Hotel in JBR complex with short walk to the beach on side and Dubai marina the other. We had a two bed apartment as originally four of us holidaying but only 3 of us in the end, one double bedroom and one twin room, free Wi-Fi, space to dry and baloney to sit out with table and chairs, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and safe. Spacious living/dining room with tv but we couldn’t get it to work and to be honest we didn’t need it, kitchen with fridge/freezer and tea coffee facilities. Bottled water supplied everyday, also washing machine and dishwasher. Breakfast included and was ok, could order fried, scramble eggs or omelettes, with self service buffet. Pool area was nice, not many beds but did have umbrellas and the pool was lovely and warm. Katrina the receptionist was a credit to the hotel and was friendly, helpful and professional. Other staff we came into contact with were also polite and helpful. The rooms were a bit tired in places, especially the bathrooms the showers had poor water pressures and the water never seemed to get hot, there is also not enough coat hangers only 8 for four women!!!!!! We were told that the hotel was going to be refurbished and this had already started. Would I come back here again……yes I would

We stayed at this hotel, chosen for its location and value for money.
Strengths: - location: in Dubai Marina, opposite the tram stop, in a few minutes walk on one side go to the marina, on the other to The Walk - rooms: although with rather old furniture, we had a huge apartment, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, equipped kitchen, even a small room with washing machine and another with iron and ironing board and drying rack
Cons: Just a few minutes - breakfast: not much choice, both for sweet and savory, the first mornings we went down rather early and the room was always almost empty, the last morning we went down around 9:30 and you had to queue waiting for a table to clear - cleaning service: the cleaning of the rooms is fine (although after the desert hike we emptied the shoes from the sand in the balcony, not to dirty the room, and for the next two days the sand remained there, so the balcony was not cleaned). The problem is that for the first 3 nights we always had to request towels, because they did not leave any in the room among other things taking away, in addition to dirty ones, even reusable ones that we had not left on the ground. We found ourselves two nights with two rolls of toilet paper in total for 3 bathrooms, by the way both less than half (they could have left a spare). Shampoo and bubble bath dispensers (a choice I prefer over disposable vials that waste too much plastic) should also be filled when cleaning the room. On the plus side, every day they leave in the room a bottle of water per person (we were 4 and every evening we found 4 bottles of water) and that there are different kits (shower cap, sponge, toothbrush and mini toothpaste, needle and thread, etc.) - swimming pool: we never used it but it was quite small and not much

Whilst the location is great, the service and the facilities were not so great. Firstly, the apartment was advertised as ‘Premium One Bedroom with Balcony’. This should have been advertised as a tiny terrace.
We arrived at 10:30 am, and check in was at 14:00, the member of staff rudely told us we’re too early, if they were polite this would have been absolutely fine.
As soon as we finally got into the room, we were greeted with an awful musty/damp stench. This is not what I needed whilst travelling with a 3 month old baby. When bringing this to the staff members attention, they sorted it by doing something which got rid of the smell temporarily. The washing machine was mouldy too. The sofa had brown stains on it, and the design of the apartment was quite outdated.
We were looking forward to mornings in the pool after a nice breakfast. How disappointed were we, for the breakfast was very limited and greasy, and the pool was separate from the hotel.
The most inconvenient thing for us was the service. Even though we requested a travel cot when booking, we still had to ask for it 3-4 times after receiving the room. Resulted in me having to put my baby to sleep in the pram. I’m not sure if there was a towel shortage because they would only give 2 and take ages giving more if we needed them. Sometimes room would not be cleaned until the evening. On one occasion I had to ask them 4 times to have my room cleaned. Bed sheets were not changed, just neatened. All in all, the service was the worst thing for me.
To conclude, if you are looking for convenience and location only, this may be a good choice. But if you are after luxury, it most definitely won’t be.

A few months ago, I stayed in this hotel with my family in a three-bedroom apartment. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the Marina area, which is a five-minute walk to the sea and very close to the Marina. Our only problem was that this apartment should have never been allowed to be booked for more than 4 people. It has a king bed in one room and twin beds in another. And they refused to provide any extra beds. Which was unbelievable. My daughter had to sleep on the couch for 3 nights. They did provide a bed after 3 days and a lot of arguments. It’s such a shame because everything else was great. The staff are great, specially Kashif who was very friendly and helpful at every instance. The location is good. The view of Marina from the bedroom was amazing. We didn’t try the food. There is supermarket next door open 24 hours. The kitchen is modestly equipped. Plenty of restaurants close by.

We stayed at Suha for a couple's holiday. The location is excellent, as by going down a staircase you find yourself on the seafront and on the Walk. In the evening, especially, it is not necessary to take public transport. Very large rooms but dated in furnishings and certainly not in line with the surrounding modern style. Friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast service and cleanliness definitely need improvement. However, suitable for those who don't want to spend a lot.

We stayed in Suha JBR in April 2022. I was very impressed with the size of 2 bdr apartment. It had 3 washrooms and 2 balconies with a great view on Marina. Everything was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Hotel has a great location - Marina Drive from one side with lots of cafe outside and Marina walk on the other side with a great illumination in the evening. Hotel is not on the beach, but within a very short walk. There is a plaza with supermarket that works 24/7 and clinic if you need pcr test for traveling. Staff treated us with an utmost respect. We had my senior mom with us and everyone in Dubai treated her with exceptional respect. One thing was worth to mention - we arrived after midnight and I tried to call and email hotel to give a heads up, but no one ever replied. My friend in Dubai stopped by and talked to front desk and front desk assured that everything will be fine, not matter what time we will come. If I would not have a friend, I would be nervous and could make a reservation in a different hotel. If I ever come to Dubai, I will stay in Suha JBR again. Combination of price, location and amenities was awesome!

I stayed for a month. It was great to be able to spend time as if I were living right underneath the supermarket. Thanks to Suraj and Kalpana for housekeeping. Also, I forgot the name, but in the morning cafe on the ground floor, the staff, a boy and a girl, always approached me gently.
