We had our sister’s wedding at Address Skyview in on December 27th and were blown away by the overall experience. I must admit that I was terrified as till be booked the venue the hotel was still under construction. So, we were both anxious and thrilled at the same time, but they did not let us down. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of food, atmosphere, scenery and overall experience. We had sole use of the venue and were the only people allowed in the venue which was a huge plus. Linda and the rest of the staff were nothing but helpful in the run up and during the course of our event couldn’t praise them enough.
As for the wedding venue we couldn’t fault anything. The food was spectacular, and all our guests commented on the quality of food on offer. The Ouze, the Seabass, the Pasta and the desserts. There was something for everyone. Even the ice-cream and the cotton candy were a hit not only for kids but for the grownups as well.
We had full use of the ballroom and pre-functional area, so we were able to make everything flow beautify. The bride’s green room where she got dressed was beautifully arranged for her and was made available very early in the morning.
Our guests flew in from all around the world and they all commented on the great experience they all had (they were blown away). I have to admit that organizers and their helpful attitude were the reason for that. I can’t thank enough Linda Ochieng the Event’s Manager whom was my first contact and till the very end took care of things like family. I would also like to thank the Chef Ajit who took in every comment to the T and delivered the famous buffet, and Dalia, the Banquet Manager who was present through out the night and helped welcome our guests that answer our immediate requests. I believe that The Address management has played a huge part in the success of our wedding and the amount of our guests who are still talking about your venue is testament to that.

Having stayed in Address fountains view we were keen to visit Sky view and we were not disappointed.
The reception area of the hotel is beautiful, it has the high quality finish found in other address hotels. The reception team provided a excellent check in service and while we checked in we were given a fresh juice and cold towel.
We stayed in and executive suit with club room access. The room was section into 3 room joined by a large hallway, the room had all the high quality features such as a iPads and a Dyson Hairdryer. The view from our room was the city and a partial view of the Burj.
The hotel has 2 pools, the pool on the 54 floor is amazing you get some excellent panoramic views of the city and the staff were very attentive.
The club room at Sky view is excellent, the have a cooking station and a range of beverages that are available during happy hour. The highlight for me was the club room terrace this was a great place to spend the early part of the evening for some sundowners.
Overall we had a fantastic experience at the Sky view and are looking forward to our next visit.

The staff were polite and friendly and not intrusive. Valet was alert on arrival. Isaac swiftly assisted us at the door with screening the luggage and bringing it to us at Reception. Hanan at the Front Desk did very well during the check-in process. Lydiea (and another gentleman colleague on another occasion) did an awesome job at making the room up. She even did a nice touch with a small elephant towel presentation for our daughter. Jackline on the phone answered our calls promptly every single time. Jeremy and the staff at The Restaurant during breakfast were very accommodating. The lobby is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The room is fairly large and lets an excellent amount of natural light in. We were particularly delighted that all 3 of us fit nicely in the bathtub, which wasn't the case in "standard" rooms in the other hotels we have been to. Our time at the pool was calming and the view from there was stunning. One thing I noticed is that guests can get in close proximity to Receptionists when transacting at the Front Desk. Maybe the management could consider installing a glass barrier to help keep the staff a lot more protected? Overall, we were very pleased with the experience. Hats off to all of you!

Had an unforgettable Stay at Address Sky View, From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The Hotel lobby is stunning the attention to detail is outstanding. The Hotel helped me decorate my room as a surprise for my partners birthday, I would like to say a special thank you to Gabrielle and all the staff at the club lounge for all your help organising the surprise and continuing to honour us throughout our stay. We Stayed on the 14th floor in a Club Burj View, The room was immaculate which had a stunning view of the Burj Khlifa, This Hotel Also Has a Rooftop Infinity pool on the 54th Floor which Has a spectacular view, unfortunately we wasn't allowed access between 3pm - 9pm as we wasn't invited to the billionaires party but did get to experience the pool the following morning before check out at 12pm. It's that amazing were going to be saving all year to come back for new years display from the Burj Khlifa.

