIJAY, at the bar by the pool. He was so friendly and such a nice guy, he really was a great member of staff that made the stay that much better. Another was JAKHANBIR, I’m not sure if that’s how you spell his name but he was the guy in the Baskin Robins ice cream stand. He was so friendly too and was such a nice guy, legend. Overall the Hotel was amazing it was definitely deserving of my 5* rating. I would visit again absolutely and would advise you to if you are seeing this, GO.
