Quiet hotel with a large, clean pool and fitness room (open 24 hours). Clean rooms with everything you need and a big enough bathroom with a bathtub. Varied breakfast buffet with something for everyone. Helpful, friendly staff, especially my room attendant Mr. Tapan, who kept my rooms in great order every day and always made sure that I was comfortable and not disturbed. All in all, nothing to complain about.

We often come to Dubai for paperwork, so we stop because near airport, rooms are clean which is not the case in other hotels with same price in Dubai.
Also the entire staff try to accommodate us and make our life easy, so nothing to worry regard staff, reception and restaurant staff is very good, for cleaning depending on the floor, for example the floor managed by imran is perfect.
Rooms facing street are sunny in the morning opposite side less sunny, shuttle bus one time a day to deira city center and few slots available from and to terminal 1 and 3, terminal 2 people should take taxi it is not that far.

To be honest the customers are usually rude but the staff always professional.

Oh. My. God. This place is beyond horrible—it’s a sprawling monument to the very concept of never giving a damn about guests. I’ve stayed in run-down motels with better service than the so-called Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport. Don’t be fooled by their shiny branding; this is basically a dump wearing a cheap tuxedo, scamming you for every breath you take inside its walls. The front desk staff? Picture the rudest, laziest group of people you’ve ever encountered, then multiply that by ten. They are utterly useless, and clearly believe assisting tourists is beneath them.

No bellboy to help with luggage—hope you like hauling your suitcases through endless hallways and up elevators by yourself! No oven or even a microwave in the room, and guess what? Don’t even bother asking them to heat up your food, because they’ll act like you’re requesting some impossible feat of wizardry. Need more than two pathetic dribbles of water in the scorching Dubai heat? Get ready to cough up extra cash—these cheapskates charge you for everything, like they’re running some kind of water-rationing prison camp.

And let’s not even talk about room service or basic utensils. They’ve practically never heard of the concept. You want a fork or a spoon delivered to your room? Good luck! They make you feel like you’re asking for a golden scepter studded with diamonds. It’s unreal how stingy and heartless this place is. Trust me: if you value your sanity, comfort, and dignity, you’ll avoid this so-called “hotel” like the plague. I would like to make a formal complaint about my stay in a Hilton by Hampton hotel in Dubai and the appalling service I’ve had from the hotel staff. I am a Hilton member and have never experienced this before. I arrived at the Hilton by Hampton Dubai Airport hotel in Damascus street at 2am after booking the hotel from my Hilton honors account. When I arrived at the hotel I was given a tiny room with a small bed and I requested a larger room with a sofa bed as I had a toddler with me. The room smelt awful so I hoped the room change would fix the issue. The larger room smelt even worse of urine and mould and were foul. It was 3am and I was trying to sleep with a toddler who was fast asleep but I was coughing and starting to vomit because of the smell. My throat was hurting and I was scared that I would get ill and my baby would get ill so I called reception and they said they will send housekeeping to spray the room. Housekeeping came and said that you need to ask for a room change as this is unbearable. The alternative room provided was on the similar scale of smell and I refused to off load my luggage into this room. It was 4:30am now and I was so frustrated I got an Uber and left the hotel and asked for a refund. I paid double to check into a different hotel at that hour. The duty manager Mr Pervaiz said he will speak to the office when they open at 9am re refund as the booking was non refundable and is now offering less than 50% of my payment which I refuse to accept. Absolutely appalling service. Would never book or stay at this hotel. It’s deserted so rooms are only sprayed with air fresheners on arrival. Absolute trash. Would never recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel, assuming it was not too far from the airport and due to the fact that they had a shuttle to and from the airport.
On arrival, we found the hotel shuttle area and waited for a while (approx. 30 minutes at least) and, with no shuttle in sight and starting to melt in the heat and tired after our overnight flight, took a taxi to the hotel. The drive took a good 30 minutes, so the hotel was much further from the airport than expected. On arrival, staff were very helpful in helping us to access our room, despite the fact that we were quite early arrivals. We did have to wait, which was fair enough, but then were able to get to the room. After a shower, we discovered that there was no hairdryer in the room (why? This is the Hilton brand!) but a very helpful member of the cleaning staff on our floor got us one. The best part of the hotel is the wonderful swimming pool and the excellent attendants, who were pleasant and vigilant, particularly when parents’ eyes were glued to their mobile phones rather than their children! The dining area was presenting quite mediocre offerings for lunch and dinner and hardly anyone used it. It was cafeteria-style. Going outside of the hotel, we found that we were in a very ordinary area of Dubai, with nothing to interest the tourist and restaurants that were far away in the centre. We settled for an early night, as we had determined that the shuttle only operated every 2 hours, so we had to leave well in advance of our flight in order to get to the airport. There was a nasty odour emanating from the plumbing which was inexplicable and went into the bedroom. Breakfast was included in the price but the buffet did not begin until later so we were given a breakfast box whose contents were ok but not very inspiring. We left the hotel on the 5.00am shuttle and once again, early as it was, it took a good half hour to get to the airport.
False advertising! We were extremely disappointed and expected far more from the Hilton brand.

