The customer service was at a very high standard as the staff were all very accommodating and prompt with their help. The rooms were clean and spacious, making my 10 day stay very comfortable. Komal from the travel desk was particularly helpful as she booked all of our activities at a good price and at very short notice. She was very friendly, approachable and gave excellent advice. As well as always being at her desk, Komal also ensured she was easily contactable. Komal provided a service that made our day trips a hassle free process and took care of everything! Her guides for the desert safari and Abu Dhabi tours were excellent as they were very friendly and knowledgeable. Thus, Komal was my go-to person that I could rely on to book a great day out for my family and I. The breakfast and dinner menus were a great addition, as they had a wide variety of tasty options everyday. The staff were always on hand and very accommodating. This has been our 2nd stay in the property. Kudos to leon who checked us in, for telling us everything we needed for the stay. Thanks to Housekeeping for the anniversary towel art setup. Room is clean. Easy access to metro station. Breakfast is superb!
I stayed at Double tree by Hilton Dubai, Al Jadaf during my family trip ti Dubai and I must stay I thoroughy enjoyed my stay. The Staff at the reception and in the Hotel ( Manish, Bilal, Komal ) are very helpful. You also get Warm International breakfast, which has a couple of Indian options as well. Ms. Komal at the Traveldesk helped us get all the tickets of attaractions and our points of Interests in Dubai. My Daughter wanted to visit Museum of Duabi and the tickets were not available anywhere. But Komal arranged the tickets for us. I am rrally thankful to her. She was always available and gave genuine advise. Overall I enjoyed my Stay in this hotel.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was lovely, clean with comfy bed perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was amazing. I would like to thank Ali from the front office for being friendly and always being helpful. I will always recommend this hotel to my family and friends and definitely we will come back again.
Aswathy at the reception was outstanding, all the staff including the Housekeeping were very professional hence we would highly recommend the hotel . The pool on the top is up to the mark. Security is good. Ultimately it’s a thumps up. Jay.
The hotel is very well located. The standard of its rooms is quite appreciable and the breakfast served is delicious and we have a multitude of choices. During our stay, we were also entitled to several activities such as: dinner cruises, desert safari activities, exploring Dubai by sea. These activities are offered within the hotel by Mrs. Komal. Komal is very professional in what she does. She had a good sense of communication during all the different activities we did. Very patient drivers were also at our disposal during these different activities. We really appreciated them.
The stay at hotel is nice. Services are good along with the nice breakfast. As a tourist point of view there is alot of help at the front desk. Komal from the travel saga, helped us getting all the tickets for the sightseeing in dubai at discounted rates, which helped alot to cut the hassel ourselves so we could enjoy the trip. She is a sweet girl!! Thanks
The stay was really good, check in was smooth which is done by Tushar 👏🏻 Thanks to Ali (Night Supervisor) also for being so accommodating in all our requests which made our stay pleasant and worry less. It was our first time and definitely would come back again because of the service. Thank you! 😉
i used to check-in at Hilton garden al jaddaf which is now double tree, I checked in today and wen i came in the room i requested for bucket of ice and i was shocked when the reception told me that i have to go down in the bar to get the ice because there is no room service and I asked her if it’s ok let the housekeeping bring it actually I arrived tired from abdudhabi and I want to drink some cold drink but she say no we can’t sir just Came to reception and we will told you how to go in bar to get ur ice ! i was shocked this never happen before when this property is still hilton garden. come on its not appropriate to tell your guest to go and take the ice in the bar common sense there is housekeeping or roomservice the reason the reception said is the room service is closed and the house keeping can't bring come on guys its not my problem if your room service is closed be flexible enough to sarisfy your guest really this is so disappointing..…
