We enjoyed a very relaxing stay at the Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery. The food was very tasty, and the fresh juices delicious. Very special thanks to Sampson from housekeeping, who did a wonderful job keeping our room perfect and who was always courteous whenever we saw him in the hallways. Thank you Sampson, and all the best to your family! @Management You have a great employee there on the third floor. Also many thanks to Alice who took great care of my wife all throughout the week when she hurt herself a bit on our second day. Throughout our stay, Alice always made sure we were comfortable and she always had nice words for us. Thank you! The treatment at the Rayya Spa was excellent, highly recommend as well.
we had great time with amazing staff - everyone was so friendly and helpful! Donald GYM instructor always made our time at the beach and GYM extremely enjoyable providing every thing we needed. Also we really enjoyed our room and the great view of the palm. we will always come back.

Meal We booked half pension. Advantage is that you can choose everyday if you want to have lunch or dinner. Breakfast and dinner are very delicious. The buffets are very extensive and diversified. Foods served at the beach or pool are also very delicious. Rooms We had a room with limited seaview and a small balcony. We had a view on the seaside / the world / burj al Arab, was okay. Room was fine and clean. Bed could be a bit more comfortable. For us there were two disadvantages. The first one was the curtain which didn’t darken the room 100% (doesn’t really matter if you u are not that light sensitive). Second disadvantage is the air conditioning. Its outlet blows cool air in direction of the bed. I would have positioned it in area of entrance because you’ll become ill when it’s blowing in your face the whole night. Bathroom was quite big and clean. Two new bottles of water everyday. One appeal to the hotel: it was very nice that we could use the shower room. The shower room unfortunately was 100 levels under the guests rooms. The last impression of the hotel increased a bit. Pool / Beach Very comfortable beach loungers with big parasols and very delicious fruit drinks (just nonalcoholic!) served by attentive service made a relaxed day perfect. A net in the sea prohibits jellyfishes coming to the hotel beach. Different water sports are offered. We rode by jetski to the burj al Arab and rushed over the sea by nearly 50mph which brought a lot of fun. Other My lovely friends from russia...it would be a pleasure seeing you becoming well schooled in good manners. It would be nice if you would cover your nose by your mask while you are serving yourself at the buffet though serving is just allowed by staff. And it’s not necessary to load three dishes full of food and empty half the buffet so that people standing behind you are finding empty bowls and plates. It’s annoying to see when two of the three full dishes are ending in dustbin. Yes, you are not alone in the hotel, take care on others, keep distance in time of corona to your next and also the staff would be glad to hear the words “please” and “thank you”. Close your mouth while eating, it’s a hotel and not a cow range and mute your f..... mobile phone at dinner. Request to the hotel: become strict regarding the mask rules! Protect your staff especially at the buffet. All the staff is that kind and I really understand that they are to shy to prompt the guests to wear their masks. Seriously this is not a task for the staff, this a task for the Management! …
