Stayed here for our sons birthday weekend. Obviously a trip here is aimed at children and it was how happy they were that determined the success of the stay. We arrived early to make the most of the stay, the lobby was busy but the kids play area, Lego walls and all the things to see kept the kids amused while we waited. The room was great, and the children thoroughly enjoyed the treasure hunt and the unlocking of the safe, however one Lego figure between the two of them was a little on the tight side. The pool would have been wonderful, had it not been closed most of the afternoon after a small child decided to use it as a toilet. It took the staff far too long to sort the issue out and there was no back up plan for the guests wanting to use it so it left us with nothing to do that first day. We ate in the restaurant the first night and the food was okay, it was also nice that the kids could go and play after without annoying other diners while we finished meals. Breakfast was pretty bad to be fair and the coffee terrible. Random selection of food and a lot of it was cold and rubbery despite being under the hot lamps. The pancakes would have been better used as hockey pucks. We booked a couple of the Lego workshops to do and the children really enjoyed them, it’s a shame they aren’t a little longer though, and I don’t see the need for 30 mins sanitisation between classes, 10/15 minutes would be suffice. Our stay included two days park access so we visited legoland and legoland waterpark. Overall really enjoyed legoland but honestly the waterpark and the ridiculous height restrictions was a complete let down. Make sure you are fully aware of these before you visit. The kids loved the hotel, and absolutely had a great time. The staff were brilliant with them and they enjoyed the activities, and the hotel play facilities. It certainly isn’t a hotel you go to for an amazing staycation in five star luxury, you go for the children so if they were happy then overall we were happy!…

This hotel is located in Dubai parks and resort and infact just around 130 baby steps from the water park. Apart from the hot weather, the overall experience was amazing. The highlight of the place was the rooms. Had booked 2 rooms and both were fully theme based. Very attractive to the eyes and kids instantly connect. They have a mini quiz about the room which unlocks a small of treasure for the kid. The kids have a bunker bed with a separate TV and the way it is placed, it makes the kid feel they have a separate room. A lot of thought placed in the design and interior of the rooms. Hope I can upload the video. Lots of activities are lined up for kids incase you are not visiting the parks. Definitely something I would recommend. We'll done @dubaiparksandresort

Good hotel room but small lobby …Also , no enough staff … so, delay in check in , so you are loosing a lot of time to use the parks… no many restaurants around and much better to come with your car rather than a taxi… all drinks and ice cream in side the parks are very expensive..

My stay at legoland dubai was amazing, i stayed in Kingdom themed room and my kids enjoyed a lot. I specially thanks to Mr.Sagar from Housekeeping who was very kind and helpful. I will come again for sure.

Currently staying at Legoland Hotel and want to highly recommend this place for any families with kids… Every corner the kids go they have something to admire. So we were here for 2 and a half days. We felt the hotel only catered to the kids, they loved every second of the stay. But not much to do for the adults especially when the parks would close by 6 or 7. Food options with the hotel were fine. The major problem was getting hold of reception or guest services when we called from the room. NO ONE ANSWERS THE CALLS. it got really frustrating. The best thing here was Glacie at the Bricks restaurant, who made sure my son got a surprise cake and a birthday song. She absolutely made his day!!! The entire staff at bricks was sweet compared to the staff at guest services.

During our stay in the hotel, I lost my Cartier diamond ring in the theme park and the security team did an amazing job reviewing the cameras and found it for me within less than an hour 😭 very glad and happy We celebrated our Eid this year in Legoland hotel and theme park and the water park and it was an unforgettable experience can’t wait to repeat it again soon.

The service given was excellent and the kids enjoyed it all the time. Great entertainment and kind personnel. The staff were all kind and my young son made friends with all of them. The cleaners were very good with their service and went down to the level of the kids. The Bricks restaurant had also a very good service provided by the workers. Everyone was so gentle and kind. Finally, we felt safe and satisfied with the security officers, the guest service and reception, the entertainers and the cleaners of the lobby area too. No negative comments at all. It was very disappointing experience. The check-in process was very slow. We were surprised with hidden extra fees for the kids. The tickets system was down and there was a long queue for waiting and it takes the staff more than 20 minutes to resolve the issue. The tickets responsible staff "londiwe" was so rude and not polite she told my wife go and wait we can not do anything in very bad way. I am a client to Dubai Parks I have visited the park more than 10 times since it was opened in 2016. This was my first time in legoland hotel it was so disappointing. The legoland hotel staff need to be trained to be more friendly and helpful specially that this hotel is caring about children. I advise everyone to go for Lapita they have better services and more friendly staff. I would like to thank the security guard…
