My name is Francis and i use this hotel regularly. It Close to metro and Dubai Airports. This is the best hotel in the Area with lovely ambiance and very courteous sfatt. My name is Md Jobaed Hossain and i wase stayed that hotel regularly when i visited Dubai. This hotel located behind the Dubai airport & close to Metro. This is the best hotel in the Area with lovely ambiance and very courteous Staff. Mr. Md.Alamgir Hossain is a very courteous,Friendly,Helpfull person. before I book I called them to ask if there is a room with a balcony and they said no full booked, I booked from booking.com and once I arrive there I found a lot of rooms with a balcony available. once I entered the room was on the first floor with a balcony but I don't like it so I called the reception girl to check another room on the higher floor with balcony she said there is no available other room only with a window, I said ok, 10min no one came to my room and went to here and wait 15 min until someone came to show me the room and he shows me a lot off rooms with balcony available. also about the pool first of all once I entered with my family pool the girl there make sure that we are wearing swimming clothes that are good but the pool was so crowded and there are people not wearing swimming clothes already on the pool and they are giving kids swimming training on the same pool so we couldn't enter the pool with my family and I asked the girl on the morning also so crowded she said no from 8 am. at 8.20 am we went there but the guy told me that he needs time to clean the pool, I explain to him what happened yesterday and his colleagues told me to come from 8.00 am he said ok you can entre and while we are there after 15min he came to clean it from inside so we had to go out and check out from this hotel, i will not visit it again never

Hotel is ok but really located in the middle of nowhere on a street behind the airport. It is a great place if you need your car fixed as the street is lined with shops and small workshops specialised in automotive services… Our suite was fine but it felt very humid. Could not get the AC to work right as it was either freezing or damp. The room could do with a bit of refreshing as the sink snd bathtub were not in great condition. Furniture also looked a bit tired and the extra bed for our daughter was rock hard. On the positive side, staff was very nice and breakfast decent. Not a place I would recommend for a visitor to Dubai. Better options exist in the same price range with more suitable location. We stayed there to meet friends who were on a tour and were staying in this hotel.

We stayed here for one night after our cruise. It is 11 minutes from the DBX airport. We booked an executive room with lounge access. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am and asked the hotel whether we can check in early because we need to check out at 10:30pm to catch a 2am flight. The hotel said it is ok subject to availability.
When we arrived at the hotel around 10:30am they upgrade us to a suite because our room is not available! The price of the hotel is reasonable and the room is great. You get great value! The reception is really nice. They told us that snacks are not available in the executive lounge. They are available in the courtyard cafe. We also caught their tea party between 3:30 and 5:30 and they have some lovely snacks and drinks available. You can order cappuccino, tea, juice or soft drinks too.
We wandered out of the hotel for lunch. There is a pharmacy, supermarket and some restaurants around the hotel. We had lunch at the Island Restaurant which is really good.

This hotel is a great find in the area. We enjoyed our stay at the executive floor. The room we were assigned to is spacious with an extra executive table allowing for work on the laptop comfortably. The room service is prompt and provided our requests for extras. The staff were polite and helpful. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

The Hotel is very neat and clean, It's near to the the Dubai Airport and has walking distance connectivity with Airport express zone metro (green line). The rooms are spacious with facilities of ironing cloths, hair dryer and Indian mobile charging AC socket, USB charging. Front desk manager's are very nice. I thank Mr. Puma who is very polite and very cooperative person. I had very nice experience to stay at this property.

We stayed for one night in room 106 and were extremely happy With how friendly and helpful the staff were, especially Abdul rahman, who was eager with assist us with anything we required. Yes. There are floors that allow smoking. There's smoking allowed at the front entrance, to the left side of the building. The pool has a bar and I saw an ashtray there, so smoking may be allowed there, too. But, you may want to double check with the hotel staff as to where the designated smoking areas are.
