We stayed here last September and it was fantastic...this time when we returned it was absolutely amazing...from arrival and finding room decorated with rose petals...kissing swan towels...chocolates...fruit...prosecco...and unbelievable...bathrobes embroidered with our names...for our wedding anniversary...we were speechless...and not forgetting the new JAMJARS sports bar run by the Incredible Ali and his magnificent team...plus delicious Japanese food in IKIGAI...And the Best coffee shop in Dubai..RISEN impeccably run by Maria and her wonderful waiting staff...this is in my opinion...The Best Hotel in Dubai...

We’ve stayed at this hotel for 3N/4D at their Executive Suite with balcony. It has a king bed and a sofa bed so it suits well for a family with two adults and two children. They have a separate living room a small toilet and a huge toilet that has tub and shower area. This hotel is still new and their furniture inside the room is very modern. Staff are very nice and accommodating. They pack all the supplies they give inside the room and their housekeeping are quick and very responsive. Balcony is big which makes it a nice area to rest and look over the city. Swimming pool is not too big but it temperature controlled so it still good to use for a swim despite the winter season in the country.
Breakfast is served on ala carte basis. They have a set menu where you could choose from. The only downside is, they have the same menu daily and they do not add any variety.
The Marina Mall and The Walk area is just 10 minutes away from the hotel and can be access easily by walking if you don’t prefer to take taxi.
Overall, we’ve had a very lovely and memorable stay at this hotel. I hope they can maintain their good service and facility through the years to come because we would definitely consider coming back again in the future!

I stayed at this Hotel for over 1 month in November and December 2020.
In November and early December it was relatively affordable and I chose the breakfast and dinner option. There was a lot of choice at the Michelin dinners, and great deserts!
The hotel is conveniently located by the Marina and it's also only 10 minutes away from the beach. If you like doing walks, runs or eating out then being close to the Marina makes sense. I regularly done a 10k loop around the Marina. There's also a Crossfit class and 24 hour shop less than 2 minutes away from the hotel.
This is a great hotel to be at, and it's really amazing how just after a few days the staff remember your name and your eating habits. The staff always greet you when they see you too and look very happy.
The room service is very prompt too. If I asked for a toothbrush, or extra spoon they were very quick to deliver it.
In the room you can watch the big TV monitor by streaming from your phone, and you can also use the YouTube or Netflix app on the TV.
The hotel also has a gym and swimming pool.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mark, Maria, Lee, Giselle and Ali for always answering my logistical questions, helping me to navigate Dubai, and making me feel very welcomed in the restaurant. They always would bring me over my preferred breakfast starter once they saw me.

The hotel is very well positioned, close to the beach, the marina and the metro and tram stations. The cleaning in the room was done at 15 - 16 in the afternoon, while we were resting We had half board (breakfast and dinner) The breakfast was very poor, red and cucumber vegetables I think they had to be ordered separately and they were probably paid separately. As fruit there were only small slices of watermelon that later remained on the plate - they certainly didn't taste good. Those who served breakfast were quite bored and looked ugly if you asked for the second slice of bread. Our luck was that next to it was a supermarket where we could buy a yogurt or something so we could complete Dinner was served in a small room on the 2nd floor and contained leftover lunch so we replaced dinner with lunch which was the same every day but pretty good. For a hotel that has a number of 453 rooms, the restaurant was very small. Due to the fact that we could not have dinner on the first night due to the flight, we requested an extra meal which was granted to us. Masks were everywhere and water was given to us at the reception whenever we asked. Maybe that's why at the tables, the water was served with the portion All in all, the hotel has 3 stars, 3 stars plus with indulgence. Although the people at the reception were very kind and resolved our grievances, the fault lies with the manager and the owner of this hotel. The hotel was put into use quickly, it is unfinished in some places. My honest advice is that if you have not booked, choose another hotel and if you have booked, prepare for these inconveniences. If you have half board, choose the lunch that is much better anyway If I return to Dubai, I will definitely not choose this hotel. I'm sure there are many other hotels (even older) much better organized and which looks much better inside as well

The 4 star comes with asterisk. This building is walking distance to beach , Dubai Marina, metro and 2 min walk to a grocery store and pharmacy. Because of close proximity to a main road, there was also noise at all times of day/ night. Most rooms face side buildings and have a balcony which we never used due to dust. Our room had two full size beds with adequate space to walk around. The rooms were very clean and we had daily room service. As we were there during busy holiday period , it seemed the hotel was near capacity . The one cafe in hotel was generally packed for morning breakfast . The concierge and lobby personnel were very friendly and helpful and were able to solve most problems without having to ask management! In another words they were empowered, resourceful. However , the staff at front desk were not as well trained. Yes friendly on the outside but woefully ill prepared to deal with guest related questions and issues. I had to extend our stay for one night , and front desk told me to look it up on Bookings. Com to get a better rate than what they were telling me. I asked if they know that , why not match it ? At the end the management was able to offer a very reasonable rate but only ofter causing quite bit of stress. Overall, this city has so many hotels that I believe you can get a much better experience due to competition.

