The Iftar at the Ritz Carlton DIFC, turned out to be my favourite in Dubai so far. The elegance and brightness of the of the puritan white decoration is just stunningly gorgeous. And as can be expected from the Ritz Carlton, the standard of service is unsurpassed anywhere. The set up is laid out extremely well with an endless range and variety of dishes and it is designed so that there is no crowding despite the high popularity of the Iftar. There are several cold stations, hot stations and a plenty of delicious sweets. The Chefs at the Ritz Carlton are clearly excellent and there is no dish that is disappointing. If you want to please your family and friends, book them for a lovely Iftar at the Ritz.

I think everyone has high expectations when they stay at a Ritz, and the Ritz DIFC is no exception. In spite of the large size of the hotel/residences, the service is personal and highly professional. The lobby, the rooms, the pool, the common rooms - all stunning. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a massive Ambassador Club King Suite. LR/DR/ Office/1 1/2 baths/HUGE MBR and a massive 30' x 65'corner deck. We were so grateful that the Club Lounge was open; at the Dubai hotel we stayed the previous five nights, they still had not opened theirs. The Club Lounge is lovely and chock full of delicious treats for bfast and dinner (we were never there during the day). The concierge team of John and Kiran were exceptionally helpful. The two disappointing parts of our stay were that housecleaning was surprisingly erratic. One night they didn't turn our room down at all (which means we had no clean towels for the next morning though they quickly delivered some to our room), one night the doorbell rang at 10:00 when we had just come home with housekeeping coming in for turndown. Odd. Some days there were slippers bedside and a bfast menu; other days not. Not a huge deal but surprising considering how well run this hotel seems. The other disappointment is that on our huge deck with beautiful views there was a small square table and four wooden chairs with no cushions. No chaises, no cushioned large chairs/table to relax in, have a drink in at sunset, etc. Just odd. Nevertheless, a luxury hotel in a primo location (walk to Metro, walk to Museum of the Future) that we would highly recommend.

The hotel was beautiful and luxurious. They recognized our Marriott Bonvoy Titanium membership and upgraded us to a full Suite on check-in.
They cleaned our rooms literally like 3 times daily so everywhere was always clean and towels and water was refreshed several times a day.
Everyone was quite lovely and ready to go the extra mile to help and make us feel welcome. Awesome housecleaning members of which Mr. Shivam was quite exceptional.
My children loved the indoor Swimming Pool and the underground Mall was a lovely place to hang out at a Cafe every day. The outdoor walk ways on the P floor was a lovely place to stroll every morning.
Suffice to say we loved every minute of our stay here.

After staying in almost every Ritz Carlton and think we just property in the world, I have to say that this is unfortunately, one of the worst experiences that I’ve had. I assumed this would be the perfect hotel for the businessman traveler like myself. Even before arriving from New York, I had been contacting the hotel to confirm my reservation and room category and it was an impossible communication to task. When I arrive to Abu Dhabi, I asked the St Regis to take care of it because I thought they would be able to do it better in a local way but even they were absolutely exasperated having contacted the hotel 17 times
Finally, I arrived at the hotel right before I had to go to a meeting, assuming that things would go smoothly because it is a Ritz-Carlton property. The Bellman took my items from the driver’s car trunk, and I went up to the room with my keepall bag. After an hour, multiple phone calls and conversation with different people. They were unable to trace my luggage and kept asking me if I had different room numbers, and they would check different rooms. Ultimately, making me understand that they have completely lost my luggage for over an hour, which made me late to my meeting by an hour because I had to change into my suit which they had.
The worst part so far has been that I had refrigerated medication that I brought all the way from New York. That is vital for me to take. It was in a cooler in the car. I took a photograph of the cooler right before they loaded it on the luggage cart.
They assured me last night and this morning at 5 AM that they would check cameras to find it and now they are taking no responsibility Even though I have photographic evidence and it’s very clear that they took all my luggage to the wrong places for an hour
I’m disappointed that no superior intervention. First of all the hotel misplaces your expensive belongings even for an hour that should be enough for them to apologize and try to make amends but to lose vital medication is even more shocking Without offering any kind of solution It’s shocking for a property that should be a high level of luxury. to top it off I entered the suite that reeks of cigarette smoke when it was clear that my room should be a non-smoking category and I didn’t even receive a response about it at this point, I’m not even sure what to expect for the rest of my day, but I’m very very disappointed

The screen was so huge and it is one of the reason to look forward to, plus the crowd that will make you feel excited to watch the game. The minimum spent was worth it because of the foods and drinks and most especially from the people who will look after you. Special mention to Satish, Charmaine, Samson,Moses and Taiwo. Great team. Look for one of them if you will come to CB and they will surely give you exceptional service.

The building is exceptional and it’s in a great location if doing business in the area. Lots of amazing restaurants in hotel and 5-10 mins walk away.
As a five star Ritz Carlton it’s poor. The breakfast and service was one of the worst I’ve experienced, the rooms are pretty dated with old thin mattresses and cheap pillows. The doors windows and walls are paper thin as you can hear EVERYTHING in the hallway and room next door.
It’s Dubai so I don’t fully fault the hotel but there is very loud music from below so with the very poor build quality and lack of double glazing even on the 12th floor it’s booming till 1AM. The hotel should do more about advising of this when checking in at a minimum. I didn’t sleep well at the hotel.
I would not recommend the hotel unless you’re in the DIFC for business and need that location. It’s great for meetings at the Cafe and in the Sunken Garden but as a hotel is very far from a five star experience, even with the lovely smells.
Doesn’t do the Ritz Carlton brand any justice.

I stayed at Ritz in Dubai for 7 days the housekeeping workers were amazing and very passionate about their work. Throughout our stay we met with chance to meet with Amit for one day and Suzan for the rest of our stay and both Amit and suzan were amazing and helpful staff. They were all available for the little other things we need and they always have a smile on their face.

I am currently enjoying my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre, and it has been an exceptional experience. As an Ambassador Elite with Marriott and a Diamond member with Hilton, I have a wealth of choices when it comes to accommodations. Despite this, The Ritz-Carlton DIFC manages to stand out!
The property opened, I believe, in 2011, but it exudes a classic charm and luxury that newer hotels often lack.
I was thrilled to be upgraded to the Ambassador Suite—a luxurious and spacious haven that is beautifully appointed.
The club lounge is another delight, offering fantastic food throughout the day, easily enhancing the overall experience.
A special shoutout goes to Mr. Goncalo, the reception manager, who ensured that my stay was flawless with his attentive care and thoughtful touches. Additionally, Mr. Vinay from the breakfast room team provided excellent service at my regular table each morning.
The Ritz-Carlton DIFC is always one of my top favorite hotels in Dubai, alongside Grosvenor House in the Marina area and theWaldorf Astoria DIFC. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience.

I really like this hotel. I have been staying here for like 2 months & it feels like second home to me. I’m not sure when they’ll open, but my husband and I stayed 2 weeks ago and it was still closed. They made up for it by giving us access to the Cake cafe for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was amazing.
There are more places to choose from in the Dubai area.
