Our stay was out of this world. No pictures, videos, testimonials online do the place justice. Completely unreal. Blessed to have stayed at many nice places, and this one with the views, the niceties, the level of friendly service was top notch. Food was outstanding in every outlet. Was a long trip to get there but worth every minute of it. Will go back for sure.

Shadow of a great and luxury 🏰!!! When we checked in room, we found the door bell had not sound and off, our phones on desk and near beds did not work, only phone in W. Another fabulous stay here and we will be coming back again. Fabulous room on the 18th floor wow what a view! The staff here are amazing but I would like to give a special mention to two people who made my birthday extra special with their care and attention - first is Elly at the imperial beach who was fabulous all week and completely surprised me when he and his fabulous team came and sang happy birthday and presented me with a cake on the beach wow that was certainly a first for me! Secondly Dinushka in the housekeeping team who decorated our room which again was a complete surprise to me and I loved it! Finally thanks to the whole team in the imperial lounge who surrounded me at breakfast and sang happy birthday-who doesn’t love cake for breakfast 😁 you all surprised and delighted me. We are in a number of fabulous restaurants and experienced Friday fiesta night - top tip for anyone doing that is to request a table in the centre of the room, unfortunately we were given one by the window and felt a little out of it - although this didn’t spoil our fun. One other tip if eating at Ayamna is to go hungry it is an absolute feast! Looking forward to returning 😁…

I chose this hotel for my honeymoon in Dubai and what a lovely surprise. Never felt so loved and respected inside a hotel before. EVERY SINGLE employee makes sure you have the best time in your life. No words can describe my experience with this place! I was shocked at how they can be nice all the time, how the place is so clean, how they surprise you with little gestures all the time, how they are polite and prompt to help you anytime, and how my bedroom was organized twice a day. It's incredible!!! I would love to go back and stay again with them but this time just to relax and enjoy more about this amazing place.

Faruk our housekeeper was amazing. Having a little one meant rushing and being messy but Faruk was a superstar. Thank you. Overall a great stay. Hotel was clean and welcoming. All the staff are super polite.
