I would like to thank the receptionist Ms Mara & Ms Bloshca who extended her assistance to understanding my room concerns and emphasized in changing the room. The room was very nice; giving city view. Overall the experience was good and would recommend to stay there.

We recently had a sleepover at the Landmark Grand Hotel hosted by my sister-in-law. Having stayed at other Landmark hotels, we had high expectations, and this visit did not disappoint.
Tharini at the front desk was incredibly helpful and professional, making our check-in process smooth and welcoming. Anne from the breakfast restaurant stood out for her great service and helpful attitude, enhancing our dining experience. However, we did notice a hygiene issue with one of the servers. His manager should advise him and teach him proper hygiene.
Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The room was very clean, and all the staff were friendly. We look forward to our next visit!

The Hotel is really great close to everywhere in Dubai.Close to subway,buses and super easy to get taxi. In front of the Al Guhrair Centre Shopping Mall as all the áreas around have excellent resturants,stores,2supermarkets in the mal Carrefour and Spinneys that i love as cinemas and all. Very close to all Dubai attractions and tour places also downtown and the Creek. With a New Big Room,very confortable, king size bed and pillows new as the bedlines and bath lines.Good illumination,big mirror in the room,wardrobe with lights,place for the luggage and work table that for me its important as i worked from my room at my laptop for hours a day and dinner table.TV with Big LCD Screen with many channels in english,arabic and in many other languages. With Ketle,coffee,tea,cream coffee,complimentary waters and good frigobar. Very calm room without noise and with the view to the city. With a good hot bathtub with great volume and pressure of water and a big bathroom with huge mirror all new. With amenities products in high quality better than LOccitane specially the White Tea with Honey Body Lotion. With safety box and weighing scale in the room. Bathroom and room all very well cleaned by Holly the india guy,Aravind and Durga.Super help of Mr.Mahammoud the cleanning manager and Mr.Aneesh the supervisor of cleaning. The managers of the Hotel are very polite,helpful and treat the guests in a vip way Thanks to Mr.Saleh,Mr.Suresh and Mr Mohammed for all. The restaurant is really good the food delicious with high quality fresh and quickly in the room service and restaurant.Thanks to Maurel and all the team of the restaurant. The Best Samosa i tried in my life as the Biryani.They also have an arab tent for the coffee and food in arabic style and arabic clothes.Very nice and beautiful.The bell boys Jangrat and Charles very educated and helpful always.They have pool,spa,sauna,hamman,beauty parlor and tour agency desk. The Front desk all are amazing specially Noor and Suresh the day manager as in the night Mr Saleh the night manager,Arshad and Jayesh. All hotel staff are very helpful and with finest way to treat the guests.Also Emily and Romelyn.I loved my long staying of 3 months and i felt like home.Thank you to the Landmark entire team for all.I loved my staying.Definetly i will come back always and recommend it.One of the Best Places in Dubai The Number 1 in the City with a very good price and hotel services.

I was not satisfied at all during my stay at this hotel. The breakfast options were very poor and all catered to Indians and Pakistanis, as if they only took their tastes into account! Everywhere in the world there is at least sausage for breakfast, but not here.
Most importantly, I got two cockroaches in my room last night and my wife was really scared, and this is really awful for a four-star hotel! The receptionist said, "Why didn't you call us? What were they going to do? Change my room in the middle of the night? It was unacceptable at all.

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel, and I feel compelled to warn the public about the issues I encountered.
1. Booking Difficulties: Booking directly with the hotel was a nightmare. The manager, Mr. Mohamed, failed to respond to queries, and it took more than 4 days to confirm my reservation.
2. Poor Bathroom Conditions: The bathroom in my room had a major water leakage issue, and the Jacuzzi was disgustingly dirty.
3. Unpleasant Towels: The towels provided in the room had a foul odor, making them unusable.
4. Unprofessional Staff: The waitstaff were unprofessional, untrained, and incredibly rude to guests.
5. Lost Laundry: My wife sent her clothes for laundry, and the hotel misplaced them. It took them 2 days to locate the missing clothes.
6. Non-Functional TV: The TV in our room wasn't working, and despite assurances that it would be checked, no one ever came to fix it.
7. Lack of Hot Water: There was no hot water in the shower, and despite assurances of a check, no one addressed the issue.
In summary, my stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. I strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your accommodation needs. The numerous issues and lack of responsiveness from the management and staff make it an unsuitable choice for any traveler.

We had a horrible experience. The rooms had cockroaches and on top of that bed bugs. Despite all this , we did not get a refund even after checking out 3 days earlier than the required check out date. We had paid the full amount days before landing in Dubai. It’s unfortunate that that money went down the drain since we were forced to switch hotels as our stay became unbearable.

My room was not clean as soon as I arrived. The bathroom/bath tub was dirty. The fridge did not work, The air con did not work, was stuck on 23. The tv had only 1 English channel, but the picture quality was poor on every channel. The tv would also constantly lose all reception, so I get to watch a fuzzy screen. The "cleaned" bed sheets given on a 3 day basis were dirty. Was only given 1 room key, despite asking for a 2nd on numerous occasions. After day 7 of staying, we were told it's policy to only give 1 room key. The pool was freezing cold.
Visit dubai regularly, every 2/3 years and stay on Al Rigga road all the time. Would definitely NOT use Landmark grand again and would definately not reccomend.

The room condition was disaster. I complaint to front desk and they changed the room but still even the other room was dirty. I never saw a filthy room like this in any hotel. Full of dust, leakage in washroom, seepage on walls, broken minibar door, stains on carpet and bedsheets, AC not working, flies in the room. After this when I requested a late check out their rates were almost the same I paid for full night which I did not accept and checked out at 2pm.

Horrible hotel. Uncooperative staff, dirty room, dirty cups daily, bed sheets with cigarette holes, you have to ask to change towels. Breakfast is bland and no variety. Stayed for 7 days in dubai, and this hotel was the worst part of my trip .

We stayed in Landmark Grand in December 2014 and our experience was really good. Good service whilst we were there in 2014. However we went back again December 2022 and our experience were not great at all. When we checked in, there was a tiny toilet paper roll in the toilet that nearly finished, we asked a few times toilet roll, they never came until the next day. Our bathroom was not that clean, bathtub looks like it would give up under weight. Bedsheets look really old, don't look fresh white bedsheet. The room needs a complete renovation. The kettle was not working and told receptionist, she said she will send someone, nobody came. Overall, the hotel needs complete renovation.
