Hotel's Favourite
We stayed for longer than a week (for work and weekends off) and we truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo! It was my 3rd stay in the hotel, due to the location (10 min walk from the Dubai Mall), the most perfect service, swimming pool, and the breakfast is the best!! Every morning a big smile and most delicious coffee served by Eva, Saurabh or Hosea! The reception is outstanding friendly and helpful, Hammad, Omar, Nodari and Michael were of great help with my booking, and helped with each request. Also the room is perfectly clean, thanks to the entire HK team (Manaj). I definitely recommend Hotel Indigo if you are looking for a trendy convenient well located hotel to stay in Dubai either it is Business or just holiday. I will definitely come back soon!

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. Nice pool area. Not huge but good for downtown. Staff were really friendly. Rooms spacious and I’m a huge fan of how they set up connecting rooms, not seen this before. Offers both safety and privacy. The breakfast was amazing. Will return for sure.

The customer service was great, was very well looked after by Hamad, he looked out for us whilst we was there. The view from our room was also amazing, thanks to Hamad for arranging that for us. On separate note the half board menu could be improved a little as we were very restricted with what we could eat, we was there for 9 days so was a little bored of the same menu. We had to eat out more than we planned to Overall the staff are very pleasant, and always approachable, the hotel is well looked after very clean, room is cleaned regularly and left sparkly clean

We’ve just returned from an amazing 10 day holiday in Dubai. This hotel was beautiful, the rooms were gorgeous as was the pool area. The staff were all so helpful and attentive and as the other reviews state the breakfast was fabulous. I really wanted to give a five star review, however when we reserved our half board holiday here we were not made aware that the hotel, despite having an extensive menu for paying guests, did not offer the same menu to guests who were half board. The menus we were given everyday did not change for the entire holiday and included a small number of starters, no more than 6 main courses made up of two types of pizza, a vegetarian option and a fish option and two desserts. We were allowed to choose two courses. The lunch menu was almost the same menu with a couple of alternative choices for starter, main and dessert. The food was really good quality but just too limited for a 10 day holiday, we got to the point we were fed up of ordering what felt like the same food everyday. We asked both the waiter and at reception if we could order from the normal menu and pay the difference, we were told the catering manager had said this was not possible, the only way we could order from the other menu was to pay again, in full for the meal from this menu which seemed unfair. The only concession that was made was that we were allowed to choose from either the limited lunch or dinner menu for either meal but as the menus were so similar we didn’t really benefit from this. I had seen the menus for the restaurants at the hotel on their website prior to booking and was really looking forward to sampling them, it was one of the reasons we decided to reserve this hotel, had we known that we would only be offered such a limited menu we probably wouldn’t have stayed here or we would have only stayed on a bed and breakfast basis which is a shame as we had a wonderful holiday in Dubai staying in this gorgeous hotel, only let down by the incredibly limited menu choice.…

Your team are awesome, from night desk Mohammed to Zooz in restaurant. Unbelievable! Beautiful, clean and comfortable room with good breakfast. Was travelling muticities and this was a perfect place for a break. Would recommend anyone to stay here for both work and leisure. Shuttle service available to guest too
