This hotel really exceeded my expectations. We stayed here after our Middle East cruise as it is in close proximity to the airport and is very good value for money. When we arrived at check in, the lobby area is very grand and absolutely beautiful. The reception staff were very welcoming and even upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment (family of 4 adults). This room was absolutely stunning. It had a fully functioning kitchen and laundry area which would be great for a longer stay. The hotel is extremely close ( 5 min walk) to the metro, so it is very easy to get around from here if you were wanting to see the city. We only spent one night here and so we went on the metro to Dubai mall/ Burj Khalifa. We did not have dinner in the hotel but we did have breakfast included in our stay. The selection at breakfast was great and we only wished we had more nights stay here so we could sample the restaurant at night and have more time for breakfast as we had to leave early due to an early flight. All in all, a very beautiful hotel, with friendly and attentive staff and a great location if you are happy hopping on and off the metro. At this time, it was also great value for money and we will definitely consider this hotel for future trips to Dubai.…

PROS Convenient location Clean and modern Large rooms Good breakfast selection Good size swimming pool and shaded kids play area CONS Difficult to get through to reception on the phone. Number of travel cots required unavailable. (I had emailed in advance requesting two cots and was told they were subject to availability. Unfortunate at 2am after a long flight only one was available which wasn’t set up in the room and we had to wait for).

I stayed here for 4 nights a couple of weeks ago and I must say that was a pleasant and relaxing stay. Thanks to Collins, I had a very eficiente check in and luckily he was on duty upon our departure. Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to try breakfast or dinner at the Hotel but menus are looking good and all team members very professional! Gym and Pool very clean and looked after, had a nice and comfy time there. Room was nice and I liked the view and especially the mirrors. Jawad is definitely a star to the hotel. Always very professional and attentive! He helped with taxi every time we left the hotel and welcome us back with such a positive attitude!!! Overall a very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend!

Very nice and comfortable hotel, clean and affordable prices, very friendly staff with great can do attitude. Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights opposite the hospital where my wife accepted to deliver our first baby . Very convenient also for tourist in transit as it’s near den airport also near city center diera and old Dubai.

Surprisingly excellent hotel in terms of staff, customer service, and hotel facilities. Rooms were intrinsically designed to give you a relaxing luxurious mood, not you can find in many hotels. They have a generous parking spaces and very close to Dubai International Airport.
