we stayed here from 10th September to 13 September. From check in to checkout we didn't faced any issues. Complimentary breakfast was okay to be managed. Since we are vegetarian so need to manage at all front. The stay was comfortable and hotel staff were cooperatives.

The hotel and all the facilities mentioned herein are correct. They can be made better no doubt. Big shout to Joseph who works there, he took care of us in a brilliant way. Whenever you go you have to meet Joseph, I'm sure you'd love his company.

I stayed in hotel for 17 days and believe me it was the worst experience of my life. I don’t how this hotel got 4 star rating. My experience was worst and I will give -4 star to this super pathetic hotel.

Location is in a residential area you need to walk at least 5 min to come on the road. But not a big deal some other hotels are also in near by areas.

Hotel staffs are really really rude and unorganised. Specially Mr. Zubair, his behaviour was really rude and the problem is I can’t use abusive words for him here. I have made all the payment online at once but after reaching to hotel he is asking extra money in the name of tourism tax. I asked him give me the WiFi password and let me talk to my agent because I have already paid but he said no sign the paper check in to your room then talk to whom you want to talk. Finally he took our passport as security and allows to enter room. There are no chauffeur or they are offering only to their premium costumers.

They are asking for 200 AED as security, in the name of mini bar, but when we checked in the hotel, VOALA fridge was off and empty. After asking they said if in case you utilise anything we will deduct from your money, since our passport was with them I didn’t deposited any money.

Coming to room, size of the room was good. Mattress was worst quality, I guess 4’’ springs mattress and springs get misplaced when you sit. Totally uncomfortable mattress.

Amenities were good enough for 2 star hotel.

Food variety in breakfast buffet was less but tasty.

Swimming pool and gym was only for name sake. Sauna and Steam bath is out of service. Whenever you workout in gym then definitely some noise will come but the guy in gym will shout not to make sounds.

Hotel Wi-Fi is only for name sake, so weak network and the best part you can’t use WiFi out of your room. And only 3 devices you can connect at the same time.

Overall my experience was horrible in this hotel. Cheap in price at this category so people like me book this hotel for quarantine and transaction purpose.

Overall, I have been very disappointed with my stay here at The Grand Central Hotel in Dubai. The rooms and streets are noisy (walls are thin and if your room is facing the street, you will hear the garbage trucks right under the building from 4am-5:30am), the furniture is old and in poor/damaged condition (many cigarette holes in chairs and curtains, many damages to the walls, tarnished/rusted garbage cans, and a flaking bath tub), and the room is very dirty (I have found hair that is not mine in the bath tub and the phone and most of the tables in the room are greasy/sticky with tons of dust). The pictures of the hotel rooms posted online are much more modern and new than the actual furniture in the room which is very misleading. More than this, parking is an extra cost per day and I had to wait 55min after check in to actually access my room. The gym and pool are also very disappointing. On the flip side, it was easy to locate, I experienced a good wifi connection, had hot water, and enough towels. With all this said, I will not be staying in this hotel again.

On Sunday 5th September 2021 we friends decided to meet and have few drinks in Metro Manila as we haven't met for a very long time. I was waiting in for my friends to arrive. Just as an curiosity i asked politely to African Security where is the Chinese Bar and he questioned me very unprofessionally Why are you meeting someone and i answered back no i just want to see the place and again he said rudely you are not allowed and he kept staring at me from up to down thinking if i am able to spend the money or i do look like someone from street. Is it a policy of your hotel to scan your guest from up to down to see if they can afford to spend the money or is it a nationality discrimination I was wearing Clean Jeans Clark Shoes and Expensive T-shirt so question is why i was not allowed If there is certain policies set by the management then it should be politely explained to the customer by just by saying you cannot enter or you cannot see the place. After this bad experience also we didn't visited Metro Manila we left the hotel went to Regent Hotel to Rocky's Bar where service was 200% better then Grand Central Hotel. you lost 8 new customers You need to train your security how deal with the customers rather treating them like fools don't forget there are many hotels and bar in Dubai which are much superior better then your Restaurants and Bar. Will never back to visit any of your Restaurants and Bar and will inform all my friends the unprofessional behavior from your lobby security to doesn't have a clue regards to Customer Service

Worst hotel for a holiday. We stayed for 10 nights(2 rooms) after a agent booked us there and recommended it. They took all our 4 passports as deposit. Rooms are not cleaned everyday, they just spread bed without changing dirty ones. Safe and Fridge was not working in one room. Carpets are dirty and old with burnt marks. Bath tub cracked and dirty. Breakfast horrible we only ate it once and realised it was a waste. Luckily we had just booked room and there are lots of restaurants around.
The top deck swimming pool and fitness center have poor old equipment and operates odd hours.
Please don't book this hotel

Don't ever go to this hotel
The room was not so clean, the sink is cracked,
no slippers,
The room i got was above a bar , i couldn’t sleep because of the loud music.
They have visitor rules which doesn’t make sense at all.
The receptionist named subhan was awful and couldn’t give me a proper reason why i can’t bring someone to my room when my room was booked for 2person.
I was asking to speak to a manager and the answer was “ No manager now, they will come later”

Staff, room, room service excellent. However when you're looking for your must haves, real let down! Pool open 8-5, who closes the pool at 5pm as people arrive home from a busy, and sweaty, Dubai day? And the Jacuzzi in the photos, it's now gone. What moron fills in a Jacuzzi for people who have just got off a long flight! And the pool was still locked after midday. Real shame as all the other staff were so outstanding, they've been totally let down by their peers who look after the important stuff I look for. Excellent if you don't expect the extras. That said, watching a breakfast chef who can flip two fried eggs and not break the yolks, he's special...!
