very nice and stylish lobby, but the rooms are like every "other". meaning they are clean, nice and comfortable, not traditional iranian. the breakfast was goog with wide selection, but you need to go not before they close :)

Good location - walking distance from the main atractions, helpful staff (helped me with a phone left in a taxi). Clean, good breakfast. We had a room on the top floor with a big terrace. In summer it may be too hot there but in Oct it was good. Wifi ok, free parking space nearby.

The main positive is the great location (10-12min walk to the main square; Naqsh-e Jihan). There are also few shops and restaurants within a walking distance so you could have your supply of needs easily. Although the rooms/hotel are basic, it is clean, rooms have A/C, LCD screens, decent toilet with good pressure & hot water. Wifi is available and... More

The Safavi is tucked into an inconspicuous alleyway and is a sight for sore eyes when you've been bouncing around Iran for a while. The lobby and dining areas are gorgeous with ornately decorated walls and ceilings that seem to be hand painted. After staying at a disappointingly soulless hotel in Tehran, it was really nice to be surrounded by... More

We chose this hotel because of its great location. You can walk to almost all the attractions in Esfahan. There are lots of shops and restaurants within the walking distance of this property. Would recommend this hotel to friends who love the convenience of the location.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel this past Feb. 2016. It had two good things going for it: the location and the bed was firm and comfortable. Unfortunately everything else was poor. Our view was to the alley, the bathroom was old and mouldy and the cleaning staff were lax. The people at the desk were friendly and... More

Really nice place, and really well located (less than 10 mins walk from the imam square). Even if its not very charming, the room was confortable, with good beds, AC that you can control, big bathroom with western toilets, and very good breakfast with a large choice of meals (iranian ones, but also western ones, and fruits, with wonderful dates).... Safavi is a basic hotel that is suitable for someone who is happy with the minimum. The room is clean and the bed comfortable, wifi is free and speed is good, breakfast is included with bread in plastic bags available to be taken away for the day. It is centrally located, 10 min walk to the Square, and restaurants within... More

The best thing about this Hotel is its localization! the building and the rooms are a little old and the central air conditioned make very noise! the staff is professional but the breakfast is poor! You are alwyays waiting for the eggs! they put only 3 or 4 each time.