What can I say? My entire experience at this hotel was amazing from start to finish.
The young gentleman on reception that dealt with my booking (can’t remember his name) was absolutely brilliant. So attentive, welcoming and professional. I was meant to stay for 5 nights and extended for almost 3 weeks.
Mark was also extremely helpful, many times I required information Mark was always on hand to assist my friends and I. Nothing was ever too much trouble! From assistance in the gym, carrying luggage, advice on the local area- he was fantastic! I’d hire hun 😀
The hotel itself was very clean, breakfast was great but the only thing I wasn’t keen on was the celebrity master chef dinner menu! However I found out later, there was another a la carte menu 🙈
The location is what made me feel more at ease, with the beach a 10-15 mins walk and the Marina on the door step surrounded by restaurants, bike hire, smoothie bars and the Marina mall.
I’d love to stay in this hotel again but note their prices have somewhat increased now due to the current season.

We stayed at the Millennium place marina which is only a 30mins taxi journey from the airport. Upon arrival the staff were super attentive and collected our bags from us aswell as delivering them to our room.
Check in was a breeze, the gentleman who looked after us was lovely and gave us the kindest gesture by upgrading our room which we very pleased with
Room was lovely and spacious, very clean and the balcony was a nice amenity to our room House keeping came every other day to clean our room, make the bed and provide fresh towels with bottles off water
Only thing I found was annoying was the lighting when it got darker in evening. Would have been nice to have a spotlight centre of the room
Breakfast options were great! A wide variety to suit everyone
Location of the hotel was perfect for getting around all our cab journeys were under 10-15mins unless we were headed downtown which is 30mins. Theres a supermarket next door also which came in handy
Overall I was very satisfied with my stay here and I would recccomend to anyone who's looking for a modern, upscale hotel which is inexpensive and close by to many attractions. Most beach clubs are nearby via taxi
The staff are amazing! 10/10 service couldn't have fault them and they were very helpful with book dinner reservations on our behalf. I look forward to staying here again!

This is an amazing location! Just across the marina from the JBR and beach, this hotel offers all the benefits of the marina without the huge price tag!
I stayed here for 2 weeks with my adult son and the only issue we had was the strange timing of room cleaning. Being from the US, we are used to rooms being cleaned in the mornings, but the schedule here was difficult to figure out. As a result, we just called as we were leaving our room for the day and asked for it to be cleaned as soon as possible. This stopped the 7pm knocks at the door by housekeeping.
The hotel is just next to a supermarket which was great for snacks and water. There is a mini-fridge in the room, but no access to a microwave. We made do.
The room was very comfortable, but with little storage space (drawers, etc), so be prepared for that. We really enjoyed having a balcony, so get one, if you can. It was great to get fresh air in the room every day.
The room is near the tram and metro stops, so we used that a lot. Very inexpensive! There is also an in-house massage service that we used, as well, and they are professional and competent. Room service was very good.
The staff was friendly and all spoke great English. It was just a pleasure to stay there.
NOTE: Be careful when you book because there are a couple Millennium hotels in Dubai and they are in VERY different locations.

From the moment our luggage was collected from our transport we were greeted by professional yet very friendly staff which was maintained throughout our visit.We paid 100AED for early check in from our night flight with an extra bed made up as promised whilst we went out to the Dubai marina for a bbq boat cruise which is within walking distance making as is a local Mall making this a superbly located hotel.Room was cleaned each day with fresh towels provided and very little road noise could be heard from the multi lane highway outside.Room is only let down by the handful of poor English language channels available which is unbelievable for Dubai in 2022 luckily we were not in the room much and relied on our IPad instead. Our main complaint was the very limited choice available in the evening at the two restaurants for half board guests and you are forced to pay a supplementary fee for anything half decent.One restaurant is called Masterchef but if they consider a tasteless pea truffle soup and fruit salad containing just melon then they should be out in the first round.The other is Japanese themed which had more enjoyable offerings.My advice is don’t go half board just go for the breakfast which is plentiful and varied!Apart from this we would recommend staying at this hotel.

Stayed here as a solo female traveller before boarding a cruise. The location is perfect for the Marina area, lovely beach and restaurants nearby, and a super market beside the hotel.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, even got a lovely upgraded room. The room was beautiful, very clean and modern. Bed was so comfortable, with a big TV. Large balcony also which was nice to relax in the morning with a coffee. I had breakfast included in the price i paid, Good choice of fresh and hot food for breakfast, including lovely fruit juices. Breakfast can be busy and i had to wait for a seat on one morning, but it wasnt very long. Staff were great and attentive. I was also looking for the pool one day as i didnt realise it was a different elevator you had to use, and a staff member took the time to show me exactly where it was rather than just give me directions, which was very nice. The pool was lovely but its quite small and not that many loungers, so if you do plan on sunbathing i would go up early to get a lounger. Staff at the pool were lovely, i had a drink but i asked for it to be charged to my room, unfortunately i didnt have a credit card linked to my room, so rather than me going back to my room to get my credit card they sent a staff member to my room later on when i got back to the room with a card machine to take the payment which was great.
All in all i would highly recommend this hotel for the Marina area of Dubai, and i will definitely be back here again. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay.
