Enchanting and exotic old town with all the modern amenities complete with a market street a maze of alleyways. Our room was carefully designed in the style of a bygone era as are all the buildings and structures. We were showered in world class service by Salmeh, Rawad, Ahmed, Anusha, Sulemon and Anisha among the many other staff from all around the globe.
It’s like going back into then traditional times of the UAE . The place is just 3 years old since they opened and yet it feels so antique. The surrounding is a mimic of traditional Arab Village , it has lots of stores and the coin and other heritage museums are just 1 minute walk . The boat dock to the old Souq is right in front of the hotel as well. The area is perfect for visitors who wants to experience the ancient Arab world . The services we received are exceptional and worthy of a 5 star hotels in Dubai . The rooms are unique and very spacious . We booked the 1 bedroom suite, it has 2 bathrooms a king bed and sofa that can turn into a bed . 2 fridges and 2 TVs . My daughter loves the hotel . At night, the lights of the 2 balcony brings you alive and you can see what is happening at the street below where all the stores are alive . I highly recommend this hotel o everyone visiting Dubai. …
Description of hotel totally misleading. From the start: the valet work only in the afternoon. No signature coffee offered. The receptionist was so lazy, unhelpful and somehow rude. We booked large bed room with view. First room presented was a TWIN BED (perfect for a couple) with a wall view. Second room smelled of cold, there was no hot water in the shower, when reported to the receptionist, she explained to let the water run, told her we tried and still nothing, to which she asked if we'd like her to send up an engineer. After that I wouldn't bother. There is no dinner service at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast was supposed to start at 7am, 7:30 and still not all food available. We called for luggage transport, never arrived, when we went to the reception for check out, the receptionist was just then calling our luggage guy. The restaurants around the hotel are nice and offer good food and the area is quite charming for 1 evening. Ok for 1 night stay to see the area, would not stay again and would not recommend, you can book a much better hotel with much better service elsewhere and just visit this area.…
The best place I have ever been in, very friendly crew, best service I have ever had. I made my son wedding although the place was small yet it was very much alive when had it. A very nice place that will take back in time and it was worth it
Great breakfast at Al Seef Heritage Hotel Curio by Hilton Hotel. Superb and attentive service especially by Amir and the rest of the staff. My favorite is the French Toast, a must try. They have a lot of selection for breakfast as well, lovely ambiance and just a great place to dine.
Perfect hotel for an authentic Emerati experience, the hotel rooms are scattered amongst the AL Seef area of Dubai which is a new area right on the creek built in an old style. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very welcoming, big shout out to Ayisha who went the extra mile to make our breakfast experience special. Only downside to this hotel is that it's a walking area and as we were there in August it was way too hot, even at night to wander around and enjoy the ambience, lovely views of the creek here and a few water taxis available to take you to the gold souks.
We visited in summer so the hotel was not booked completely. We had a really nice stay in a room with a view of Dubai creek. It was clean and room service was really good. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly. We booked with breakfast, which was always delicious and plenty. You need to try the Arabic dishes as well! The diner was closed due to summer season, so we can’t review it.
The Sabaa restaurant is one of the best breakfast restaurants in Dubai, with excellent food quality and favour. Very friendly staff and wonderful ambient music and relaxing vibes. It is highly recommended.
Fabulous hotel with traditional heritage style, receptionist Ayesha and Bellboy Kashif, Laxmi from operator are very helpful. Amazing breakfast with amazing staff our host Kajal,Anusha, Solomon, chef Shane with tasty omelette... I love this place and hospitality as Hilton known for "we are Hilton, we are Hospitality". Special thanks for my birthday wishes with cake. Only i want to mention that the heritage should have their own swimming pool because the pool where we drove by buggy in sister property Canopy is not big enough for 3 sister properties and it so time consuming.
Very nice calming place!! ! Breakfast is good and great coffee.. Will visit this place again for sure!! The traditional decoration is amazing you will feel like your are living in the past centuries:-)
