I checked in on 26 of feb 2022 afternoon for two nights. The room is very old, the wardrobe door doesn't slide, the bathroom is filled with ants and the toilet has fungus And most of the cabinet door in the kitchen or bathroom are either broken or not working properly
I stayed here for 4 days on business but left after 48 hours. The apartments are old and tired. I moved apartments due to the wifi not working and the noise from the main Sheikh Zayed Road - but the windows are not sealed properly and therefore you have a constant humming. The staff were helpful but could not sort the system blaming my mac. The kitchens are basic and miss out on finishing touches e.g. no cloths / towels / cleaning utensils. It is a great location and the staff try their best. It is a 2 star property really.
This was the third time I stayed in this hotel. Best location as it's walking distance from the Metro station, Marina walk and Marina Mall. So many superstores are near by view from the hotel is amazing of Sheikh Jayed road and the Marina. The hospitality is great. Special acknowledgement to Mr. Sagar ( Manager). Never seen such kind of support in the hotel. He is so cooperative. Went out of the way to make sure our stay is comfortable. Always available to help us for any requirement. Will definitely come back here again.
What is the service at the reception knows only manager. Other personnel is rude. We’ve changed 3 rooms, as everywhere was smell of cigarettes. 🥴 I’ve asked for the second key as we are 2 people in a room - they said they don’t have enough keys - with the face like I’m asking her to stay at her personal house for free. Breakfast is very poor. Bad choice and poor quality of sausages - even child doesn’t eat it. ☹️ The cleaning of the room is bad - we have a stroll in a fridge and also the hair in a bath left from the previous guests 🤢 When we close the door of bathroom there is a sound like ceiling is going to fall down. They promised to fix it on our first day - nothing happened. Even tour guides said that they don’t understand why tour operators still sell this hotel, as they know all troubles. I selected the hotel on booking.com, the posiotn is fatnastic very close to the Marina but the hotel is very bad. Not 4 for stars at all! The rooms are very very old, old furnitures and bad quality of the towels. We arrived very early in morning and, after having booked the room already the night before the arrival, the room was not ready and we were forced to take e smoking room (we are no smoker people). We payed for a Delux room with 3 beds and agin we were forced to sleep all three in one queen size bed. Indeed, they offered a room with the third bed in the entrance which tooke away space from the room. I do not srongly suggest this hotel despit the location.
The staff specially Mr. Sameer at reception, Mr netra at reception are really helpful. Mr Sameer was really a gem of a person. Location is good. Rooms are old. Furniture is old. Its like going back to 10-15 years old hotel. Issue like windows not soundproof.. you can hear noise of cars all night. The bathroom shaft makes noise when you open the door are there. Overall, what i observed that other hotels are double its price in marina area. You can go for it. Rooms are definately having old, rusty look but staff goes beyond call of duty. Breakfast having limited option with no love counter.
I stayed here for 3 nights in November, thank god it wasn’t any longer or I would have had To move. The service was horrendous, rude and unhelpful. The facilities were disgusting. Surely during this pandemic cleanliness should be top priority. The gym has not been cleaned for weeks, with thick dirt on the floor, more concerning there was nothing to wipe the machines down with, just a sign asking to bring your own towel. When I requested something to wipe down with I was looked at confused. The bottle and wipe was left the reminder of the stay, but despite me writing a letter of complaint highlighting these issues the gym was still not cleaned throughout my stay or any further cleaning items placed in there. Awful customer service. The manager is refusing to pass me the senior contact details and told me it’s ‘been resolved’ after chasing for 2 weeks. Have more pictures but won’t let me upload Room dirty aswel never properly cleaned. Vile hotel and service.…
It's great location for stay, metro, mall, beach near by, thanks for reception staff for fast check in, great service, a specially for Mr. Delisha to keep clean our room, my parents are too happy to stay here, really appreciate. Wish you all the best. ♥♥♥
I stayed at the MarinaView hotel from 16 July to 19 September and was very pleased with my stay there. The hotel manager Samir was always very cooperative and I can recommend this hotel for both the short and long term guests. The location is perfectly close to Marina Bay where all the action is as to great food and entertainment. The GM is Samir and he was always very open in satisfying all the needs of the guests....a perfect manager with incredibly happy staff. So - a big thank you to him and his staff for making my stay very comfortable and always friendly..while I looked for an apartment nearby my JTL offices. Warmest regards Michiel (Mike) Diening
Very nice place, friendly staff. Housekeeping services perfect, my room ussally clean Harenda, clean good and fast 👌 exactly what i need. Recepchen staff too friendly and ready to help u any time 👌👌 location perfect, everything near, few min to Marina mall.
