We’ve been expecting you! Proud to offer a completely renovated lobby and dining areas, with common spaces to share experiences and create memories, we know what it means to come from a long and tiring trip. A genuine welcome by our Reception team, a good drink at Jamboree FoodFest and Bar – a concept originally from UK and first time in UAE, offering the most delicious burgers representing the five continents – or a fair trade café latte with freshly baked patisserie at Chill Café, followed by a comfortable bed to stretch out on. If you are an early bird you can enjoy our new fully Technogym equipped gymnasium, right before your breakfast at Baharat Restaurant. Later at night, and after your dinner at one of our outlets, you can join a series of events, including a cocktail enjoying live music or DJs at Casa Latina Bar, or an al fresco movie at our Outdoor Cinema terrace. If you enjoy memorable experiences, you’ve come to the right place! We’re here to make you feel good!

Hotel's Favourite
The hotel was extremely comfortable and affordable. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. What stood out more was the fact that they had a tourism company at the hotel which made it easy for us to do sight seeing. They made our stay a pleasant one and I will gladly recommend them.

I have stayed in Ibis al Barsha for three months and I must say that even if it is a 3-stars hotel, the staff make it feels like 5-stars.
All of them are so friendly, always smiling and willing to help you.
I had a warming reception the first day and until the last one they made me feel like home.
Special thanks to Sara, Liway, Badr, Honeylyn, Raju, Savri and Dishoq, these guys have been so nice and kind to me every single day. They have such a positive attitude and energy that can turn a bad day into a good one. Always thankfull to them.
Regarding services, there's no complaints.
Everytime I called housekeeping service they immediately went to the room to solve any concern.
Room cleaning and laundry service are excellent.
Food is really good and the service as well.
In terms of location the hotel is 12 min walking to the nearest metro station, which is pretty convenient.
Rooms are little bit small but fair enough space for an economic hotel.
Common spaces are cool with public games and always clean.
There is a music-bar in the ground floor where you can get drinks and listen live music with no need to leave the hotel.
I would definitively recomend to stay at Ibis al Barsha.

A lot to digest? Read an AI-generated summary of recent traveller reviews.
I would like to start by saying that the stay at Ibis has been truly wonderful. On the first day, it was hectic trying to book a room in the morning, which was far from ideal considering how tired we were after our flight. The wait was a bit long, but we were happy once we got to our rooms. Everything in the rooms was in order, however it would be more convenient if there were complementary slippers and if the loos had a toilet brush. The beds are comfortable, the AC fully functional, the complementary water and hot beverage sachets are restocked daily and all appliances are all in perfect condition. The room is accessible all day long, making it touring around Dubai easier considering you can stop by any time to rest up or drop off your luggage. The safety of your items is guaranteed and cleanliness is maintained to the highest standard. In the morning, the breakfast buffet is nothing short of spectacular. The marvellous and diverse cuisine allow one to explore other cultures and still feel at home. The flexible breakfast time also makes resting and travel plan easier. The restaurants in the hotel are also all amazing and every staff member is very kind and helpful. There is a stand where tourists can be advised on popular sites and the hotel even organises for transport(at your cost). I would like to repeat that all the members of staff are incredibly kind and helpful. So? Ibis is definitely a great hotel and I would recommend for anyone to visit.

For people traveling for business that they need a clean, quiet and professional environment, without spending a fortune, I highly recommend Ibis in Al Barsha. I am more than satisfied from my 15 days stay, especially by the kindness and sincere smile of the people working there. When I arrived at Ibis, immediately I got great positive vibes by the lovely and smiley Francis in the reception who made everything so fast and easy for my check in and reassured me for a pleasant stay which was indeed beyond expectation. The managers as well Vishwanath and Sujit Kumar were very polite and ready to accommodate any needs, for instance I told them that my sink is kinda blocked and they sent immediately the technician and fixed it on the spot. Also, the room service was super fast and the housekeeping never missed a single day to do my bedroom. Also the wifi of the hotel was very fast which at least for people working from their laptop it is very important to have a fast connection.

The hotel is near the Sharaf DG metro station and it provides shuttle to good tourist attractions. Staff is friendly and nice. Food is good especially the croissants and the fresh fruit joice at the entrace of the breakfast room every morning! Unforunately we had a room that was flooded. Water leaked from the back of the shower room to the toilet bowl area. We kept letting the staff know and they promised to seal it with silicone but up till the day we left (we stayed 6 nights), nothing was done. It was Room 485. My friend's room 484 had a shower head that did not give strong jets of water spray. Other than these 2, we are quite happy with our stay. We like the space of the lobby especially the long wooden table.