For me, this is a really unique and special hotel and it provides excellent services. Clean room, excellent breakfast, very good and clean and big swimming pool, very good and clean and big gym, very good lobby for conversation and meetings as well as rest and business, and also a very good environment for work and recovery . Eye-catching designs and harmonious and beautiful interior decoration, excellent air conditioning system, quality and clean bathroom and toilet, regular and orderly maintenance of the rooms, quick and appropriate response to what we need, quiet and peaceful rooms, environment Friendly and respectful behavior and most importantly, good friends who provide different services in the hotel and each one of them is completely expert in their work. Here I feel that I am in a real hotel and feel the experience of staying in a great hotel. I gave myself very beautiful, special and lovely memories in this hotel and I enjoyed all the moments I was there. Also, I experienced the beautiful feeling of love in this hotel, which is a valuable and exceptional thing for me. This is the best hotel I have seen and stayed in my entire life. We are currently staying at the Hotel at the moment. To be honest we are really disappointed. The staff in reception are friendly but staying at this hotel has not been a pleasant experience. We booked the half board option but unfortunately the food has been really poor. Breakfast is very basic and extremely busy as the hotel.offers a free breakfast for all guests. It is a free for all to be honest amd not a pleasant experience.

The food just seems to cater for mainly Indian guests which seems predominantly who are staying at our hotel.The quality of options available are very limited. We have just ate fruit on the mornings we have been down. Lots of people seem to be eating rice and curry although they also do eggs cereals and pastries although not very pleasant. Even the coffee from the machines isn't particularly nice although you can purchase a starbucks near receptionn for around 15-18 dirhams. The evening meal option has been even terrible. We have only eaten in the restaurant in the evening twice out of five nights so far. There are about 4 different options and we chose chicken one night and beef the other. The chicken was extremely dry and tastes like it had been sat there for a lomg time. Tasteless and really not nice. The beef was.a little better but barely warm Again we ended up eating fruit and then going out to grab a pizza from Domino's or ordering food to the hotel as we were so disappointed. For the last 3 days we have booked in a hotel down at the Marina as an extra cost. We booked to stay at the Rove hotel dubai marina which is also 3 star but much better quality including a pool that you can sunbathe and relax in the sun. The hotel pool at the Hampton is nice but only has about 2 hours of sunshine a day due to its positioning with the main building blocking the sunlight.

Despite moving hotels for 2 nights even when we have returned to our room this afternoon the room has still not been cleaned or bath towels provided or replaced. We have asked reception previously for bath towels and the maid delivered hand towels

I appreciate this is a 3 star hotel and the price of the hotel reflects that. But if you are looking for a hotel where you can sunbathe and relax and are not too far from Dubai centre or the Marina this is definitely not an option I would choose.

The hotel is situated quite a way out of Dubai centre. This is our first holiday here so I appreciate that this is not the hotels fault regarding its positioning but something to bear in mind as there are only limited shops and restaurants close by

We were at this hotel for 10 days. The hotel is in an interesting location and very convenient. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Also the Metro is within easy walking distance. A bit of a ride to get downtown though. The room is spacious and good amenities. For breakfast, an egg station would have been nice, where they could make different types of eggs for you, rather than just scrambled and boiled eggs.
We had the best service with Tapan , the individual that cleaned our room. He did a fantastic job! The room was cleaned everyday, it was spotless. And he always kept the soap and shampoo topped up so we always had enough. He was very considerate, always asking us if everything in the room was to our satisfaction. Thanks Tapan! Great job!
The free airport shuttle was also great. Always on time.
