Skip this place unless you prefer roaches, overpriced drinks and food, management that don’t care about guests needs. So many hotels and restaurants in dubai, this place needs an eye opener on how to treat locals. Don’t go

I am so realy realy disappointed with the 2ladies who standing in the reception in the restaurant called RAUCHI. We visited the restaurant and we are excited to experience the buffet but when we entered in the restaurant the 2 unprofessional ladies ask us if we have reservations, yes we dont have we came as a walk in.but they inform us that they have a 50pax reservation and they dont have available table for me and my 1 friends, and she added we can have the buffet but 1hour maximum onLy. Me and my friend are working in hospitality but we as a host and receptionist we dont ever do that to our guest because we value them.we need to do something so our guests won't disappoint..I cant accept how the 2 ladies treat us.verry very rude. Good thing we forget the name..we will never ever come back on that restaurant if that two ladies are there standing..

I stumbled upon the hotel while in search for a relaxing beverage in my vicinity after a long day. There is a club-like bar on the 1st floor with live music. Pretty good. I went down to the sports bar called Goodfellas, one floor down. Really good, with TV screens all over the place. Joyce there is outstanding! She is Very perceptive, friendly and accommodating. She is one of those ones that you would ask "what do you recommend?" And be assured that she will recommend honestly, based on your preference, not just recommend the most expensive.
