I have been staying at Swissotel for many years and I didn't know that their management reply would be so bad and disappointing. I am an Accor member and get points every time I stay in a hotel of the Accor group. Lately I stay at Swissotel for 12 days straight and the hotel only counted 9 days and contacted the management but they don't care about the request and said that the system is in charge of the points and they cont do anything and I should contact the headquarters !!... Such an unpleasant experience I got from Swissotel , it is very disappointing. and for that matter, I will definitely not stay anymore in Swissotel and probable leave the Accor program altogether.. I hope you won't get such a bad situation with them.

It was an amazing stay with Swissotel. Rooms were clean and the staff was very polite. Amazing breakfast menu. My kids enjoyed their stay. Will surely recommend to family and friends and will visit soon again.

I have been staying at Swissotel Al Ghurair in Dubai regularly for a number of years now. I always receive a warm welcome from Erin and Alyssa. Many thanks for your continues kindness during all of my stays. At breakfast I was always greeted by Thet and Damini, always with a smile. Thank you. At breakfast Albert from Ghana and Dwayne from South Africa always had a moment to say hello and always looked after myself and a friend I am travelling with. Thanks guys, we appreciate it. Housekeeping of course has to be mentioned as well. My room was kept spotless. Thank you Srinivas and his fellow staff for always asking if eveything was ok and if I needed anything. Lastly, of course the entire pool staff who I have known for many years now as well as the spa area. The great staff members of this hotel makes it what it is, a great place to stay.…

First of all i want to thank all the staff; I Forget my wallet in the laundry pocket and staff help me found all items, thanks a lot.. This hotel is so good in wifilocation in fact on the historical downtown of Dubai, U can visit Dubai Creek and enjoy still some traditional area. Kitchen is rich many different kind of foods. I came this hotel many many time because of business.. I enjoyed each time and had a good rest. But in the years i also observed the hotel assets worned up.. Na many service damege on the walls and dirts on the papers and tarce of bad repair in the bathrooms.. I kindly ask the Administration to ro neccessary repair and service or neccessary change on the assets.. And i also ask them to Raise up the level of hotel to the level we once enjoyed very much..