Firstly i would like to point out that we are not tourists and needed a hotel for 2 weeks while we move so this hotel was perfect for our needs. When we checked in we were greeted by Nikita who could not have been more welcoming. He also has a wonderful sense of humour and had me really laughing which i wasn't expecting! He is a great first impression for the hotel.
We were given one of the newly renovated rooms on the 5th floor and it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I particularly liked the bathroom decor.
The staff are all so lovely to deal with but Amara was the housekeeping assistant on our floor. We had a "do not disturb" sign on our door for the entire stay however every single day he was ready with fresh towel and water for us whenever we came out of the room to go for breakfast. You could not ask for a more pleasant staff member, so smiley and considerate. A home from home feeling, thank you Amara!
Finally, I made a comment to the hotel while connecting to the WiFi, at the hotels request, about our stay. I mentioned the breakfast service could do with a little attention. The following morning the manager of the restaurant came to me to clarify what they could do to improve. I was so shocked but also so impressed at their dedication to providing the best standard they can and to give full credit, the suggestion I made was actually acted on and I was so impressed.
Thank you all for a lovely stay, I would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for 2 nights.
Very InstaG Hotel. Guess that's what the hotel trend is nowadays.
The room isn't very big. For 2 nights the two of us managed well.
The breakfast was good(see pictures). Though it gets very crowded during breakfast before 9am. The breakfast chef need a special mention, though I forgot his name(Ganesh ?)
The staff - friendly.
There is a shuttle(to and fro) to various beaches and other locations different times of the day - which we took, thereby saving some money on transportation.

Ibis Al Barsha is well-situated for most spots in Dubai. This was my third stay in three years, and I was pleased to learn before arriving that the nearby and walkable Al Zahra Hospital were carrying out PCR tests 24-hours per day. I found the hotel service at all times very friendly, helpful and efficient, and the food on the (fairly limited) menu extremely good. My only disappointments were that the price of alcohol was rather steep; perhaps this could be reviewed; and the channels on my TV were limited to none I could watch and understand except Star Movies. Why are there no news channels in English? Please address this issue as soon as possible.

I chose the Ibis hotel because of the positive impression of staying at the Ibis Mall of Emirates 3* (2018). I rested alone from 08/04/23 to 08/13/23, breakfast was included, I paid tax for 9 nights (90 dirhams). I didn’t notice any Russian-speaking staff at the reception; I spoke in English. 2 days after the start of the holiday, I changed my room, reason: shower stall was leaking. Next in the photo is the room after moving in and a brief assessment.
Pros of living:
- walking distance to Mashreq metro station and Mashreq Metro Station Landside bus stop (81 buses can reach almost all famous beaches);
- relatively close to the Mall of the Emirates and many small shops;
- there is a transfer from the hotel to the beach (I didn’t use it);
- low price of accommodation relative to neighboring hotels in this location;
- food, my subjective opinion: vegetables - average/bad, haven’t tried fruits, baked goods - good, main courses - good, juices - bad, tea/coffee, etc. - good, cutting - good.
- a good powerful hairdryer in the bathroom, an iron, ironing board and a comfortable table in front of the window, a kettle;
- comfortable beds (but they made squeaking sounds);
Cons of living:
- there is no full-fledged pedestrian road to the metro station, half of the route passes through a wasteland and roadway;
- cleaning at different times during the day (on average 11-12:00), sometimes I came from the beach at 15:00, the room was still not cleaned and I wanted to lie down to rest, and then you knock on the door asking to vacate the room. There were cases when the maids came to clean, you asked to wait 10-15 minutes to get ready and leave, and as a result the staff disappeared for several hours;
- mold in the bathroom;
- mediocre quality of cleaning and condition of linen after replacement. The toilet and sink were washed only once during the entire period; by the way, the sink was initially clogged, and it was cleaned the same day.
- the shower/faucet switch in the bathroom did not work (in both rooms), the shower head did not hold well in the rack and fell out;
-in the bathroom the rack for drying clothes was broken, things often fell on the toilet;
- gel and soap in bottles were not replenished;
- the breakfast menu is the same every day (baked goods, baked potato wedges, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, mini chicken sausages, beans in tomato sauce, noodles in sauce, vegetables and herbs, sliced ham/cheese, fruit, dairy breakfast porridge/cereals, drinks);
- there were no napkins and cutlery on the tables in the dining room, the seats had greasy stains, the tables were poorly wiped off from visitors;
- lack of Euro sockets in the room. All sockets are type G (UK), I asked for an adapter at the reception.

Hello. So I had 3 days stay at ibis al barsha. My flight was 5 in the morning. And there was my exam next day. I aksed for an early check in. And the Mangager there Vishwant was so so kind to arrange that for us.. Moreover, the facilities they had are amazing..
They have free shuttle service to specific areas which was very comfortable and free of cost.
Room service was great. We got all the emoinities needed.
I must say my trip was so economical and lush at the same time due to Ibis al barsha, Vishwant and sara
💕 They made this trip so so memorable for us. ❤️
Must vist and stay. 100% recommended.

Hi, I don’t know if they have this service, I didn’t see shuttles there during my stay.
Haven't taken a taxi directly from the hotel to the nearest beach, but based on the experience of riding taxi from the hotel to other locations, I believe that it should be around 35 UED (approx 10 USD).
I believe you dont have to pay deposit cash 5000AED If you have already paid yrself for the visa. But still my advice is to ask hotel via mail prior to check in cuz now a days rules are changing every now n then.
