We stayed at the Residences on the 2nd and 3rd of October 2020. The residences are in an amazing spot with a beautiful view of the busy and beautiful Sheikh Zayed Road on one side and the old traditional part of the quiet Dubai on the other side. The check in by Shaikmustafa was so smooth because he started to work on our check in 24 hours in advance. He did amazing things to accommodate our family of 10 and we were all on top of the world. The apartments are of superb quality. The furniture and fittings of high standards. The linen all soft and of high quality. The kitchen style and the appliances and cookware and crockery was of very high standard and everything was presented clean and neat. We stayed in one 3 bedroom very suite and one 2 bedroom duplex suite. One was better than the other. The high rood and the bright rooms were amazing! The restaurant was very neat and clean and the service of the managers and the staff was really so good. They made sure the quality of service was good and the food was fresh and of a high standard all so well placed before us with no shortage of anything. Unable to remember the names of the wonderful staff but all need to be praised as they worked tirelessly. The room service was also of high standard and the staff did their duty with a smile. Everything was wonderful and no complaints at all.

We’re a family of four on a weekend staycation in Dubai. Chose Jumeirah as it was rated highly (travellers reviews) and it offered free access to Wild Wadi Water Park. (Free shuttle no longer provided by the hotel) We Checked in at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready but then we were upgraded from a 2 bed apartment to a 3 bed.
The Apartment was spacious with all the modern amenities. Cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and even an ironing room. We were on the 34th floor and had great views of Dubai.
Breakfast was busy as can be expected. It’s a small space for the number of guests at the hotel. Service is buffet but served to you. You indicate to the staff what you would like and they hand it to you. There wasn’t a lot of choice available but enough options to make sure you didn’t leave hungry. There’s an a la carte option that you have to pay more for. Staff were extremely hard working and polite. Especially Anoma.
The Swimming pool is very small for the size of the hotel. Didn’t take many people for it to be full so we just didn’t use it.
We did take advantage of the one free shuttle bus to the beach. Booking.com said there is a free shuttle to Wild Wadi but in fact this service has been stopped.

We had a great stay here and loved the large duplex / balcony apartment. Very clean and facilities were good. Well equipped gym and large roof top pool. Special shout out to breakfast staff - very helpful and willing, with great fresh food. Lovely lounge with views for daily breakfast. Parking was small but we always got a space. Took a while to open the barriers on occasions and could be busy to access as you have to drive through the hotel drop off zone, which is odd - we got caught behind cars often who were waiting for people and wouldn’t move. We Could use Wild Wadi during our stay and enjoyed this. Took a while to enter though as rather than give us a pass at the hotel e just advised we were Jumeriah guests and the park then called the hotel. Need to look at this process to streamline. Very pleased overall and would recommend this hotel for families needing lots of space (spa bath and strong shower water pressure were great). We stayed here for 3 nights in 3 bed apartment as two families (4 adults and 3 kids aged 3 and 2). It was absolutely superb. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. There was even two small pockets of washing powder which we needed after a long day out with kids 😅. Reception and reservation staff were excellent and even helped with a few deliveries I had to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection of food. We also had free tickets to Wild Wadi which was a great bonus. There’s also a kids club and a happy hour which we didn’t get chance to sample but maybe next time! We will definitely be back!

This is a gem of a place. We stayed here twice. On our first visit we took 3 bedroom duplex appartment (for 4 adults and 2 kids). It was supper spacious, ample day light, very clean, and overall a superb appartment that had all what we needed.
We loved the place so came again in Dec. took a 2 bedrooom duplex appartment which was also super spacious and could easily accommodate 3 adults and 2 kids.
The breakfast was good, but what made the morning breakfast special was the amazing service and attention by Anoma and Roy. Jumeirah Living are lucky to have them.
Staff at Jumeirah Living are very helpful, and pleasant, be it front desk, house keeping, the club etc.
We loved the place and strongly recommend it.

Let's start with the Reception: although the "official" one is being renovated (I think it will open in a few days) the temporary one is very well equipped and the staff is very friendly and professional. Room 1320: city view. Very large living area with sofa, TV, table, kitchen and bathroom and on the first floor two bedrooms with two other bathrooms (both with shower and hydromassage tub). Very comfortable for 4 people. By taxi/Uber 15' from Downtown and Burji Khalifa 15' from Deira, Creek, Gold Souk 25' from Dubai Marina
Breakfast served on the top floor with breathtaking views of Burji Khalifa and the possibility of enjoying it in the sun outside. Very comfortable, clean and well-maintained rooftop pool. Comfortable sunbeds and towels available. Good breakfast for all tastes: sweet or savory. We celebrated my mom’s 60th birthday and everything went well. From the reservation department who will assist you until your check in date, the receptionists are very informative and hotel staff will help you to carry and bring your stuff to your apartment with a big smile. The apartments are huge with complete amenities, very clean and sanitized. The breakfast is amazing and all the staff are very friendly. It’s highly recommended and will definitely stay again in the future.

I had a 3 night stay , and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places in Dubai . The hotel is very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes. The hotel is quiet, and is situated near to numerous restaurants, and a main supermarket, and within easy walking distance from the Hotel . I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel especially for family.