Excellent service from all members of staff, right from check-in to restaurant, house keeping and pool attendants. They were all aware of the duration of my stay, tried to understand and accommodate my schedule to make everything as convenient for me as possible. When I only had a short while to spend at the pool, they ensured I had a sun bed with the most sun exposure which is what I wanted. Housekeeping was more thorough than any other hotel. Common neglected areas were thoroughly cleaned, not just a mild sweep through and always accommodated the exact time I wanted the room cleaned or turned down. Staff at breakfast were fully aware of what I was eating most days and remembered this everyday with sensible suggestions of other complimentary foods to my taste. Check-in was very efficient and polite and the duty manager was prompt in meeting me when asked and eager to ensure the best stay possible. Definitely recommend for business, solo and couples.

Arrived at hotel and check in was smooth. The room was to a good standard like other downtown hotels and kicked back and was hoping to catch some sleep. Unfortunately the room was next to some ongoing maintenance with annoying drilling. After several calls to reception and no change in the noise or alternative offered I gave up on the nap and headed out for the evening. Luckily this was isolated to that night.
The breakfast was average compared to other hotels and the rooftop pool appears to be a separate entity as you can’t charge to the room so don’t forget to bring your wallet. As it was a Friday and a brunch was underway expect to get lots people from the restaurant mingling round the pool for photo opps. Also the music from the restaurant is different to the pool side music so you get to enjoy the equivalent of trainers in the washing machine. Lunch by the pool was a low point as majority of dishes not available and beef empanadas and greasy spring rolls can best be described as sustenance.
Checkout was slow as only one staff working reception. Charging my card twice was also a nice touch and despite repeated communications to the hotel I’ve yet to get a response update or a refund.
Tl;dr Go to the restaurant on the top floor enjoy the view and stay somewhere else

We were a team visiting Dubai for business trip. We came to the hotel at 14:00, and they asked us to wait a "little bit" to check-in. This "little-bit" was a full hour! When I came to check-in they asked me to wait additional 30 to 40 minutes to clean and arrange the room that booked a week earlier!! I haven't enter to my room yet, and I am writing this review in the lobby.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and my 60 colleagues, keeping the social distance guidelines in place and even offering extra sanitation session in between. The food served during lunch was tasted amazing and well presented and served by the team to us!
Thank you Linda, Feroz and tour teams, you guys made our workshop enjoyable and helped me to ensure all was running smoothly.
The ultimate wow effect was when all the cars were already waiting outside when event ended and we could drive off home without awaiting valat parking tp fetch the cars!

Visited this hotel on 22nd Dec 2020. A two night stay was a gift from our son. The hotel is beautiful, close to Dubai Mall, has good Covid protocols and lovely decor. The check in was a tad slow, I know staff want to give all their attention to guest in front of them and not rush the process, however the pool was calling and just wanted them to get on with it and acknowledge people waiting. Room was fabulous with a spacious balcony and view of burj Khalifa. A big separate dressing room and large bathroom. We went to the rooftop pool to admire outstanding views and had drinks and lunch from Ci La Vi which is a separate franchise. The service was poor, dirty used glasses and plates were lying around pool area, our food order was lost and came separately even after I chased it up, they said they lost the order. Anastasia, the manager apologised and then proceeded to offer us cocktails of her choice. We declined, would rather she offered a round of what we had been drinking - beers and a wine, considering we had finished our drinks by the time the food came. If this type of service was the norm, I would not recommend Ci La Vi, food and drink is expensive in Dubai therefore you expect better service and cleanliness. There appeared to be enough staff, just disorganised. The pool on ground floor was amazing, attentive staff and plenty of them. Would recommend this beautiful hotel and would like to visit again.

when we enter into the room we got surprised by naveen from housekeeping he was done lovely birds with roses with the towels thats soooooo lovely and cute what an art by towels he done with out any request from my side and free of cost 😍😍💕 and given choclates to us keep on asking us preferences and he asking us to make my stay more comfortable. staff was so polite and taking care of us.first time visiting to dubai and skyview hotel it was memorable experience to me and my family..strongly recommend to this hotel to who are coming for holiday trips.
