Very short stay as had 8 hour connection between flights. Welcomed as a diamond member yet despite me saying in my booking notes don’t cancel or no show my booking they did as I arrived at 0800. They reinstated the booking and I was given a queen room all clean and tidy. The breakfast area is a little like a busy fish market so be prepared - in fairness I did go around 0930. Comfortable bed, hot water no issue and wifi worked. The emir eats chauffeur found it fine on the way in but the way out the driver was clueless and it took 3 calls from the front desk to get him to the door. Did what it said on the box and I departed at 1430.

Its been a while since my last stay but I want to again extend my gratitude to the wonderful team of Hampton Dubai Airport! Ive had several stays here and I dont know how many times Ive seen other guests treat the staff as if they paid for a 5 star luxury hotel. Hampton and its staff has provided me the services I requested and paid for and even exceeded my expectations every single time. Thank you all for your service and wishing we will all only have better days ahead!

Hotel is well maintained, nice staff and convenient location near the airport. Convenient shuttles to nearby shopping. Breakfast is good with nice selection and fresh fruits and veggies. At times the hotel can be a bit crowded so plan your day accordingly.

The hotel is a business hotel with zero services, staff is rude and non supportive. Mostly groups stay and guests are treated very casually. Very very limited options for vegetarians. The only good thing is, you may do some shopping nearby at Talal shopping center.

It's a hotel located at a good location, has a good buffet breakfast, a good mix of facilities. I am a hilton honours member from 2009 and hv stayed in the best of hiltons across the globe - hilton Anaheim, hilton Prague, hilton midtown London - to name a few. Have also stayed in doubletree hotels. This one happened to be my first hampton. I always used to head to the hilton reception/frontdesk - to call a taxi or get smaller denomination of the local currency. They were more than helpful everytime. Not the case with hampton dubai airport. The check-in process always used to be just perfect with hiltons - not the case with hampton. It took more than 45 mins to get things set.In short, hampton reception staff disappointed me the most. Perhaps this hampton is not a hilton. I had excellent experience form the service staffs of breakfast,lunch and dinner and very nice tasty food and all the staff are very kindly and I was very happy for coming to this hotel and I will be hope to come back to this hotel. Especially win and khant are helpful and nice service.

A good hotel with bright , clean contamporary rooms located in a good location with immediate reach to airport and city centre. The staff is well mannered and helpful in all departments and have spacious car park , systematic approach in all sections. The beds were as usual Hilton comfort and noise less rooms , had some nice sleep after tiring business drives . Nice pubs in and around property and safe to dwell at anytime around the places , usually any place in UAE it's safe .

Staff was excellent. Aiko (waitress), Bum Bhadur (Janitor 12th floor), Mitra (lifeguard at swimming pool) and Laxmi (off-field trips) were thorough professionals. All receptionists were cool and helpful. Hotel facilities, though bit expensive, were awesome for a stay.

I am enjoying everyday as I staying at Hampton Hilton by Airport hotel. Lakshma, work at Travel Desk. She is very helpful, very kind girl. She told me about touring packages all the beautiful places that I would love to visited. She handle me the flyers or tracts. She even helped me with my phone connection and with my missing bag at the airport. She giving me all information that I needed.
