Staff were amazing and took care of us from the minute we walked into restaurant. Prem Tamang was so professional, friendly and looked after us so well. The food was fantastic. Would high recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a dining experience. In addition, the Armani hotel was superb and attended to our every need in a timely manner.
The restaurant had absolutely stellar food and the staff were very attentive to detail and fantastic service. In particular Chef Suraj was immensely helpful with my nut allergy and guided me through foods that were safe and those that weren't safe. If you have an allergy or an appetite this is a must visit and a safe and memorable one too. Thank you Chef Suraj for your 10/10 service and class!
Spent a lovely evening with my daughter on her bday at Mediterraneo. Everything was splendid- ambience, food and service. Must thank the waiting team especially Ali for going out of their way to make our evening special.
We had a lovely evening on the terrace at Armani/ Ristorante, being wonderfully taken care of by the incredible Maria, and her attentive, but far from intrusive, staff. The service and food/drinks were outstanding. An extensive drinks menu is available, and all the food items on the restaurant menu looked amazing. I wish that we could have sampled them all. By the time we got to dessert we didn't think that we could fit anything in but we were enticed by, and thoroughly enjoyed, the wonderfully light and tasty choices recommended to us. The setting overlooking the light show at the Burj Khalifa and the constantly changing and mesmerizing Dubai Dancing Fountains was just perfect as dusk settled in. A wonderful place for a relaxing drink or a delicious and highly memorable meal. Highly recommended.…
The view is amazing and customer service is even better. Suraj is an amazing chef, he is great with his recommendations, he bought the lava cake straight to my table!Best lava cake you will ever have!
Ali gave us excellent service. He assisted us during the entire time. He is fast and easy to be approached. He gave us what we need. The food is excellent as well and has lots of varieties. Perfect place to dine in!!
I was offered an upgrade to a suite overlooking the fountains, and I decided to take it up. The room was impeccably designed - chic, sophisticated and minimalistic. The lack of clutter in the room was in a large part due to the use of IoTs where one can control the room totally on an iPad. A little over half a day after checking in, the IoTs were disconnected, and remained disconnected for a day and a half. Couldn't control the room, had to rely on manual switches to close the blinds / blackouts, couldn't turn on the TVs as there was no 'fall back' remotes. When the IoTs were back in play, I tried my hand on the iPad in calling for laundry pick up. After a period of no response, I called reception the old fashioned way instead. Same thing happened when I prompted for laundry return. Used the iPad, no response, so I called instead. Similar thing happened when I called for assistance with my bags on the morning of check out. Ipad, no response, used the telephone instead. I also tried to settle my bill the night before check out - thought it would be easier instead of the morning itself. The reception said it was ok, but had to send someone to clear out the minibar after I settled my bill. Whilst I understand the rationale of that, I was kind of shocked to hear that. Given that I spent in excess of USD 7K for total for 3 nights, I thought they would extend, at least, a level of trust. It's not that I have been consuming from the minibar anyway in the nights prior. I did a similar thing at the Ritz Carlton at Ras Al Khaimah (Wadi desert) and it went on without a hitch, nothing petty whatsoever. It was easy and very, very courteous. Overall, Armani was an immaculate, aesthetically pleasing hotel. The location is great as it is adjacent to the Dubai Mall. Mall access was kind of convoluted from the hotel - you have to access multiple doors and escalators / lifts along way - but it was something that I can overlook and tolerate. But the service quality leaves much to be desired. The service lacks attention to detail, courtesy that befits the amount that you pay, and the responsiveness that one would expect from such a premium establishment. As a fairly seasoned traveller, I have had better service from premium hotels in 'lesser developed' cities. It was disappointing and I certainly hope that the service level can come to par with the aesthetics, location and brand of the hotel.…
Sat out on the terrace, watched the fountain display whilst eating some of the best food I have ever eaten…10/10. Service was incredible, Thank you Gerlie and the rest of the team. Recommend it for anyone who wants a truly special night in Dubai.
Good buffet. Chef Suraj was kind and generous enough to make spaghetti with white sauce for me and I have to say it was heavenly! I haven’t had such a good pasta in a long time and you would think it’s just a white sauce pasta but this one tasted exquisite! Hard to explain. Served by Ali who took care of us quite well. Extensive dessert selection. My tip: go light on the food and save the space for dessert!
Terrible experience with Armani Hotel Dubai. They don't even clean your room and we complain, the person in the line argues. When we asked for supervisor, they told me he will come, but never came. Breakfast service was also very slow and we didn't get what we asked.
